TOBAF: one for 10 reverse split:

One problem with that (well, one more).
TAAAAAAAAAAT began advertising with the PBR in 2021.
Tobacco-free cigs aren't selling, so they're desperately trying Plan B, which is wholly unrelated to their floundering core business.
What's next - peddling organic matcha energy shots or all-natural male stamina supplements via convenience store countertop displays?
How about pulverized jellyfish to improve your memory? DAMN - already taken!
Omigosh - how could this company revered by rodeo fans be down today/this week/this month/this year?
1-Day = -9%
1-Week = -12%
1-Month = -40%
YTD = -53%
Consumers want fake meat but not fake cigarettes? Go figure.
The chart indicates low revenue due to lack of sales.
Do you think consumers care whether something is patented? A patent's great for entrepreneurs on Shark Tank, but do you think their customers care?
I don't know if my cereal, peanut butter, antacid or mouthwash are patented, why would I care about something I smoke?
Thousands of people buy knockoff goods every day in America. You ever browsed aliexpress.com?
Patent or not, there's no nicotine. So as Mick would say - you can't get no satisfaction.
This is the first time I've read any part of the patent process and I must say - it seems shoddy.
They failed to explain several critical terms (sensory perception, taste and order).
On pages 3-4 it says:
Obviously the price sucks, the patent when finally granted with change that. Patent is still in play.
Attorney made a good counter as to why it should. Read the claims pages.

TAAT Global Alternatives Inc in profit 2024 maybe sooner
TAAT Global Alternatives Inc will have $0.0 liabilities.
All TAAT International LLC operations now moved to ADCO for operations/delivery etc.
Next to $0.0 operations costs Nevada!! (one warehouse)
Jayvees first c-stores chain rollout in May,so news days away.
Second c-stores chain coming up (negotiations) & more in the works.
Rev's per store est $1,400 could be higher on location
Goal 2,000 c-stores end of 2023.
2,000 X $1,400 = $2,800,000/mth revs
Laugh if you wish but it's already happening!
Not their target market.
Looks to me like TAAAAAAAAAAAT's gettin' desperate as their value continues to plummet, despite announcement saying they're gaining in popularity and market share.
I've said many times - PEOPLE WHO SMOKE WANT NICOTINE!
The relaxing effect from nicotine is the only real perk to smoking.
It's not the yellow teeth, tobacco breath, stinky clothes, cars & homes, and increased risk of cancer for themselves and household members that keeps them coming back for more.
This is better-off peddled to health-conscious consumers and EV drivers in San Francisco than Wrangler-wearing, F-150-driving, BBQ-loving rodeo participants and fans.
Heard from WHO?! Or are you making that up?
That dumb sign hanging down can barely be considered advertising. Does it even say what the product is?
Will there be a commercial too?
Most people seeing that vague sign are either gonna ignore it because it's something they're not familiar with, or say what's TAAT?
Very few, if any, will be curious enough to walk over to read it, and those watching at home won't bother to Google it if they even notice (a commercial might explain it).
There's NO WAY that 50-60 percent of attendees or the audience smoke, and only a few of them might give tobacco-free cigs a try.
A minuscule percentage of those that try it will continue smoking them once they discover how much they miss the calming effects of nicotine.
Also heard that 50 to 60 percent of the attendees of PBR events use the products advertised.

Actually a great place to advertise, gets national coverage on CBS Sports.
TAAT advertising still strong with PBR event as broadcast on CBS Sports this weekend from Everett WA.

TOBAF: Might run a bit in the morn. behind financials.
Africa is also not one of them, at least not Akanda.
CEO Tej Virk is under investigation and on paid leave. https://is.gd/PUAx80
I'm not surprised to find what may be another scumbag fraudster hiding under Halo's umbrella. Seems EVERYONE there is a crook.
I think cannabis is a dead-end road no matter where you go. There are too many growers with too much acreage harvesting too many plants and flooding markets. Prices have plummeted, growers are cannibalizing each other, and in the end only the biggest and strongest will survive.
The pot bubble burst several years ago and is NOT experiencing a resurgence.
Shrooms have been gaining in popularity and are the new cure-all for PTSD, anxiety, depression etc. etc. and psilocybin treatments are now legal in Oregon.
The US names suck because the can not get their act together legislatively but I am collecting particular Cdn and international names. It is crazy how everyone seems blind to the opportunity here. That works for me I guess :) I got out of TAAT when they shifted away from Seti. I am sure they will be fine later if a co like PM buys them but at the moment they are in the same category as Canopy for me. I made decent amounts trading up and down on them and long term. If they are going in the right direction I will use my gains from the startups I score on to buy the main company after their share price drops when the takeover happens. My Columbian play is now being paid by govt insurance plans to sell their patients cannabis in their clinics and they have a pharma distribution in Germany. Their pps is .10 lol! Such a small price compared to what I first bought for but have become 10x the company. I am just collecting. There are lots of countries doing cannabis right. The USA just is not one of them
CALLED IT!
Faux cigs an epic fail for investors.
The company can preach all they want about how nicotine-free tobacco is what smokers want, but I'm not buying it.
And evidently neither are smokers - looks like they're telling Saxon to faux off.
2022 = 88% loss, and there's been a promotion running all year!
Company seeking alternative revenue to prop up floundering cig biz.
Congratulations investors - you're in the jerky business!
Hope you're not vegetarians.
How's cannabis goin' for you?
Changes in the industry seem unlikely in the foreseeable future.
It worked out very well for me, I traded it for a couple of years, sold it when it went up and bought back when it dipped. It did not turn out to be the long hold I was hoping for I knew it was potentially a front for big tobacco I saw it with other companies. I hope they treat Joe well. Things are always changing. Why would I hold a company at this price when I can sell it now and purchase stock in a company that has been continually improving their Canadian products in the medical and rec market and as of December GM and other UNIFOR union members get it on their benefits plan? .055 cdn per share. They have done what they said they would, I and family members use their products and see continued progress. Unlike the shuck n jive show we saw earlier that said all the right things and did not follow through. 35million potential customers with no barriers to between provinces is good for me. I stay nimble. Might be back if I see something wonderful here but for now, I see opportunity elsewhere. It really is like the wild west. Months of research for a 1 minute trade :) This is such a fun game tho :) I wish you well!! I am not going to renew my paid subscription for Ihub again. Very unhappy with the new format. They have deleted many charts I relied on and I do not reward bad behaviour. I will still be around just not as a paid subscription. I am not buying much in the way of US canna just brands likely to thrive and 1 mso just in case. I see a lot of pain ahead for the industry darlings that have had to build everything in each state like individual countries. I am sure some will be okay long term but there are better opportunities atm. The Canadian experience gave excellent lessons
