Name one farmer that you could have invested in and became a millionaire. The money is in branding and distribution. In the long run most brands will just source their supply from farmers. Very flawed business models. All companies earnings reports prove it.
Tcnnf only play as of now.
I'm with Kenneth. Time will tell
$1000 then $700
Other then high end smokable flower. All pot will be grown out doors. All raw product of oils will be grown out doors.
We are all convenience driven that is a fact it will always remain to be that way I just cannot wait until the amount of money I save growing my own weed doesn't make any sense anymore
Take away the fan already have one, take away the pay for working, its just a hobby.
Add in the actual cost of fertilizer 50 cents, ( the rest of the fertilizer eas used on the vegetables)
Conclusion 2 pounds cost $68.50 to grow on my land.
68.5 ÷480= 14 cents a gram. Lol
Dispensaries price for these 2 pounds in my area would be over 10k . This is the reason y people will grow weed. 10 hrs to save $9931. So if you earn more the $993.00 dollars per hr then by all means save your 10 hrs of relaxing almost therapeutic work.
This Is the underlying flaw with get rich dreams with pot. Profit margins are way to high as of now.
Big AG with developments like combine heafs that harvest and trim the pot at the same time will keep all in production cost for out door pot under .25 cents a gram prolly closer to 20 cents.
Grow weed for aproximent cents a gram. Now how did I get to that number.
4 plants should yield a half pound each.
Soil test$16.00
Results 110 lbs of N per Acre needed P and K are good.
1 cup of urea will meet the 110 lbs per acre$18.00 because it comes in 50 pound bags.
6 waterings, I've done 4 so far. .5man hrs per watering
Trim 2 pounds 6 man hours,
String $2.00, scissors $10.00
Fan $15.00
I bag roots organic soil and (4) gallon pots $40.00
10 man hrs at 25.00 $250.00
Total $351.00 for aproximent 2 pounds or 32 ounces or 480 grams
Price per gram $ .71 paying my self $25 per hr to do the work of growing the plant
They don't need anymore. They currently grow more then they can sell. Many will go bankrupt. CGC shouldn't. This not and never will be amazon. This is most closely related to cigarette companies and they buy all their tobacco from the farmer. That is where this will end up.
Not at all I'm looking for the best taste. Any bud over 15% THC will do. If there was a 30 percent THC strain that tasted like nutes and a 20 % Strain that lites my tastes buds up with joy I would pay more for the 20% flower.
This company is overvalued.
Of course this pig is loosing money fast. Anyone can grow weed. It really is just that simple.
Time to short thank you to everyone who bought. They lost twice as much as their revenue with a product that anyone can grow. There is your sign.
Aurora (ACB.T) (ACB.T) reported a net loss of C$137.4 million, which amounts to C$1.37 a share, widening from C$160.2 million, or C$1.89 a share, in the year-ago period. Aurora reported losing C$1.43 billion in the nine months that ended in March.
The Alberta-based weed company said third-quarter revenue, after subtracting excise taxes, rose to C$75.5 million from C$65.1 million in the year-ago quarter
Earnings are proof that this sector is a joke. Hemps real market will be fiber. Cbd does not do everything it's cracked up for. I hate to say it but that huge production facility might not of been a good move.
21 mil. down a few 100k. People only buy placebos x amount of times.
I sold everything again yesterday. This market is a hyped up joke. I just put 2 of my rentals on the market too. I forclosed houses in the last downturn. Can't wait to reinvest everything in a few years. I will still dabble in a few stocks but cash is where I want to be and cheap housing is where mine is going to end up.
Next step will be closing doors for good
What part of standard transmission didn't u understand?
Well you don't own a company that needs trucks. I own 11 snow plow trucks 4 of those are ford. The transmissions are twice as good as the standard Chevy/Gmc trans. All trucks are 3/4 ton or bigger. Plow drivers won't even consider Dodge. Fords turn sharper and are a few k cheaper. I do agree this will go lower but I feel the entire market will too.
Ford or GMC work trucks is all I will buy. Fords are more comfortable too.
Bat shit, briar, IP, business man lol where u at now.
What does that have to do with the fact that there is to much supply?
It's Just That Simple. Supply way out paces demand. Lucky there's a shelf life on erb.
Nice outline.
About the negative posts. Please find one negative post that was not right in the last 2 years. I remember when people laughed that I sold the week Canada went legal. I Rember my post on ACBS's board about needing to stop construction on its green house then 2 weeks later they announced halting construction. I Remember people laughed when I sold after the Jeff sessions announcement too. Fast forward and now I get to laugh with their money. This does not mean I think this company is done. I still like it. The landscape is changing faster then I like. It will be interesting seeing how this unfolds. if I owned this stock today I would hold. If I had a million to though at the market this would get 1%.
The lock up is concerning but if I where to reinvest in the pot market it would be here. I think I'm going to buy back 20% of my old shares here and Cgc today. Maybe only here.
This will be my first year growing hemp. I have 19 tillible acres now. Just closed on a house with 8 more acres 3 weeks ago. I will only be planting 1 acre and my new house has a 54 by 106ft barn big enough to hang dry 3 acres of hemp. When I owned this stock I was going to plant all 11 acres with hemp this spring. Fast forward 6 months and the landscape is completely different. I have decided to rent the other 18 acres to the farmer for $1800.00. I have man power and equipment that would of made farming all 19 acres possible my self with little capital investment. Supply has outpaced demand by a huge multiple. That means the end price the consumer pays will continue to fall and as people realize CBD is a placebo for most of its current uses. Repeat customers will go down. I told the lawyer the other day hemps true calling is in industrial applications. I do believe CBD has it's place in the medical world too. Just not for everything under the sun. If I where to buy back in it would only be to flip this. Last year 4th quarter caused a good spike. So today might be a good day to do a buy and sell by April 1st.
Good luck to you. Looking at a individual company is one thing diving into the industry to start a business will really open your eyes.
Cweb was my biggest lose ever. I should of sold when I started researching growing hemp for my self instead I waited till it dropped into the sixes to sell. In Michigan 600 people grew hemp for CBD most farmers junked there crop due to the bottle neck at processing. The only processor in my area stopped processing product because they have more oil then they can sell. There is still plenty of raw dried product in the area waiting to be processed. CWEB might be best in class but if the class sucks it don't matter. CBD is snake oil for most uses. My friend has her own CBD line sells it at festivals and a few stores around town. I called her this week to get some clones and she said she will be growing less hemp this year because it's cheaper to buy the oil.
I bought at 5.98 two days ago. Went with this and fidelity s&p index fund. Will be investing the same amount again next week. I got 4 bullets for this bear market. What a great opportunity. My first shot might have been a little fast but can't hit the top or bottom perfectly.
$25-$50
$25-$50.00 a ounce
I was talking cgc
Yes it will. I cant wait for $25-50 ounces.
Canada got so much money invested into its people and its infrastructure. Now the dust settles and the money sits in Canadian employees pockets and in new state of the art greenhouses. Just brilliant. All investors got washed. They should just say thank you for donating billions of dollars to our country.
The successful alchohol companies don't grow hops and the successful tobacco companies don't grow tobacco. Leave the growing to the farmers.
They are not worthless someone will buy for half the build cost or less and grow tomatoes.
Now we got it under 2 and it's still not a buy. What we all thought was wrong, time to admit fault and invest in something with a chance. Bankrupt is acbs future.
Bingo the question is does it hit .75 by next year at this time.
Let's keep going on now that we gave you some time to see what has unfolded.
Looks like I underestimated the fall. I will admit I thought there would be more demand for legal weed at this point. Will this hit $8.00 a share. Strong possibility give it a year or two. Only a announcement from the US can save the Canadian cannabis sector. All current business models can only be successful on the short term and they aren't even successful now. Not good.
When do u get back in to flip this pig.
