These things get sorted out in a board-room amongst lawyers and company Management. I dont think the current SP has any reflection on what this technology is worth. I do think it effects the leverage Linda Powers has though, and if NW was sitting on $200 million in cash things would look very different than they do today in regards to the SP.
But dont worry, the calvary is coming. Wont be too much longer.

you wont need it with the information I just gained.
Stay put and enjoy next week.

Is NW Bio posturing like they are expanding? It takes way more resources to bring a game-changing vaccine to market than they have on-hand right now. This is not indictive of a Company that is looking to remain independent. This is a fact. But I understand you are entitled to your own opinion on the matter, the facts just dont support it.
-Fireman
No, the price was manipulated down from the .80s and dropped to the low .60s....a bleeding of sorts, only to rally 100% since then. Biotech stocks often drop right before good news, why? I will let you figure out that question.....I already know the answer.
Bottom line: Yesterday was a great buying opportunity. Short-sale as you wish, just be ready to get crushed. That's all I can and will say.
-Fireman
No, he wouldnt IMO.
But you are entitled to yours as well.
-Fireman
Yes.
$12-15

"peanut butter and JAMA"
Good call.
-Fireman
Worked in Ely, Nevada on Helitak earlier in my career. Fun stuff.
-Fireman
Ahh yes. I see the games being played once again.
A drop before good news is always to be expected in Biotech.
They dropped NWBO to .63 3 weeks ago.....$1.20 today on game-changing GBM Phase 3 results and peer-reviewed manuscript published in JAMA...75 authors....results not seen, ever. Long-tail on a GBM trial? Yes.
Do you honestly think Missling would submit a late-breaker to CTAD with mediocre results???
Thanks again for those running scared, or those short-sellers who are doing their thing. I truly do appreciate your efforts so I didnt have to buy @ $14+

Acquired: The facts surrounding NW Bio suggest so. No new employees and a aging Management Team at or over retirement age.
Compare this to AVXL, who even during Phase 2 trials were adding people.....many have been commercialization experts experienced in brining drugs to market. Its a very sophisticated process (BLA /NDA) and NW hasn't added anyone experienced in this realm. This tells me everything I need to know about the direction Linda Powers plans on going. I am fine with it....sell to Merck or highest bidder who has the infrastructure and experience to get this to the masses, and very quickly......Logistics matter too. The drug also needs to be marketed, NW doesn't have a marketing team. Now, had NW been adding positions the whole time, I would change my thinking on this issue. But they haven't and have had the data for quite some time now. You tell me what's the better option for patients and shareholders? JV or Acquire?
-Fireman
Good question, and a answer most here might not like: $12-15. But for the record I am not an expert in Mergers and Acquisitions. I am basing this price based off similar experiences I have had with other bios. Some here think $30-50, but at that point NW Bio should just remain Independent. I dont subscribe to pie-n-the-sky valuations....these take many years to reach. NW Bio Management Team is old, have bought on zero young talent and have not expanded the # of employees = I think Linda puts this up for sale, and in fact I think its already a done deal.
-Fireman
make no mistake about it. This ticker will be acquired. Quicker than some here think.
-Fireman
oh grasshopper. If you only knew how this game works.
Sit back and enjoy the fireworks, because the Grand-Finale hasn't even started yet.
Watch closely, and you just may learn something.
-Fireman
you need science validation before approval. After the science of a Phase 3 trial is validated, the subsequent approval will take care of itself. Today, we received that, by 74 well respected Authors. Not you, me, or anyone else on this board can refute what the JA said and contained. World-wide approval is a foregone conclusion at this point, and nobody, including you, can convince me of anything different. No matter how many times you say it.
-Fireman
Glad I could help, but it was you who pulled the buy-side trigger. Thank yourself.
This board can be a wealth of info as there are some real, heavy-duty sleuths on here. It can also be a wealth of disinformation, both bullish and bearish.

He's know about Anavex, very well. He knew the financers (Deep Track Financial) of the private $50 million direct offering back on 6/21. They worked together on several block-chain projects in 2019/20/21. I will see him the weekend of Thanksgiving. I plan to talk with him more, in-person, about several "issues".
Glad you picked up some shares on NW. I bit more patience is all that is needed for the home-run. This is nothing compared to what is about to happen.
-Fireman
yes, and especially the patients.
A good friend of mine, who I fought fires with for many years, died from a very aggressive form of brain cancer at 38 years old. From time of diagnosis to death was 2 months. That was 6 years ago. I think about him everyday. He was a excellent firefighter and even a better friend.
-Fireman
Highly unlikely. My friend I have known for over 45 years, since I was 3. We went separate paths after HS....him to Yale, me to wildland firefighting. We talked to each other almost every single month however, for the past 30 years...the exception is when he moved to Medellín, Columbia doing some shady biz (most likely) with the Medellin Mayors son - Real Estate deals in Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. That was 20 years ago. He always had a knack for making coin and big coin at that. Still does. I chose a more stable, team orientated career, and every cent I have earned has been blood-money.
-Fireman
Nah. He is correct
-Fireman
Yes, for those of us that have time, this is a zero brainer. I know a lot of us are watching the daily tape. For me, intra-day price fluctuations mean nothing. I have been though this all before and have come out the other side, many, many times.....with way more money than I started with. Dont be swayed, but do take profits when its right for you. Nobody ever got hurt taking profits. I take profits at 200% on half my position on all the stocks I own. This covers everything and lets me play with houses money. I do however usually have a very large position in stocks I own. Got burned way too many times in my 20s. Greed. Dont let it get you.
-Fireman
My friend works for a Hedge Fund in AZ and knows this business inside and out. Before this gig he worked at Susquehanna/G1X for 13 years. He has access to many different tools we do not and has been "reading the tape" for 30 years on L2 and L1+. OTCC stocks are a different animal. I dont really need to know how all this works, I 100% trust his judgement on what is taking place. Even though he is a lifelong friend, he walks a fine line. I do not go to the "well" that often as its never good to wear out your welcome with anyone, including close friends.
-Fireman
He also said: "60% of yesterdays short volume was market makers providing liquidity and had to do with MM inventory positions more than anything else."
He also said: "your stock is up 40% in the last 30 days, profit taking is a healthy and natural way to build a base that will turn into concrete."
-Fireman
had to make that phone call
This will be short lived.
"They better cover or get absolutely wrecked"
Says a friend of mine
-Fireman
Short Interest is increasing by 5x in the past 3 days.
Over 64% of the total volume yesterday was shares sold short. These people are neither suicidal or stupid. When you have a target on your back, its tough to shake. It also confirms my suspicion that this is traders and retail running up the price, not Instys buying blocks. Be careful.
-Fireman
It amazes me how little attention some people pay to equites they are invested in.
-Fireman
I second the motion.
-Fireman
You obviously don't have much influence over you "minions".
-Fireman
p-nuts. But its better than the volume yesterday....trending in the proper direction. Troublesome there was no follow-through after 3:30pm. I suspect it will retrace tomorrow.
-Fireman
NASDAQ is up and 1.50%
Crude up 1.22%
Gold even on the day

My Friends didn't lie. Its always good to have buddy's who are in the know, and understand how this game is played. Heavy hitters they are. My predication, which was quantified by a couple friends in AZ and NYC, came to fruition. But JS says "this isn't done yet."
Thanks for the 90k in the low .60s, weak-hands.
-Fireman
Remember, this is a .83 stock. P-nuts.
2-10 million volume indicates to me this is 75-100% small retail, traders and micro firms as indicated by the post about Columbine Capital upgrade, which is run out of some ones house and has one employee. This volume is not indicative of any big players coming up to bat. They may be in the batters box, but haven't shown their number yet. 50-100 million volume and you will have your home-run.
-Fireman
lol. Real big player.
Wake me up when Goldman issues coverage.
Next year? Wont be singular long enough, however.
zzzzzzz.
-Fireman
I dont use a hose. But nice picture anyway.
I/We use Chainsaws, Pulaski's, Council Rakes, McClouds and Rogue Hoes. Lets not forget air-assets at our disposal: Heavy and light Airtankers, VLATS, SEATS, Erickson Sky-Cranes and Sikorsky's. All heavy hitters and the unsung heroes of wildland firefighting. If you are going to parody something, at least make it correct and proper.
TIPS (Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities) terms are too long for me 5,10,15 and 30 year durations. I can do better than that investing when the next bull market hits and real estate purchases. I prefer shorter duration to stash "safe cash" as I can time my UST duration to when I think the Fed moves from QT to QE. Also, I dont want to be holding TIPS during deflation. Residential Real-Estate will be the "move" then, but purchases needs to be timed correctly as to come within 6 months of either side of the bottom, so 1 year. Worked in 2008 and will most likely again. This is where having cash (from selling 1 year USTs) on hand for RE purchases can make a big difference when 30 year fixed is at 7+% on investment properties. Cash=no mortgage
And no, you didnt put out any "little brush fire" of mine. That will burn forever, no doubt.
-Fireman
I suspect there are much bigger things at hand than a JA manuscript media embargo, keeping little NW Bio silent. Seen this one too many times. I think "this" will surprise some people here.
