If they own 10% then I would expect them to get 10% of I-TEXTS' revenues each qtr....



Yeahhh... usually it isn't based on revenue....... net profit maybe..... depends how it's set up...maybe dividends....plus it only goes on the books for WNTR (I think, not 100% sure) if they own more than 50% of the second company (subsidiary if more than 50%)
