Panic is an emotion that needs to be controlled...good job. However complacency is another issue that needs to be realized and controlled. Take a look at my featured article on my site...it should give some good tidbits of info to help you mold a portfolio management strategy so emotions are less of a role and more rules are in place to guide you.
