Yeah... I guess one would have to read the next few lines to actually understand those numbers.....lol...
lol...keep rereading it... you'll get it eventually....the $1.7mil AR was transferred, the $500k AR was not....actually it's pretty straight forward.
Please read financials....$500K AR was not transferred to GCHI.
I think what a lot of the traders here are forgetting is that the CSE / CSX is a much different market (place) than the pink-sheets.
I, for one, am extremely happy with how this is playing out and do not expect to see GCHI in the pennies in March. I do think this may have been the case if the spinoff shares were not restricted and WNTR traders bailed on day one.
I believe that within the next few months we will see some very positive revenues with GCHI, and will give ample time to see profits from the solar farm (Pamlico).
I also believe that we may see cash dividends beginning next year with GCHI as a result of these revenues, and the stock may turn out to be an investment for some whales (mutual funds, etc...)
Just my humble opinion
Just called my broker, RBC Dominion Securities (Canada), and spoke with a licensed trader regarding the GCHI spinoff.
The only information she had was that those shares are in fact restricted until March 25, 2015, and that I do not need a form to trade them after that date, they will automatically come off restriction.
... cue foghorn... going to be exciting to watch...
I wonder if the SEC used the grainy BGL home-video as evidence? lol
Over 2 billion on bid @ .0001, 5 million on ask @ .0002
Some weird sh** going on. Those last 3 trades were mine but it was input as one order...and.... even though the first bit went through @ .0001 (20k)... it shows in my account as a part fill @ .0002 .....fishy business....
.... now they credit my account for a dollar.... strange...
I fully agree.
Personally I believe a R/S could be a good thing as long as FK does something I haven't seen much of and that is reducing the A/S by the same percent at the same time so there is no possibility of extensive dilution afterwards.
Lol..I hardly think that grainy homemade video with no verifiable date or time can be construed as evidence..... ahahaha......
LOL! ....
Looks good...pincher....

Pincher! ... starting to turn...

That was me icb. I haven't called to verify anything with my broker/bank though.
Not a contest bud....my post is an opinion of possibilities....not a statement of fact.
No need for the attack dogs....Please re - read my post.....nowhere is it said that I have issue with one of it were to take place...what I did was explain that there may be other ways...which I'm sure anyone with foresight and good grammar and reading skills could understand.
Yup some of us have foresight to know that is not the only option...... current assets should be 50 to 55 million currently...Combine that with something else...A share buyback maybe..hence foresight shows there are other options for uplisting rather than this r/s some seem so fond of...
Absolutely. ...and consider his 5 mil series A and 12.5 mil series B for a total vote count of roughly 780 mil...to keep majority voting power the o/s can't get much higher than the current number.
Last financials had revenue....paid a dividend actually...and no dilution...and actually repurchased shares. ...not sure where you got all the blatantly incorrect information from....
Fantastic article! Good information. Thanks for sharing.
LOL...being a shareholder myself I can say that I am happier about getting a second dividend rather than waiting...
1.5 bil on the bid.... 1.4 mil on the ask.

Anyone notice that the symbol for GCHI changed in our accounts to... 8T54294
Here's what it has under my 'activity' tab...

Oh I see. That 1.3 billion o/s includes a lot of treasury stock which do not get dividends (that number is issued shares. ..The actual amount of tradeable shares is somewhere around 700 million I believe..that's including any restricted)..see latest financials under Stockholders Equity section of the balance sheet.. And if you look into the preferred shares you will discover that they also do not receive dividends.
In summation....that math you fellows were doing is off...but in our favor :)
Hope that helps..
Cheers
Maybe I'm just sleepy...but where does the 40% come from?
