When he was first elected he directed the DOJ to look in to how cannabis is scheduled. It does not belong on the schedule at all. It never has. If honest evaluation happens it will be removed entirely and it will be treated like alcohol. There is a dead end loop that has been used in the USA that cannabis is so harmful it can not even be researched. No proof of harm is given to prove the law is anything other than arbitrary. Other countries have been studying it and the benefits far outweigh any harm it causes. The lie is very apparent. When the truth is revealed, it has no place on the schedule at all. The issues around cannabis will fall away. No 208e, no jail for possession, no crazy tracking requirements, fewer limits on interstate commerce. Just regulation like alcohol. Age limits and proper management of intoxication. Israel has been using cannabis for elders for years. The benefits are numerous and the harm is minimal. It will free these companies to operate the way they should
