It says in their earlier reports, that WNTR share book value is .03 cents. Now they state it was .01, and now doubled to.02. So full of lies frank can't keep them straight.


Nope, not lies. One simply needs to:
1) Look at all the information
2) Read the information correctly
3) Place the information in context

The Book Value increased year over year...so that was correct.
also..... the Book Value decreased if you look at individual quarters.

Please re-read, in context.
