I am not sure that he categorically stated that the company is... "disruptive , ubiquious".

The way he put it was more like, for a company / technology to be disruptive , ubquious... needs this or that" there is a big difference between the two phrases. I think that Dr. Lebby's tone is calm and moderate.. and simply expresses the POSSIBILITY for their tech to be disruptive and ubiquuious which you dont need to be a rocket science to agree with
