It's no secret that a reverse-split will happen once the other 2.5 billion shares get dumped.
This isn't Wade's first rodeo. He's made identical statements before reverse-splitting his other scams.
Wait till they find out there's still no CEO. Kinda hard for a Board of Directors to appoint a CEO when they don't have a Board of Directors.
Pretty easy to follow the trend:
Outstanding Shares 2,394,252,319 a/o Dec 29, 2017
1,438,752,319 common stock and 4,000,000 Class F Preferred Stock issued and outstanding as of October 13, 2017
708,722,319 common stock and 4,000,000 Class F Preferred Stock issued and outstanding as of July 20, 2017
Outstanding as of June 13, 2017: 613,375,126
Outstanding as of January 19, 2017: 165,502,438
That isn't true. The mid-Dec update was only 2 billion. Again, they've been issuing about 200 million new shares every week for almost a year.
Dec 29 was the monthly update from the Transfer Agent. They've been issuing ~200 million new shares PER WEEK so you can be assured that that OS number is no longer accurate.
This is an obvious Joseph Wade scam. I don't think there are any fresh marks to believe.
Hard to believe this closed near the low of the day on near-record volume, huh?
Did you miss the dumping at .0011 followed by the small paints back up?
Notice the Stop sign is still there too?
That they might pull a muscle from laughing so hard?
Really? What's the expiration date on your bottle and where will you buy the next one? All the websites have been taken down.
Not according to OTCMarkets. Call them and ask.
Except his replacement will just undo it 5 minutes later. Still, Congress needs to fix the laws not complain that their King decided to enforce them.
Don't forget the massive volume. A whopping $200 was traded today! Wheee!
It is a states-rights issue. The only federal jurisdiction should be regarding interstate commerce. The FDA shouldn't be involved at all for states that have legalized recreational pot (any more than the FDA regulates cigarettes or alcohol).
I have no idea what Sessions/Trump is thinking. I would've bet money that Trump would have supported federal decriminalization after assuming office, if for no other reason than to make the Left's heads explode. Sessions has been an abject disaster as AG.
One-Hundred-Twenty-One (121) titles acquired in the last five years have been given a zero-dollar ($0) library valuation - as the reasonable, net income forecasts from sales of these newer titles has not yet been properly valued by an independent, third-party firm.
Well so much for that library valuation being "CPA-certified", huh? That was the claim that lead us down this predictable path of HHSE promoter obfuscation wasn't it?
Prove it....
Ummm, OK. That filing shows Parkinson valued HHSE at $18 million for the purposes of the fake CRIM merger. You claim the library alone is worth $28 million. When I pointed out that discrepency you suggested that HHSE's total valuation also includes liabilities. Ergo, they must have $10+ million in liabilities.
Which is absurd.
He wasn't entirely clear about what he meant, but I think the idea was that if legal pot succeeds in individual states first--that it, if it doesn't create serious new problems, and if it brings in considerable tax revenues--many of the anti-marijuana people will eventually drop their opposition.
Nonsense, he enjoys his near monopoly on the legal weed taxes being generated and doesn't want to compete with other states for the gold rush that's going on now in his state.
If states are upset with Federal Law then they should direct their reps in Congress to change those laws instead of hoping the King continues to just ignore a subset of Federal Law.
I'm against Sessions decision yesterday but it shouldn't fall upon the Attorney General of the United States to pick and choose which laws he feels like enforcing this week. That's what Banana Republics do.
Although there is much table pounding and foot stomping by some legislators from states where reefer use is allowed, these folks don't understand how the Congress took a hands off stance concerning any form of legalization during the Obama administration.
That is not entirely accurate. Obama had his AG stop enforcement of federal MJ law. Congress had nothing to do with it.
Those legislators representing MJ-legalized states in Congress should change federal law themselves instead of complaining about the reversal of executive branch lawlessness. This shouldn't even be an executive function. Congress creates law under the constitution, not a King.
HHSE hired a divorce lawyer? Really?
He also specializes in bankruptcies.
HHSE has more than $10 million in debt??? That's big news by itself.
provide a link please..
OK.

No it hasn't been "certified" by an CPA's. That's ludicrous. Parkinson himself has said that library isn't worth anywhere near that and that's why they haven't been able to audit anything.
So an $11,128 fine and he promises not to do it again for 5 years. Sounds about right.
The Linux patch appears to reload the Ring 0 TLBs and then flush them at every system call, which is a huge performance hit.
As far as I know that's the fix Intel has provided to Microsoft to be used in their update rolling out today. There is no true fix besides replacing the CPU. The "fix"es are just workarounds that come at a big price.
Some theoretical benchmarks are showing 15-30% performance decrease. Imagine waking up tomorrow and your data center is now 30% less powerful as it was yesterday. The lawsuits against Intel are probably already being filed. Any other industry would have forced a recall over this but that would bankrupt Intel.
In order for that to work on a standalone PC then it must already be running specialized malware and in that case they already have access to your bitcoin wallet. It's much easier to just insert a keylogger if you've compromised the PC.
This problem is a disaster for virtual machines. Amazon's EC or MS's Azure. Data from one VM can be accessed from other VM's due to this flaw. Most folks don't keep their bitcoin wallets on paid VM servers and if they do they've already been moved off. Encryption keys, passwords, etc, can be leaked from one cloud customer's server to another customer's server. I'm still trying to fathom the scope, it's just massive. Every CPU Intel has ever made. They're trying to suggest AMD and ARM are impacted too but not nearly as bad.
Microsoft tried to install their first patch today to Azure and took Western Europe completely down. I don't think they've recovered that yet.
Cryptocurrency is just the click-bait they used for that article. This problem is much bigger than crypto.
I'm not sure who's been following this news but it's probably the biggest silicon problem I've ever seen. Might not be a bad idea to short Intel. They're going to take a massive hit. Massive.
Yes, a damned front door is needed. How many publicly traded companies have you ever heard of can't replace their 30 foot front door in TEN years?
This is the most pathetic conversation in my 15+ years following Pennyland scams. The CEO vanished over a year ago and some will argue they don't need a front door either. Just amazing.
Nobody picked up bagasse today. If a "distributor" told you that they are lying to your face.
The main garage door has been missing since Hurricane Gustav a decade ago. There is no door to lock.
When was the last time you heard from the CEO? Anyone?
Someone was happy to sell 2.3 million shares at .0009.
You are MISTAKEN.
Correct. The low is now .0011, from the dump a couple hours earlier today.
Calling an OTCMarets.com tier change "uplisting" is deceptive and a very common tactic for shameless grifters like Parkinson.
You're not fooling anyone. How much more do you have to sell?
Huma Abedin's cousins were behind this scam and are now awaiting sentencing after being convicted yesterday.

HHSE is a Form 15 dark company - they don't file anything with the SEC. No 10Q is due. That's what makes the "uplisting" claims a complete joke.
Unlimited amounts.
Who could possibly be dumping all this stock I wonder...
Parkinson claimed months ago that the delays were resolved though. He's either an incompetent fool or a liar (or both).
