with close to 9 million more fully unrestricted shares now in the market I think it will be a struggle to stay above .02 for a little while, maybe even get some closer to .01. VYGR has doubled its OS since they became public last year.

I called and asked how to vote as a "real" shareholder according to NOBO list and was sent a proxy and sent it back in favor.
When I spoke to Larry a while back when he first mentioned a merger with another company, he emphacized that it would not be with a smaller company but with one with larger revenues and profitable. I think they are about twice our size and have money in the bank and their own accounting department for audits and reporting. They appear on the surface to be a real company going places. Larry is very good at developing products and botteling, but by his own admission his running a public company has not been the best for him or his family. I only hope that he remains as a board member to help protect current or original share holders.

the new website does look better, but I guess you were kidding asking if I had anything to do it. Tango Cafe may be just what we need to get off the mat as they have in house accounting for the audit and SEC filings, pr firm, exposure beyond the US, etc. This is not a particularly small company from what I see and they have money in the bank, but it seems some here will still complain
at the recent price I would welcome a reasonable RS so that we are below 100mm OS, which looks like it would be a 5 to 1. Even with the combined company having say $30+m in revs, the OS shares is too large to attract long term investors IMO
Unbeleivable strength and balance by Russian gymnists
VSUS...do you have AS and OS share structure? Etrade shows 20mm with 9mm float but not sure if thats current
I don't understand your email to Larry as to who you are to make those demands. Can you explain your position in the company, or are you still claiming control of 70mm shares and that gives you the right to demand whatever you can come up with to ask for? You must be his worst nightmare... if there are 500mm shares authorized, he can give shares for any deal with the approval of the board up to that 500mm number, and that's without seeking your approval. Now a merger would be a proxy vote and I can't imagine anyone wanting to merge with us at any time as long as you keep him and our attorney's time consumed. Do you really think a merger with a better run company could be consumated with you constantly threatening management? I don't understand your position and what you are trying to do other than ruin any possible takeover by better management..........
I think when he says the notion that we are merging with Rushnet is ridiculous is very clear, at least to me. Everyone seems to want to parse everything or reading everything into a blog to support their beliefs, rather than reading a blog as a conversation in english. Look, Corr has a minority interest in the Chicago distributorship we use, Garden something, and from that some here have determined that we are merging with CORR's companies(either Rushnet or APRU or both). Corr has a minority interest in Garden Distribution or whatever its called, we use them to sell our product in the Midwest and that is as far as it goes. Period. Cash account I assume. I would not be suprised that much of the discord from new identities to this board are disgruntled investors in Corr's companies as well as the general discontent of unfulfilled expectations on Larry's part and being a pinkie. Who knows what Corr is telling his inner circle?
"who's delivered nothing but things that simply seem like untoward lies at this point?"
what's the point?
It doesn't seem to matter to some here, whatever Larry does, he is called a liar, incompetent, etc.
you have gone over to the darkside, you have
I am concerned with the share dilution...when I first invested there were around 70mm shares, now we are nearly double that to 133mm or so at last count. don't get me wrong, I hope they announce contracts soon, but I am down 75% and my shares have been diluted 50%. Holding quite a few and not worried, but I am disgusted
from the blog.....

The first quarter will officially come to a close tomorrow. We, unfortunately, are off to a slower than expected start in 2008. We don't know what all the numbers are yet but it looks like we are running at about 30% behind last year. This can be attributed to two main factors. The biggest one is the weather. It has been a colder and snowier winter in the North East and Mid West (our two strongest areas of distribution) than normal. The other factor is production. The production facility that we contract with here on the West Coast went through major changes. They were leasing a building in Corona California. They purchased a very large building in Colton California in December and proceeded to close down the Corona plant and move all their equipment to Colton. This was a task that was massive to say the least. Although we were assured that production would only be interrupted for a couple of weeks, the reality was that production was interrupted for a couple of months. We did not have a solid plan B in place incase the of delays. For this I take full responsibility. I should have known better. That is behind us now. The production facility is operating at full speed with six production lines and 250,000 square feet of warehousing. The people who put the facility together did a first rate job and I am confident that we will have a happy and healthy working relationship with them for years to come.
I am confident that we will more than make up for the slow start in the months to come.
Now for the good news. We have just about completed the development of the project with the group of distributors as referenced in the press release dated September 18th, 2007. The product is to be called AND (Antioxidant Nutritional Drinks). The product is an organic vitamin water type drink. The drink is being launched with two of the biggest distributors on the West Coast and two of the biggest distributors on the East coast. We are shooting for a May release. I hope to have pictures on the web sight in a week or two.
We are in the process of completing the acquisition of the soda company I previously mentioned. The name of that product is Wacko Pop. We have designed a new bottle and label for the product. The bottle is a 22oz bottle allowing us to use the moniker "10% more". The added bonus is that we can also use the new bottle for the repackaged SuperBuzz energy drink as well as Dos Lagos agua frescas. We hope to have pictures of Wacko Pop on the web sight soon as well.
Let me close by saying this. I am being told that there are people out there saying unflattering this about me on blogs and posting boards. That is all fine. I never read those type of things. I don't have time. I am working hard to build a beverage company. We have accomplished a lot. All I ask is that if someone has a question, ask me. There are people out there that speculate about things that are ridiculous. I have been told repeatedly that we were working toward a merger with companies such as RushNet. I don't know where people are getting this nonsense but it is ridiculous. The speculation doesn't bother me as much as the fact that nobody bothered to contact me and ask me if it was true or not before they decided to inform everyone on posting boards that we were doing a merger with RushNet.
If you are unhappy with the direction of the beverage company, than I suggest that you sell your stock. If you feel that we are on the right track, hold on to your stock. This is a long process that involves ups and downs, hard work and many mistakes.

Drilling Expands High Grade Gold and Silver Zone (Clavo) Within the San Miguel Vein
Friday February 29, 8:00 am ET
CHICAGO, IL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 29, 2008 -- Tara Gold Resources Corp. (Other OTC:TRGD.PK - News) (Frankfurt:T8N.F - News) is pleased to announce assay results from 14 drill holes in the San Miguel Zone of its San Miguel project in the Guazapares Mining District, Mexico. Drill holes SM-05 to SM-18 were drilled 30-90 meters apart and were designed to intercept the San Miguel vein structure approximately 50-150 meters below the surface.
Source: Tara Gold Resources Corp.
Longitudinal Section of the Southern Part of the San Miguel Vein Structure Note: AuEq60 is gold-equivalent calculated at a 60:1 silver to gold ratio
The San Miguel project is a joint venture between Tara Gold Resources Corp. (30%) and Paramount Gold Mining Corp. (70%). Paramount is the operator of the exploration program and provided this update.
These drill holes extend the high grade gold and silver mineralization found in holes SM-01 to SM-04 (reported Jan. 24, 2008). The nature of this mineralization suggests that the program found what is commonly known in Mexico as a Clavo; a mineralized body inside a vein with small dimensions and high grades. In light of these assay results, this part of the area in the San Miguel zone will be referred to as 'Clavo 99.' The mineralization in 'Clavo 99' was extended by approximately 100m down dip: SM-13 (12.53m of 1.38 g/t Au Eq. and 1.03m of 9.26 g/t Au), SM-15 (4.02m of 13.87 g/t Au Eq.) and SM-18 (8.03m of 2.22 g/t Au Eq.), and 100m along strike to the southeast: SM-05 (5.06m of 3.71 g/t Au Eq.) and SM-07 (6.65m of 5.18 g/t Au Eq.). For a complete view of all drill hole locations from the San Miguel vein, please see the attached longitudinal section at the end of this press release.
Highlights of these assay results are seen in the table below (go to www.TaraGoldResources.com for further assay details, map of project showing the location of the San Miguel Zone, map of the southern part of the Zone itself, and a longitudinal section of the vein structure):

Paramount has commented that, "These results confirm the continuity of the gold and silver mineralization from the surface down to at least 150 meters of depth. They also extend the mineralization to 250 meters along strike and it remains open. These grades and volumes are consistent with and substantiate the discovery of a high-grade ore shoot similar to those at nearby Palmarejo. The geological characteristics of the vein structure strongly suggest that similar mineralization may persist to a depth of 250 meters or more."
Currently, 'Clavo 99' is approximately 275 m wide and goes to a depth of 150 m. Assays are pending on holes SM-19 to SM-24, which were drilled to test the strike length potential of the system. Paramount is currently drilling the San Miguel vein deeper and along strike to better define 'Clavo 99' and to test for other Clavos. Holes SM-34 and SM-35, which have just been sent to ALS Chemex for assaying, were drilled to test the Clavo to 200 m of depth. SM-34 was drilled 50 meters below SM-15, and SM-35 was drilled 50 meters below SM-18 and SM-20.
Quality Control
Paramount takes detailed digital photos of the entire core before it is cut by saw to half core which is assayed at ALS Chemex's Vancouver laboratory. As part of quality assurance, quality control (QA/QC), Paramount has put into place a detailed program of periodically introducing certified standards, blanks and duplicates into the sample stream. Half-core samples are being retained on site for verification and reference purposes.

You seem to forget this is a pink sheet stock, thus non-reporting, yet you initiate a lawsuit as if it is a fully reporting big board stock. You both denegrate the idea of info from a blog, which at least gives us some insight into progress anticipated, and your lawsuit serves absolutely no purpose except to disrupt operations and cost attorney fees in a frivolous lawsuit.

Let's get back on the topic. Thanks
No I am not new to Ihub, Dude, and if you read what you just put up as TOU guidlines, then about 75% of the posts here should have been deleted. instead posts from the architect of one of our major products is deleted but we keep the posts complaining we are not SOX compliant or writing a State Attorney General because its a pink sheet and a member can't get the minutes to a board meeting are deemed worthy?
"Posts about other users and their motivations for posting here (i.e. basher, pumper, flipper) are tou violations and should not be posted.
No personal attacks or repeating the same info, pro or con, over and over just to screw with the board..

Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion"
Matt has determined that BevBall is offtopic. I don't think he understands that it represents about 1/5 of our product line. It is not off topic. I will set up a board on SI for those interested
terrific article. thanks
BevBall Guy, totally agree with you. Could you send me a private message with your contact number. Thanks

what's up with the volume this am?
I have read a lot of your recent posts and it seems you cannot read other's posts very clearly....you seem to twist what one says. Bob never said that Rich said San Miguel was in jeopardy. We all have speculations here, but you try to turn them into facts said by Rich. I talk to Rich weekly. Please understand he is concious of not disseminating info to me that is not public. I personally think the need for increasing the AS is for another property, but its my pure speculation. I am confident 4Q 2006 will be out very soon. Your constant dark sided views are tiresome. We are all frustrated about the finacials, as is Rich.

suprised at the lack of reaction to the update....absolutely 0 volume
How to catch a wild pig
There was a Chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab the Prof noticed one young man (exchange student) who kept rubbing his back And stretching as if his back hurt.
The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist government.
In the midst of his story he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked, ' Do you know how to catch wild pigs?'
The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said this was no joke.'You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in The last side. The pigs, who are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat, you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.
Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn. They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.
The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening to America. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, free medical, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms - just a little at a time.
One should always remember 'There is no such thing as a free Lunch! Also, a politician will never provide a service for you cheaper than you can do it yourself.
I am just as frustrated as Richard and everyone here with the delays. Everyone was talking about finacials would be out this week and I just wanted to kill that notion. I am confident that they are close though
I talked to Richard Fri and the head auditor is back from Mexico. He had never personally toured the properties before. Only an underling lady accountant. He did not realize how big a company Tara really is until he visited all the properties. His foot dragging has cost us a ton. Even with the final peices to the financial puzzle in, we are still looking at about 2 weeks (Mid Feb) before being released. Not sure when road show starts. I can wait it out expecting good things to be shown in the audit.
I want to add my 2 cents on the mortgage meltdown. A lot of the ARMs and other creative financing tools were a result of the liberal congress insisting thru hearings and such for the motgage companies and banks to loosen lending restictions to enable anyone who wanted to buy a house to be given a loan, which is credit. I lay a lot of blame at their door for insisting that everyone in America deserves a house. How did Congress think people with a $10 hr job were going to pay with nothing at risk, no down payment etc
Recessions and depressions kill liberalism. I would prefer a recession to get rid of all the excess in government, forcing us to clean up our act. I am not holding my breath. This printing money to pay our bills just helps the multi-nationals by weakening the dollar, but it is killing me at the gas pump and grocery
I am glad to finally get some news and it sounds very promising, but 2 things to consider
We have the rights to only 50% of the production of Petrozene
Petrozene production currently is so minimal that we will not be a big supplier to other parties as we want all we can get for our oil wells.
Still this is great news as we should be getting these wells at bargain basement prices, and if we can increase production so dramatically, we should do very well.
