If what you say is true, give yourself a bit more credit trooper. Most what I have learned in the markets has been done through trial and error (lots of errors.) I have been investing since I was 17 and have learned to follow my gut. The OTCC is a highly manipulated market, you are 100% correct. Give this a bit more time, thats all.

Like you Trooper, I am a public servant. I have made an honest living climbing mountains and fighting fires in the most dangerous places the US has to offer. The Equity Markets has always been my second passion, but never let it out-strip what I truly find enjoyable in life. Money can do that to some people, not me. Just like in my real-job, I call things as I see it, there is never any grey areas, everything has to be black and white. If something is unknown, call it that, move on and base decisions and actions on things that are known. Grey areas will f**ck you if you spend to much time on them.

My point: We cannot control the OTTC markets, as it is a "grey" area. The "black" and "white" of it is that today, 74 Authors put there name and reputations on DCVax and told us just how great the results were. The large "grey" areas are gone my friend. The market will adjust and SP will take care of itself.
