Reading the board it seems that there is a lot of dismay and worry about the share price.

I would hardly say that a few posters on an anonymous online forum, who may or may not hold shares, would qualify as dismay and worry over share price.

As an actual substantial shareholder in this company, I, for one, couldn't care less if the PPS stays right here for the next year. As Frank keeps rolling out these dividends the investment value will be realized in due time (organically) and will allow for cheaper increased investment in the meantime. I believe that actual investors (long-term, not short term traders) are pretty happy with what Frank has been accomplishing with these companies. For a young company to have these kind of investments, connections, assets, etc... is quite an accomplishment in my eyes.

To have an idea of shareholder sentiment, one needs to look no further than TTT Investment Trust (1 of our 3 beneficial shareholders). Take a look at who they are, who runs them, what he does, and his connections, and consider that they have continued to hold their holdings (100 million common shares, and 25 million Series 'B' shares, convertible at 10:1, for a full potential total of 350 million common shares).
