They could very well have sold however I don't see why they wouldn't have announced that either Numark fully acquired scratch the ultimate dj, llc (genius owned scratch the dj, llc...as far as i know) or Genius announcing they sold it. Keep in mind, they did not use Commotion/Bedlam's name in that either. The picture on MMikes twitter clearly had the CEO of Bedlam/Commotion in it.
Also of note, i quickly googled other PR's and this one came up first. Genius is not on it either yet Genius was definitely in the mix. http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/102/1027479p1.html
I have to disagree with you right now. Take a look at that picture again that MMike put up. Far left is the CEO of bedlam games, Trevor Fencott.
I agree that the lack of PR's is very upsetting and disturbing. However, I am very confident that the current funds involved are in the loop even though we are not. With that being said, I would foresee a lot more shares changing hands by now if the waters looked a bit murky to them.
No doubt I am biased a bit but that picture is an important piece of the puzzle to me.
2 MM's came out of nowhere to put in bids now. The previous top bid was .11
ETMM put in a bid at 3.30
UBSS put in a bid at 3.10
ETMM had been on the ask at 16.25 for a while now
UBSS is not on the ask at all. Possibly because he doesn't have any shares yet. Always a good sign when another MM wants to acquire shares.
Did you see my message in regards to the message boards on yahoo? Doing some searches, im seeing a possibility that GNPI was starting to get set up on yahoo on May 18th. I can't confirm that yet as its still speculation based on some light research. Nothing on SEC yet obviously. Watch for additional links being put on GNPI and that may be the hint we need.
to add further confusion.
the message boards on GNPR are gone
however, they are up on GNPI
I know for a fact the message board for GNPR were up last week because i checked for any updates
help me out here with my history lesson in GNPR
we are GNPR.PK right now.
i don't recall seeing GNPI.OB on yahoo finance but it is up if you search for it. Yahoo is typically great at deleting old stuff but maybe this is a move from pk to ob?
if so, thats a great move as the ob requires more filings and pinks are not required to do these.
can you help me confirm if this is just an old symbol or if this means we are in the process of possibly moving to ob?
With the A/D line, CMF (21), and MACD all trending strongly north, I am not in panic mode yet. Those are all bullish signs. The only real negative indicator I view that is pertinent to me is that the RSI is nearing overbought territory but that doesnt mean it won't continue to go up with an increase in volume.
Yup, I knew who he is. Was just curious if you actually received any useful info. I've called and emailed Bedlam with nothing to show for it.
I just never contacted in regards to the website and thought maybe that is a way to get some type of useful info. If we know an ETA on the website and if it will have any scratch media on it, that could prove to be very beneficial.
One would think we'd be seeing a lot more selling activity if something real negative was happening behind the scenes. Last we saw (february) was the one fund increasing their stake (in the ibox info, i know you know whom i'm referring to even though i don't have the name handy). I am willing to bet they are in the loop and it does not seem they have sold any significant shares to cause concern (based on volume)...and I'd think they would have done so by now if something seriously negative was looming. We are no longer in 1st quarter, we are now in the midst of when the release should take place. With that being said, now would be the time they would be selling if GNPR lost its potential. Is my thought process off?
Do you still talk to the other Michael on here and if he is still invested? I haven't seen him post lately so I'm guessing not.
By any chance, have you ever been able to reach the John Mills individual who has his info posted on the GNPR website which is under construction? I have not been able to. I would like to know the ETA on the new site and if it includes scratch media. That would be a helpful hint.
no doubt.
Per Finra....none were shorts today
crude oil needs to recover first....i expect we are nearing a bottom in crude and should be much stronger this time next month
Per the Finra site, 100 was long, 100 was shorted today.
I would think GNPR would be able to sell the product, if necessary, or negotiate terms to gain more financing by giving up some ownership rights and profits. Also to note is that DJ Hero is already working on their 2nd version. One would think Scratch would want to keep some of their work private until the release is ready to not give DJ Hero the ability to create a similar version for their 2nd version. I don't expect them to be launching in 2nd quarter anymore but I won't go as far as to say they lost all financing to close it up, especially when that picture of MixMaster Mike on his twitter really makes me believe that was the completion of it.
It is worth noting, the event last friday held by the GNPR board member was geared towards having a significant amount of financiers invited, among others. However, it was based around movies, not games.
As am I...patience is not a virtue I have. However, I'm finally aware of my problems and that helps minimize it. Take the emotions out of the stock, have no loyalty to a stock, and you'll make much more clear minded and improved decisions. I know I know, easier said than done...but practice makes perfect. I've come a long way from buying and holding in high school under a Roth IRA to making some serious cash these days. No reason to panic at all in this stock...nothing has been negative yet. Tomorrow is always a new day and anything can happen but as of this very minute, we have no reason to panic. Instead, we should be excited we didnt even touch the 2's at all today yet we were in the mid-2's yesterday. That in itself is Amazing news to me! Good luck out there.
Mike
I don't know about the rest of you but we didn't even see the 2's at all today on ridiculously low volume...we don't have aggressive sellers at these levels! That is great news to me. It seems we have strong support here...I'm very optimistic that a good PR release and/or VZ news will fuel a nice move. Good luck out there.
Mike
Very happy I was right in the call I made last week that SIRI would surpass the $1 milestone soon (link in profile). Good job longs!
Much appreciated

Go GOIG!
If you read my articles in their entirety, I lay out the positives and negatives so my readers can make informed decisions based on my reading and their own DD. I even inform my readers to not take my opinion but rather do their own DD to see if they agree with me or not. I am not a financial advisor nor do I have any interest in that. I do not want it on my conscience that anyone would lose money by blindly following me if I am wrong. That seems to be grossly overlooked.
A pumper typically says only good things and many times includes outrageous rumors with no validity to it yet claims they are true. Nothing negative is typically ever talked about. They pump the stock which they already own, sell into the strength from their pumping actions (manipulation) than tell their readers how they made X amount of dollars while many of their readers didn't and blame themselves that they moved too slowly therefore giving a sense of credibility to the pumper.
I try to lay both sides on the table before I make my beliefs and actions known. I have said numerous times the financials are a mess so from Day 1, we need strong demand/revenue to combat that...which Ike has said we have that demand.
If you want to call that pumping, than anytime you say something positive about GOIG, you are calling yourself a pumper as well. If that is your definition of a pumper, than I agree and you can call me a pumper all you want.
However, the majority of investors view pumpers a bit differently. Either way, I am long and have much belief in this company until evidence suggests otherwise. Good luck out there,
Mike
Thanks bud!
Tesla,
Since you are clapping to Turtle's claim that I said GOIG was going to R/S in one of my articles...you must have read that article yourself as you'd have no reason to "clap" in agreement if you didn't agree. Since Turtle doesn't seem to be on Ihub this very moment to reply with the link to that article and tell me what SHO is so I can see for myself, you must know exactly what article he is speaking of due to your clapping (agreeing) with him. Please tell me which article that is as I don't recall ever saying GOIG will R/S.
Much appreciated Tesla,
Mike
which article of mine are you referencing about an R/S?
I didn't think my reply was harsh by any means. Just wanted to clarify the information being presented as I didn't know if you were referencing an interview I had not seen or read myself. I'm sure we'll all be vacationing somewhere later this year. Good luck out there.
Mike
Completely agree. We may have seen the entire (lackluster) website catalyst move and it will allow investors to continue to add at favorable prices.
Now we have the VZ news that should be the final obstacle to launching the service. However, a good PR statement discussing the website prior to the VZ news could fuel a much more significant move up only to be refueled by the VZ news. Than we can create new support levels going into the launch date.
under .0035 is a solid buy in my opinion. I'm going to be watching the stock very closely to see if I can add on weakness like yesterday when I increased my position significantly under 3. Good luck out there.
Mike
Tesla, What interview are you referencing which Ike said the website is going to give him revenue before the service is ever launched? Kinsley?
taken from Kinsley interview
6) KinsleyStreet Investors: How does GOIP plan on producing revenue short term and long term?
Ike Sutton: Revenue will be derived on day 1 of our commercial launch. We have interest from many parties that want to buy keywords.
Well it seems what we have here is less interest in their website and more interest in the VZ news/launch date news. Volume is low to start the morning which I didnt expect so we might not see any high volume bringing us to new highs until the VZ news comes out next week or a PR stating something strong in it.
same to you...much appreciated.
much appreciated buddy
Make sure you create a strategy for the launch of Go800. We are expecting lots of news within the next few weeks. Here is my take on it.
Prepare a Strategy for GoIP Global's Launch
Good luck out there.
Mike
Exactly...however I feel this will turn out to be like Google Ads. In time, you will have to pay up for words based on the demand for that word. More money in GOIG's pocket that way and others will have to still settle for lesser words therefore still purchasing keywords even if they don't get their desired one. Good luck out there.
Mike
If you're going to vegas on this news...after the next few months you might be taking a tour of the world
What a great way to end the day!! Tomorrow should open strong. Make sure you are prudent on trimming some profits if we jump huge tomorrow. Good job to those who read my article (link in profile) and added in the 2's today...hope we all make lots of money. Good luck out there!
Mike
Still updating my readers on SIRI and that we will be over $1 soon per my alert last week where I bought some more shares for the ride up. Looking like a great call so far....link in my profile. Good luck out there longs!
Mike
Panic is an emotion that needs to be controlled...good job. However complacency is another issue that needs to be realized and controlled. Take a look at my featured article on my site...it should give some good tidbits of info to help you mold a portfolio management strategy so emotions are less of a role and more rules are in place to guide you. The link is on my profile. Good luck out there.
PS...id love nothing more than to see Adam eat his words so extra good luck to the rest of you longs.
All I can say is you longs have some courage to be in this stock...too much risk for my blood. If you get the good news, rewards will surely be great though
strong support continues...very impressed. hopefully we get some good news soon to give us a nice jump up from these levels. i'll be sending out some stock alerts on my site...link in profile. good luck out there.
Mike
we keep testing 3's with good support...we may not see many dips below it
Hey everyone...I hope some of you listened and took some off the top when we made that big move up...cause now is the perfect time to start putting that money back to work. I'm excited rather than in a panic. check the site on my profile for details...I'll be adding in some stock alerts later today. Good luck out there.
Mike
Much appreciated again. I'll pass the info along on Scottrade that others are able to get around any problems and let them make a decision for themselves. I just want to provide them the best info possible to make a decision versus them taking my word on it since I don't have experience with any other than fidelity.
$15 a trade for penny stocks is pretty hefty though.
Much appreciated everyone. So what I'm gathering so far is:
Zecco and Scwab seem to be solid.
just2trade and tradeking may have potential
scottrade is a piece of garbage
Anyone know what size buys you can do online? For example, I have to call my broker with fidelity (pain in the ass) for any buys over 10k shares but I can sell any size online. Any idea how other online brokers are with that?
