Thanks Richard. Very interesting and to the point quotes.
Polymer Plus and Polymer Slot are clearly specified in the document.
They were also specifically referenced in recent conferences. The 1st image is from October and the 2nd from December. I find interesting that the later alludes to “silicon foundries” in a wider manner.
I think there is a very simple answer to your question that anyone who has been following the company knows.
- It is not a $5 billion company yet because there is no revenue YET, but it all looks like this is around the corner
- And of course that it is not a formality. There are behind many years in the making. Do your own DD!!!!
Great info X, my friends will love reading it (i loved it too, of course, though i mostly I alreday knew) and for sure they will feel grateful!!
Hey Richard, I enjoy reading your posts. Interesting, what you said:
<... while Lebby only references what he knows for certain to be true. He is now saying LWLG will be ubiquitous, disruptive, and mass-commercialized... >
In the last Benzinga interview he stated: <... This is one of the most exciting times in my life. We are doing technology that IS REALLY GOING TO change the Internet...>
Mind you, he could have said: "... that MAY change or that CAN change...", but he said IS GOING TO change
Sorry Nrdc92, but I dont understand your complaints
<... I’ve been stuck in this stock for so long that there’s no going back; but...>
If you have been in this stock for so long then for sure you bought your shares under $1, so you should be thrilled with this $6 pathetic pps
Something in your comment does not match up
I suppose any NDA is an undisclosed deal
Great summary Pickle. Thank you. I would add a couple of reflections.
I find a difference between a "customer" and a "foundry". The foundry is a necessary "tool" for MASS production. LWLG can make the product in their facilities but not in the quantities the "customer" would need. Hence, going through the foundry.
My speculation goes as follows:
- If focus now is in foundries - or - in other words in "mass production", it means that the customer already blessed the PERKAMINE solution for their projects
- If a foundry already accepted allowing some time slot in their precious time space for testing PKRs is because they see that there is a serious intention behind. This means that the customer is important enough, chances for successful tests are great and that the potential order (or already signed order) a significant one
- If the testings goes well maybe next cycle in the foundry goes straight to mass production. (not just only testing)
- If things go this way the desired PR would not just only announce a signed deal but marketing the product in volumes
Of course, I have no expertise whatsoever in this field and would love to hear any correction from those of you who might have it. Anyway, just a few thoughts for the weekend
ML actually stated in the interview that the Company has been acting conservatively... which is absolutely true
This was the link, but because of their tech issues now there is a new one
It makes sense hiring a chemist. I understood that they can custom make the GOO for the special needs of potential clients.
Chemistry in the company should always be a very important aspect to work on
Thank you Maheu, I had not seen the interview and found it very interesting - as everytime ML speaks.
When he was asked about the cost of his solution in respect to other solutions, he said that it would be competitive... and also mentioned that it would reduce the number of components as an economic advantage to the potential client. Yet I was surprised he did not mention the saving in energy consumption (1/3 right?).
It kind of surprised me he did not mention this fact. It should be a big plus... Maybe there is something I am misssing
If earnings is next week, I would expect the news (if any) to come a couple of days in advance
Chip giants are ramping up spending by the billions as semiconductor demand booms
Interesting times----

Thanks Richard... Now, it is interesting the current fight between CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) solutions versus pluggable solutions... because in both cases if they want to make a significant difference to the other solution, whichever help they get (i.e. electrical polymers) should be really welcome. Otherwise they may lose the battle
Anyway, I really doubt that in both cases they agree to boicot this new tech for whichever reason. It wouldnt make sense
It sounds great to me too... But again that "we want to make sure..." means a possibility which I also agree with... but we will be there when we will be there... Not yet. That was my point
I am not sure that he categorically stated that the company is... "disruptive , ubiquious".
The way he put it was more like, for a company / technology to be disruptive , ubquious... needs this or that" there is a big difference between the two phrases. I think that Dr. Lebby's tone is calm and moderate.. and simply expresses the POSSIBILITY for their tech to be disruptive and ubiquuious which you dont need to be a rocket science to agree with
Interesting info X, I wonder where you got that info "... 22 + 38 new fabs 200 / 300 mm are currently being built"
thx
2Cents... I also added at 13.1... Can't wait to hear about some foundry partnership
You too have a wonderful weekend!!
Thx Dude... It would make a great sticky post
Anyone knows when their IPO? (Ayar Labs)
I just watched an interesting interview with ML in 2020. The first 20' they talk about general stuff, but afterwards they focus on LWLG... Very interesting!
Well, I suppose things take time... Noone, no foundry, no OEM, no big company will get involved in a new tech without having thouroughly tested it and checked previously... And that is exactly what is supposed to be taking place right now (as for what ML shows in his videos)
So a bit of patience is in place
Thanks for the link... even though it is somehow a repetion of his previous video online it's great to see ML in that environmente. He is a real great communicator as well
Great to hear that. Thanks for your insight!
I am interested in joining the IPO, can anyone provide with some sort of link or instructions as how to join the IPO? Thanks in advance. My broker Interactive Brokers cannot help
I am afraid that II are buying just too litle, otherwise pps and volume would notice it. Nevertheless I just went through the BOD and the Advisory Board and it is really impressive how brilliant all those guys are.
Even ML is got and amazing CV, and besides his superlative brilliant technical carreer he seems to handle his CEO role in a very competent manner. He is an excellent communicator as well.
I doubt that such a highly professional group would not succeed
What is this Airbus story have to do with LWLG? Am I missing something?
What I don't understand is that you hope to be wrong ... WHy?
Not a bad idea... Get the dubious management out without the need of the dangerous revolution
Marjac, with admiration and thanks!
Agree with you.... All of my many shares have sell orders at 50$
Obviuosly, 13D group is not good for my investment. I did not need this PR to know what I shall vote
Of course I will NOT vote for the 13D group
Nader may not be a saint nor the best CEO but I see what the actions of the 13D are doing to the stability of the company and I hate it
LTE, I have a similar story than yours. I also have more RMBS than IDCC but I wish IDCC would make a move similar to RMBS.... Make the business grow more into production and products than licensing. IDCC has great engineers and innovators, I am sure there is a niche waiting for IDCC,
Good luck to all!
Good reply MH, I agree. I am happy to see you here.
Completely agree with your opinion... I mean about the technical part, not so much about Grip
Also, the point of my post was that "Logic" is not an objective parameter. For you it might seem logical and for me (and others) it is not so logical.
Anyway I hope we agree that it would be great if LL is succesful!
You say that Logic dictates that... NP is done. I dont know why you are that sure about your statement. I am one of the 802 followers you mention in your post... and the problem for me is that the alternative to NP seems to me even worse than the current one!!!
<<How would we learn without this CC ..:))>>
But, then why would he care we knew? I dont believe NP being a philantropist :)
Thank you Misiu. Interesting read indeed.... Too bad NP had this Investors Call on June 21st. Why so much energy and effort if a M&A were underway?
