The first quarter will officially come to a close tomorrow. We, unfortunately, are off to a slower than expected start in 2008. We don't know what all the numbers are yet but it looks like we are running at about 30% behind last year. This can be attributed to two main factors. The biggest one is the weather. It has been a colder and snowier winter in the North East and Mid West (our two strongest areas of distribution) than normal. The other factor is production. The production facility that we contract with here on the West Coast went through major changes. They were leasing a building in Corona California. They purchased a very large building in Colton California in December and proceeded to close down the Corona plant and move all their equipment to Colton. This was a task that was massive to say the least. Although we were assured that production would only be interrupted for a couple of weeks, the reality was that production was interrupted for a couple of months. We did not have a solid plan B in place incase the of delays. For this I take full responsibility. I should have known better. That is behind us now. The production facility is operating at full speed with six production lines and 250,000 square feet of warehousing. The people who put the facility together did a first rate job and I am confident that we will have a happy and healthy working relationship with them for years to come.

I am confident that we will more than make up for the slow start in the months to come.

Now for the good news. We have just about completed the development of the project with the group of distributors as referenced in the press release dated September 18th, 2007. The product is to be called AND (Antioxidant Nutritional Drinks). The product is an organic vitamin water type drink. The drink is being launched with two of the biggest distributors on the West Coast and two of the biggest distributors on the East coast. We are shooting for a May release. I hope to have pictures on the web sight in a week or two.

We are in the process of completing the acquisition of the soda company I previously mentioned. The name of that product is Wacko Pop. We have designed a new bottle and label for the product. The bottle is a 22oz bottle allowing us to use the moniker "10% more". The added bonus is that we can also use the new bottle for the repackaged SuperBuzz energy drink as well as Dos Lagos agua frescas. We hope to have pictures of Wacko Pop on the web sight soon as well.

Let me close by saying this. I am being told that there are people out there saying unflattering this about me on blogs and posting boards. That is all fine. I never read those type of things. I don't have time. I am working hard to build a beverage company. We have accomplished a lot. All I ask is that if someone has a question, ask me. There are people out there that speculate about things that are ridiculous. I have been told repeatedly that we were working toward a merger with companies such as RushNet. I don't know where people are getting this nonsense but it is ridiculous. The speculation doesn't bother me as much as the fact that nobody bothered to contact me and ask me if it was true or not before they decided to inform everyone on posting boards that we were doing a merger with RushNet.

If you are unhappy with the direction of the beverage company, than I suggest that you sell your stock. If you feel that we are on the right track, hold on to your stock. This is a long process that involves ups and downs, hard work and many mistakes.
