This is great news! They have non dilutive financing with an investment grade bank! A term loan and a revolving line of credit!

Lol I bought because of exposure to China! While the US was doubling down on drilling, China mandated 0 combustion engines by 2035 and efforts started immediately. Covid has thrown everybody off but now it is obvious which way things are going. They were going to be powering off road trucks in mines and finance fleet purchases. My understanding was they had a deal with Petro China to replace 1in 10 gas pumps with charging and they would get a fraction on every charge. If they leave China that would be too bad. The world needs to work together. Not fight jmo
I am eager for this to thrive like everyone but business involves execution of the idea. This guy seems to have a deep understanding of the process. We are lucky he shares his expertise. Not happy with some of the info but I really appreciate him sharing. I am hoping CLNV is in the right place at the right time and it is not just shady people going to great effort to shaft us. Geeze ya know, if the bad actors put as much work into doing good as playing games they would be farther ahead. I am hopeful because of the contracts. I bought a .02 (unlike others I held too long) so I am still good here. I just want them to be legit.
Thank you for the overview. Very informative
Wow! Thank you for sharing this
They have contracts with government who have a surplus of plastic they need to deal with. They are raising the money to deploy their process. This will allow them to build out in the US and once they do that they may be eligible for green grants on the way to carbon neutral. It could be a scam true, I honestly think they would have a chance to make more money doing business as planned.
So that covers the amount needed to pay sec for filings. And will give money to build on the contracts they have in place correct?
Thank you for posting this. The world is shifting and we are positioned well for the next economy not the one of the dinosaurs. Blue skies ahead
It means the “greenies” were right and all the wishful thinking and disinformation on the part of the oil companies does not stop the truth from happening. You know it is bad when all governments are putting regulations in place. It means there are a whole bunch of people who own real-estate in Florida that are going to be very unhappy. It means I would not touch insurance companies as an investment because claims due to climate change (flood/fire) is going to tank their profits. It means we are on the right side of history by investing in something that makes the situation a bit better. Jmho
Maybe $IDEX would benefit from offering a dividend…. It has been a great way for $CLNV to force the shorts that have dogged them to cover. It as been very effective! Look at their chart since they announced it
Thank you for all of your great info
Lol! Every little bit helps :) I just bought 41 shares. One day they will be the Mack truck to the tesla car. Have averaged down to 1.37 from over $3 I hope to sell lots of glass this spring :)

So as I see it the company has gone from a cannabis company in Colorado to a cbd company in Germany to now hawking Sham-Wows!? It is just hilarious to me now. I have lost so much on this I am just going to let it ride. Maybe write a book. I have seen so much! It is an incredible time to be alive :)
I see this as a better company today than when I paid dollars per share. They have done everything they said they would. Jmho
Or you could buy shares in the new fangled tecknowledgy instead of siding with the guys who own the stables when the automobile starts rolling….. you know, those new fangled gadgets that would never catch on?? We knew we should pivot in the 80’s we let big oil control us. Now they are getting blowback from the insurance industry. The other elephant in the room……
Very good to see!
#California doesn’t need a #warehouse moratorium, warehouse operators need #ABetterEV. We’re ready to help them go #electric with @VIAMotorsInc work trucks, wireless charging and WareSmart. Let’s #LiveElectric⚡️ https://t.co/Ooo3YjCAUu

I just bought more IDEX today. My average is “down” to 1.38 a share. It is so neat to be able to buy more at such a low price. It is a better company now than it was when I bought them at $2and $3. I keep choosing to buy here because they have done everything they said they would. It is a better company now than when WAVE was just a concept and they were considering buying Solectrac. Now they have many dealerships for the tractors and WAVE is powering a bus line. I will keep buying here whenever I am able
Re vamping the business I am glad they are focusing on their own brands now. It is such a challenging environment
Toronto, Ontario and Los Angeles, California--(Newsfile Corp. - January 31, 2023) - The Tinley Beverage Company Inc. (CSE: TNY) (OTCQB: TNYBF) ("Tinley's" or the "Company") is pleased to provide updates on Company initiatives aimed to achieve revenue growth through the expansion of the Tinley's and Beckett's brands.
Tinley's product development team has commenced reformulation of select Tinley's products to include higher THC potency and new package formats. "In California, we see a preference in the dispensary channel for high THC potency beverages. By increasing the potency of our beverages in high-demand package formats, we plan to unlock revenue from this segment of the market," said Teddy Zittell, Tinley's CEO. Tinley's will also be officially re-launching home delivery of its beverages in California to address the largely untapped segment of California consumers who don't shop in dispensaries. The direct-to-consumer delivery of Tinley's cannabis beverages will be a collaboration between the Company and its cannabis brand distribution partner, Sulo Distro, and Grass Door, a leader in direct-to-consumer delivery of cannabis products.
"We believe home delivery customers, many of whom are new to the category, will respond favourably to our current lineup of Tinley's micro-dosed beverages, all of which are all low-calorie, low-carbohydrate and gluten-free," Mr. Zittell explained. "Through our management services agreement with Blaze Life Holding LLC ("BLH") and its subsidiary ILLA Canna LLC, we have locked in lower production costs for our own Tinley's brand and structured a continued revenue opportunity from current contract packing clients. We will now focus on driving increased revenue growth by building on our own brand," Mr. Zittell added.
Beckett's '27(R) & Beckett's Tonics(R) (USA)
The Beckett's relaunch at Total Wine & More, strategically timed with Dry January, has seen rapid and unprecedented sales across their more than 200 stores spanning 27 states. In response to Beckett's products being so well received by customers, Total Wine & More has reordered Beckett's products, and the Company has commenced production to satisfy this order. Additionally, the Company is actively pursuing expansion to other retail networks, distribution groups and channels, including on-premise. Store tests, which include product demonstrations and sampling, have been conducted at select H-E-B supermarket locations in Texas.
Becketts '27 & Becketts Classics (Canada)
The Company plans to relaunch Becketts brands in Canada starting in Ontario in Q2 2023. Based on consumer and retailer feedback for Becketts Classics (Beckett's Tonics(R) in the USA) ready-to-drink ("RTD") sparkling beverages, the products will now be packed in sleek 355ml aluminum cans. The Company has identified an Ontario based co-packer to produce these cans with the new recipes developed as part of the Company's overall product reformulation in 2022. This work was done by a leading international flavour company with experience in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The RTD's are now intended to more accurately reflect the flavour profile of their beverage alcohol references.
For the Becketts '27(R) product line, the reformulation reduced the stevia aftertaste and more closely matches the target spirit or liqueur profile. The Company is in advanced stage negotiations with two potential Ontario-based co-packers who can produce in 375ml multi-serve cork-finish bottles. The Company is concurrently evaluating alternative routes to key markets across Canada with a range of distributor and broker options focused both on the mainstream and specialty grocery business and the beverage alcohol channel.
Tinley's Beverages (Canada)
In Canada, Tinley's product development team is continuing to evaluate new beverage options that are better suited for Canadian consumers and Canadian regulations. To this end, the Company is in the process of working on the re-introduction of new ready to serve beverages with a 10mg THC potency and infused with other novel cannabinoids, such as CBG. "We see the new Tinley's Classics ready-to-drink cannabis 'mocktails' as a product that will be well received by Canadian consumers," commented Mr. Zittell. "However, the long process in Canada of getting cannabis drinks from the development stage into the hands of consumers remains challenging for all cannabis beverage brands in Canada, including Tinley's," added Mr. Zittell.
Grant of Stock Options
Tinley's also announces the grant of stock options to purchase up to 1,800,000 common shares in the capital of the Company to certain directors and consultants of the Company in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan. The stock options will be exercisable at a price of $0.10 per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
Forward-Looking Statements
When he was first elected he directed the DOJ to look in to how cannabis is scheduled. It does not belong on the schedule at all. It never has. If honest evaluation happens it will be removed entirely and it will be treated like alcohol. There is a dead end loop that has been used in the USA that cannabis is so harmful it can not even be researched. No proof of harm is given to prove the law is anything other than arbitrary. Other countries have been studying it and the benefits far outweigh any harm it causes. The lie is very apparent. When the truth is revealed, it has no place on the schedule at all. The issues around cannabis will fall away. No 208e, no jail for possession, no crazy tracking requirements, fewer limits on interstate commerce. Just regulation like alcohol. Age limits and proper management of intoxication. Israel has been using cannabis for elders for years. The benefits are numerous and the harm is minimal. It will free these companies to operate the way they should
https://www.reuters.com/legal/litigation/opening-pandoras-box-what-rescheduling-cannabis-would-mean-industry-2022-11-11/
They seem more motivated to profit from people’s pain than to give them back their lives. I just do not understand it. Not sure where this turns around. Does anyone think the DOJ will just take it off the schedule entirely? Since there has never been an overdose death from cannabis in all of history and it is being proven in other countries to be a very beneficial therapeutic for many illnesses. Insomnia, pain, neuropathy, epilepsy, cancer….. Maybe Biden solved the problem first thing on taking office without spending any political capital :) That is what I hope! The schedule is for drugs that have great potential for harm and no benefit. If they are honest, they will remove it from there entirely and ALL of the barriers will be dropped spontaneously. No need for safe, or anything else. Just regulate it like wine. Which btw is not on the schedule at all. That is what I hope to see. If that happens you folks are sitting on a rocket! Do not forget to take the lesson from the LPs and take your profit on the way up. Reality of the industry will hit soon enough.
The US keeps electing people who abuse them at the same time one of my other companies just had their first sale of cannabis paid for by the NHS in the UK. They also just got full support from the Colombian govt that authorizes all of their products as eligible for reimbursement by insurance. It is so surreal the difference in the way governments are managing this wonder drug. Why would I spend dollars on a company that is hog tied when I can spend a dime on a company who’s government is actually supportive? This is a fascinating sector and it seems like I have it all to myself. I am sure these msos will thrive if/when the govt gets out of its own way but in the meantime there is a great big old world that is embracing cannabis instead of squashing it.
Thank you for sharing your insights. Very helpful
Excellent! Thank you for the clarification. I am glad they are acting in a positive way. I am kinda edgy these days. I have held some doozies so I appreciate your view.
To me this is a red flag. Genius and another company just did this. Rattled sabres about naked shorting bumped the price then did a dilutive offering as soon as it went up. Be careful folks. If it flies take some off the table or buckle up for turbulence. On Youtube True Trading Group just watched the cycle in real time. I am still long here but I share what I observe and let folks evaluate the info for themselves. Glta
They have started selling their products and having them covered in Columbia now also! I can not believe their price is so low. Glad the new Columbian parliament clarified what is covered. This favours Khiron’s operations

This action by folks who are tired of market manipulation will help everyone in the otc. It has been a playground for people who are trying to cheat. I hope targeting them with lawsuits will limit the abuse everywhere.

One of the reasons I chose Clean Vision is their IP on source mapping for input materials. They are able to set up their plants where they have the most plastic waste stock. Once pyrolized the gas and oil can be shipped. They have taken the time to set up supply agreements with countries who have been loaded up with discarded plastic. Part of the reason for them taking so long to get their plant operational. No point in putting one in place if you can not run it. True there is a limit to the plastic available. They are a technology company solving a problem today and hopefully will be looking to a blue hydrogen future https://m.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/CLEAN-VISION-CORPORATION-111314274/news/Clean-Vision-CLNV-Clean-Vision-s-Clean-Seas-Files-Patent-for-Its-Global-Plastic-Conversion-Netwo-36236065/
This is excellent news! The manipulation of this stock has been excessive. I like the tactic of a special dividend to flush out naked shorts and holding those playing games responsible. There is a need for shorts and for longs but clothing is not optional lol! I think we will see a bump in price very “shortly”. This will not take long to reach the minimum when news gets out that folks will be held accountable
This is my top pick at the moment. This is why. They say what they are going to do and then do it. I think this company will have a very bright future as long as they are interested in paying back their investors by sharing the benefits
It might not, then again it might take off after the longs wait out their time for selling as a tax loss and buy back in lower than what their original price was. I think it is worth a try. They have many things going for them. Their licensing is good because they can bottle and warehouse their product. The price of input in California is low. Their flavours play well in Canada where available. They also co pack and have execs from Cott (3rd largest pop co in the US) Jobes Soda plus weed is a great way to go Cali sober! It could go either way so I am holding what I have but not buying more atm. I see them doing what they say they will in spite of what the share price is.
That is true. I saw the same thing in Canada. I bought Tweed, they bought Doja and bedrocan then were bought out by Constellation brands then it shot up. All on the idea of legal cannabis. I made money every time. Buyouts by bigger companies are not a bad thing. You have to pay attention. There are a lot of moving parts but you can get a great premium on the arbitrage. That being said. The USA spends too much time tripping over its own feet while the world is realizing what a good medicine/entertainment cannabis is. There are many many opportunities, not a lot in the states. I would not touch the MSOs any more than I would touch most LPs but there are companies that are making great gains. I am okay to get a 20% premium if it is bought out. Even more okay if it becomes the nike of weed. I think there is a real possibility that Biden’s directive to the DOJ when he first took office will take it off the schedule completely so he gets it done without wasting any political capital. It has no business on the schedule at all and they will rule that way if they are the least bit honest. Their excuse used to be it was not studied. It was not studied because it was illegal. Now other countries have studied it and insurance is paying for cannabis medicine in all formats so that excuse does not hold water. Now is the time to be in and collect. I just wish I had more cash to deploy now before the world buys a clue.
The US names suck because the can not get their act together legislatively but I am collecting particular Cdn and international names. It is crazy how everyone seems blind to the opportunity here. That works for me I guess :) I got out of TAAT when they shifted away from Seti. I am sure they will be fine later if a co like PM buys them but at the moment they are in the same category as Canopy for me. I made decent amounts trading up and down on them and long term. If they are going in the right direction I will use my gains from the startups I score on to buy the main company after their share price drops when the takeover happens. My Columbian play is now being paid by govt insurance plans to sell their patients cannabis in their clinics and they have a pharma distribution in Germany. Their pps is .10 lol! Such a small price compared to what I first bought for but have become 10x the company. I am just collecting. There are lots of countries doing cannabis right. The USA just is not one of them
*DOJ
I am not getting rid of the shares I have but I am not investing anything more in US cannabis until some sanity starts there. My best hope is that the SOJ becomes obliged to follow their own rules
New update they have been very busy
I am an investor. I have a long timeline. The company is making adjustments in a very challenging market. You go ahead and trade. I am staying here until the company changes. If they stop doing what they say the will I am out. They could fail of course, that is the chance we take in any investment. They have weathered every storm and improved continuously.
Columbia is doing what America will not

Khiron IS located in Columbia South America. They also now own a pharma distribution company in Germany with all of the required permits to sell cannabis by prescription to the people there. They have GMP compliance and I applaud their very good choice to be the vendor of the products instead of the grower. I have always said cannabis is a commodity. It was only expensive because of the premium for being illegal. When it moves to its proper place it will be sold by the bushel not the gram. I am investing in the future. Where pain relief comes from CBD and THC instead of chemicals. I am investing not trading. I see this as my opportunity of a lifetime because the end of prohibition only happens once. Columbia has some of the best growing conditions in the world. Khiron is in multiple SA countries and the new government in Columbia is pro cannabis and expanding regulations. I am very happy here. The only thing that causes me any concern is the lack of investment here because of the bogus American laws that prevent banks and hedge funds to get in to the most lucrative sector I will see in my life. Canopy made me money but this next wave will set me up for life. I see the results of the opening up of Canada. It does not reflect on the balance sheets yet but it will. Very soon. I am not waiting till after the US gets its act together to get on board.
That is why I am here. Differentiated not hemmed in by state boundaries and a brand people relate to. They have been focused and laying the groundwork for success. This is getting exciting now :)
