I don't understand your email to Larry as to who you are to make those demands. Can you explain your position in the company, or are you still claiming control of 70mm shares and that gives you the right to demand whatever you can come up with to ask for? You must be his worst nightmare... if there are 500mm shares authorized, he can give shares for any deal with the approval of the board up to that 500mm number, and that's without seeking your approval. Now a merger would be a proxy vote and I can't imagine anyone wanting to merge with us at any time as long as you keep him and our attorney's time consumed. Do you really think a merger with a better run company could be consumated with you constantly threatening management? I don't understand your position and what you are trying to do other than ruin any possible takeover by better management..........
