The web was still fairly new back then
True enough. Webnode was a pioneer of internet do's and don'ts. Being new to the masses, not many people understood what the limitations were back then. And Internet law was in it's infancy. IMO, Webnode should rank higher on the list because the case helped educate internet users about the new frontier.
We couldn't DO flying penguins...
Going up against a former member of Monty Python is difficult in any medium!
Too much competition now. There are professionals like Terry Jones and his flying penguins ahead of you.
I still laugh about the broker who was desperate to find the Webnode symbol. lol
#12: Flying Penguins
On 1 April 2008, the BBC announced that camera crews filming near the Antarctic for its natural history series Miracles of Evolution had captured footage of Adélie penguins taking to the air. It even offered a video clip of these flying penguins, which became one of the most viewed videos on the internet. Presenter Terry Jones explained that, instead of huddling together to endure the Antarctic winter, these penguins took to the air and flew thousands of miles to the rainforests of South America where they "spend the winter basking in the tropical sun." A follow-up video explained how the BBC created the special effects of the flying penguins.
Hey, Webnode dropped to #42 on the list.
Hard to believe the Webnode prank was 13 years ago.

#42: Webnode
1999: A press release issued over Business Wire announced the creation of a new company called Webnode. This company, according to the release, had been granted a government contract to regulate ownership of 'nodes' on the 'Next Generation Internet.' Each of these nodes (there were said to be over 50 million of them) represented a route that data could travel. The company was licensed to sell each node for $100. Nodes would increase in value depending on how much traffic they routed, and owners would also receive usage fees based on the amount of data that flowed across their section of the internet. Therefore, bidding for the nodes was expected to become quite intense. Offers to buy shares in Webnode soon began pouring in, but they all had to be turned down since the company was just a prank. There really was a Next Generation Internet, but there were no nodes on it. Business Wire didn't find the prank amusing and filed suit against its perpetrators for fraud, breach of contract, defamation, and conspiracy.
It appears the FBI is asking question on those whom continued to promote the sting/payout
What about Billy the Kid (the paymaster) and the World Reports kooks? They certainly played a role in this sham.
Did they at one time also own any Dinars?
So is Stan Polson "hundredtoone", or was 100-1 just re-posting?
Just reposting.
Cautious-1 was Stan's alias.
Shorty's about a hundred years old now. I fear he'll take those air shares to his grave.
Centuries from now an anthropologist will stumble on "the cave" and wonder what the importance of these fossilized certs are all about. lol
the arson was never investigated ... and he was friends with the Fire Chief
There were three. Three separate fires, plus the reported burglaries. What tees me off is the possibility of us being here ten years from now warning newbies about Vince's newest business venture.
Here is another point. The guy seems to be content with entering guilty pleads for lesser sentencing. Just like Tom Hughes, Vinnie doesn't want to go to court and defend himself, or put his hand on the bible.
The dude is really well connected politically. Probably has the goods on lots of people.
This is beyond the pale. What other explanation can there be?
If he avoids the insurance fraud case without a serious prosecution will anyone be shocked?
But I definitely see the family resemblance. Especially in the adipose tissue.
Apparently they both like to hang out at casinos and Vinnie at one time raced his horses at the Meadows.
I'm still shaking my head. Who gets so intoxicated that they threaten police this blatantly. And a few years after he took police on a wild car chase?
"I'm Sicilian"? Sheesh
The local police and district court Judges are probably immune to seeing the named Locastro on a regular basis by now.
When LoCastro was told that he would be cited for public drunkenness, police said he became aggressive and screamed, "I will tear your eyes out. I'm Dino Vincent LoCastro. I'm Sicilian. You are dead. Your wife and children are dead. I'm coming after your family. You are going to pay. I'm going to bury you. I will hunt your family for the rest of my days. You can let me go and be my best friend or I will never leave you alone for the rest of your life."
Janice, do you or anyone here know if Vinnie has an older brother named Dino Vincent Locastro?
Seriously, this dude is one wild and crazy guy! And he looks EXACTLY like The Torch! LOL

Separated at birth???
OMG This guy from Locastro's neighborhood in McMurray, Peters Township Pa. looks EXACTLY like Vinnie the Torch! Is Dino his older brother or cousin?

Drunk casino patron gets his Italian up, screams death threats at cops

Madonna mi! Get a load of this gavone (pictured) from Peters Township, who got drunk and very disorderly at Meadows Casino last Saturday, and started screaming death threats at the cops who confronted him.
From the WTAE story:
Dino Vincent LoCastro, 53, of Peters Township, was causing problems by being loud, insulting to the wait staff and disturbing other customers at the casino in North Strabane on Saturday night, police said. You can let me go and be my best friend or I will never leave you alone for the rest of your life." Police said LoCastro was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins on a charge of terroristic threats and taken to Washington County Correctional Facility on $35,000 bond.
Is it wrong to suggest this mook was probably wearing a track suit at the time of the incident?

Peters Twp. man faces charges of DUI, fleeing

A Peters Township man faces a number of charges after leading police from three municipalities on a chase that started about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in Bethel Park.
Dino V. LoCastro, 50, of Center Church Road, McMurray, was charged by Bethel Park police with fleeing and eluding police and driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. He also is charged with a number of traffic violations.
Bethel Park police Chief John Mackey said one of his officers was on patrol in the area of Superior Street and Milford Drive when he noticed a driver, later identified as LoCastro, acting suspiciously. Mackey said LoCastro's vehicle did not have any rear lights.
When the officer tried to stop LoCastro, he failed to obey the stop sign and continued to accelerate, Mackey said. Two minutes later, the officer lost sight of LoCastro.
A minute later, Bethel police received a report from Upper St. Clair police that LoCastro was spotted on East McMurray Road traveling at a high speed, Mackey said.
Three minutes later, Peters Township police reported that they were in pursuit of LoCastro. At 1:23 p.m., Peters police said he was in custody after he had crashed at East McMurray and Center Church roads. Mackey said LoCastro tried to flee on foot and run to his home.
LoCastro, who police said smelled of alcohol, was taken to St. Clair Hospital for treatment of facial injuries. Blood also was drawn to determine whether he was under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. He was admitted to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.
Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert C. Wyda. He also faces traffic charges filed by police in Upper St. Clair and Peters Township.

Can someone explain how you steal over half a million dollars and get a light sentence? How many victims of fraud does this guy need to accumulate before he is locked up? Mind blowing!

McMurray man sentenced in check kiting scheme
Saturday, May 28, 2011
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Vincent A. Locastro, who took $545,872 through check kiting and identity theft, will have to pay it all back and serve three years probation, half of that under home detention, U.S. District Judge David S. Cercone decided Thursday.
Mr. Locastro, 47, of McMurray, was accused of using a trusting friend's name and Social Security number to get financing for nine luxury automobiles. He told the judge he "violated a dear friend's trust" and wants an opportunity to go from being "a good man" to "a better man."
Unbelievable! With Vinnie the Torch's previous record of fraud, why would any judge sentence him to 3 years probation with time half served at home under house "detention"? That must really hurt Vince's feelings that the Judge was such a meanie. Did the Judge decide it was too harsh a sentence to have Vinnie write a hundred times "I will never commit another fraudulent act again in my lifetime"?
Oh well, there is still the insurance fraud pending.

The most interesting thing about all that is that Krazy Al never even tried to talk to Peter Maheu
Oh yeah! The same Peter Mahue who was accused of being solely responsible for holding up the Xers payments. Not only that, but he was allegedly being fine a hefty daily financial amount for not complying with orders by the secretive hush, hush Supreme Court ruling. lol
The Xers probably assumed that Hodges WAS communicating with Maheu, If someone was holding up my $3.87 trillion payout, I'd be on their butts 24/7. So what is Hodges reasoning for not contacting Peter Mahue? And what about the allege "huge room" video with global financial institutions prostrating themselves in Bob Maheu's presence while being forced to payout $3.87 trillion simultaneously? Wouldn't that video be the property of GI? Heck, if those events actually occur I would legally be all over PM to get a hold of that video and plaster it over every news outlet possible.
Some folks heavily promoted Hodges having a previous history with Bob Mahue and the fact that they were "friends". A number of shareholders who have communicated with PM report a consistent story told by Maheu. Peter Maheu has no clue who Hodges is, or what his agenda is by making all these wild Krazy accusations about him.
With the revelation of Hodges lack of communication to Mahue, it is time to question what others have ponder before. Did Hodges really send all those Krazy emails to dignitaries, or is he jerking people off? I always held the belief he was Krazy enough to send the emails, but now I'm questioning that. Having NEVER seen a response from the Queen TO Hodges. LOL
RE: Peter Maheu vs. Hodges. Maheu calls Hodges looney tunes.
Peter Maheu DENIES that Al ever tried to contact him and has never spoken with him.

I can't attest to the authenticity of this but it's worthy of a post. It was copied by sunbeam777 on the Entourage board
The Global Intelligence visit.
RK... What do you know about CMKX
PM... You won’t find my signature on anything having to do with CMKX. I advised my father not to get involved with that.
RK... What about the money and packets Al Hodges says you have control of?
PM... Yea I hear I am paying 150,000,000 in penalties per week. There is no truth to that at all. Look around do you hear the phones ringing off the hook? I do most of my business on the internet. I have 400 workers and most of our work is on the internet. We only get an occasional call from a shareholder of CMKX. I have nothing to do with CMKX.
RK... Did you receive the letter from attorney Fryar?
PM... Yes that letter is not on my desk but I am not responding to that letter I have nothing to tell them. if they want to talk to me they can come to Vegas.
RK.... What about what I talked to you over the phone last week about the former chief of the CIA William Casey and his son Lawrence and your father who were both involved with the CIA and founded Global Intelligence.
PM... That was a weird coincidence and Lawrence was a nephew not the son.
RK... What about these allegations by Al Hodges?
PM... I don’t associate myself with skunks and tell Al Hodges to show a document with my name on it associated with CMKX.
RK... i heard someone named Tuscan post that last week on the board
PM... Yes thats true I talked to her and I said I don’t associate myself with skunks he is looney tunes.

A call to PM.......
« Thread Started on Jul 20, 2011, 8:02am »
This from Mels room in Paltalk..........
cmkx360: Peter aid he might get one call maybe every couple weeks or he gets one a week for a time, and then goes months without getting a call regarding CMKM.He's never met Al, doesn't know anything about him, doesn't even know where his office is.He doesn't mind speaking to shareholders but feels it's a waste of our time and his.
cmkx360: aid = said
cmkx360: He did say to me, "He doesn't get in pisxing contests with a skunk" and i asked if that was a compliment like skunkworks as seen on boards. He doesn't mean skunk as a compliment. He said he does not mean that towards any shareholder, just the people who keep repeatedly involving him.
cmkx360: He said he feels sorry for shareholders and doesn't know of any group of shareholders who would hang on so long. He guesses hope springs eternal. He doesn't read the boards. He's been at the office every day. He doesn't know where Urban is, he said he didn't know who Edwards was. i mentioned something about extradition and he said he knew of a case where it took 5 years.
cmkx360: He doesn't know what to tell shareholders, he isn't involved, never was and knows nothing. It really doesn't bother him but if too many call, he will instruct the office not to put calls through. He said he's been married 48 years and learned about, he said, she said, they said, not to go there and we laughed.
cmkx360: He was on his way out the door, to ride his motorcycle home, told him to enjoy and thanked him. He wished me a good afternoon. That's it.
cmkx360: feel free to share that
af_vet: You called?
cmkx360: debbie did

No beating around the bush and Peter Maheu neither. Had to ask a couple more question of Peter Maheu. Here are his answers.
Asked if Peter had any knowledge of Lindell Bonney, Michael Cottrell, etc or their activities? He said he did not know who Al associated himself with or anything about them. Discussion about that.
Asked if Al puts a witness on the stand to say his father enacted a settlement, would it be addressed? He said as far as his Father, his Father is deceased & the statute of limitations has passed. Al can say anything he wants to but if they want to put someone on the stand and perjure themselves, it's their problem, not his.
He commented, he doesn't even know if Al graduated from law school? Said, had looked him up on the State Bar and he did.
Said suspected Al had not spoken with him or tried to call Peter, when he put out the update in January, thought it was basically for shareholders to call and email him for him. Didn't think Al was man enough to call him himself. Yes, I said that, because it would mean Al wasn't truthful in his update.
Peter Maheu DENIES that Al ever tried to contact him and has never spoken with him. He did not know Al had written to shareholders, about Al's attempts to contact him, until shareholders started calling and emailing.
Peter said he isn't calling anyone regarding Al. He isn't involved and anyone who wants to speak about these things, should call him. Said I feel sorry for him and what's been said & done regarding him. He told me not to be, it's not bothering him.
Please pick up the phone and call Peter and ask your own questions. The ones writing and saying the most about him, have never called. He isn't evading, he's in his office. He's just not much interested in CMKM other than feeling sorry for shareholders. With that, I give the man peace.

they didn't prosper as much as Casavant and Edwards.......but on second thought, C and E couldn't have profited without them
All their defense attorneys will now profit nicely from the money they embezzled.
Ironically, it was the use of their initial set of attorneys who helped enable them to defraud shareholders with opinion letters, etc.
What has me curious is why jimmy and Kingpin bother with this clown
Boredom is the only logical reason.
This back and forth nonsense with needdiamonds is the ruination of what was once a good board.
Sorry folks, but.....
Over time this World Reports story full of lies mellows better than a fine wine.
After all the scams surrounding the Delmarva Timber Trust (including the prosecutions/convictions of William Scott, Linda Scott and Ralph Ben-Schoter) you would think the Story/Cottrell gang would have dropped the Delmarva Timber Trust/Bush Crime Family angle earlier on. But they couldn't resist adding it to the CMKX/Tyler police report story. I guess WR had an audience to play up to.
OMG So many lies!

12-Jan-2007 06 January: Associates inform
: AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. that the Vatican is a major
: shareholder of the naked shorted stock “CMKX” and that
: there are parallel activities relating to AmeriTrust
: Groupe, Inc.’s efforts regarding the release of the
: diverted, delayed and stolen $4.5 trillion Settlement
: and “CMKX” stock valuation and payment.
:
: EXPOSURE OF A BUSH SR. OPERATION TO STEAL $12.8 BILLION
: We will now explain in detail how these Fed arrests came to
: pass, and how the trail exposes an operation
: masterminded by George Bush Sr. to steal $12.8 billion,
: which we believe was targeted to provide the Bush ‘Black’
: operatives and associates with funds to replenish a
: depleted ‘bribery pot’ needed, even at this late stage, to
: corrupt bankers and others at home and abroad.
: Specifically, a California-based shareholder of outstanding
: shares of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (a Nevada-based
: corporation traded on the OTC market as CMKX) exposed to us
: on 18th January 2009 the involvement of a Mr William A
: Frazell, of Attorneys Frazell & Mosley PLL (Austin,
: TX), Mr Kevin West (the Chief Executive Officer of CMKX)
: and Mr Urban Casavant, of Casavant Mining Kimberlite
: International, in connection with the receipt of over $12
: billion being the proceeds of a settlement with CMKM/CMKX,
: known to the Securities and Exchange Commission following a
: lawsuit concerning ‘naked short-selling activities’.
: The California-based shareholder, who is an Attorney,
: advised us that CMKM/CMKX was very recently ‘converted
: out’ from Nevada and moved to Tyler, Texas – a corporate
: move of which the outstanding registered shareholders, who
: own more than 800 billion shares, were never
: legally informed. As noted, the source is a holder of
: outstanding shares in the Nevada-based corporation.
: Our sources confirm that Attorney Frazell, acting for and on
: behalf of CMKM/CMKX, paid a certain shareholder a sum of
: money equivalent to $0.02 (two cents in the dollar) per
: share and that the shareholder was made to sign a
: non-disclosure document demanded by Attorney Frazell, which
: allegedly denies any information to the remaining
: outstanding shareholders.
: Non-disclosure documents are essentially illegal and are of no
: effect, rendering the transaction itself null and void
: (which is the case anyway, as the payout is fraudulent).
: Consequent upon this operation, we were advised that $12.8
: billion of Settlement funds are or were initially missing
: and unaccounted for, while the Attorney, W. A. Frazell, was
: not cooperating with the other shareholders in any attempt
: to identify the location of these missing funds. On 20th
: January 2009, it was confirmed that 639 billion shares were
: paid out at a price of $0.02 per share, equating to a total
: payout of $12,780,000,000.
: The significance of this detail is that, in an earlier
: conversation with the authorities, the city of Tyler, Texas
: had only recently been mentioned in the context of the
: release of ‘settlement funds’, and in the context of known
: activities of Bush Sr. associates in Dallas, Austin, and
: Crawford County, Texas and the relevant background
: involving Delmarva Timber Trust et al.
: The 639 billion shares that were sold short were sold WITH
: the knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
: Under the relevant lawsuit concluded in late 2007,
: settlement funds were to be paid out to all holders of
: outstanding CMKM/CMKX shares.
: Instead of which Attorney Wiliam A. Frazell is reported to us
: to have taken receipt of the full $12.8 billion in a sham
: operation in which he signed off illegally on a settlement
: of $0.02 per share without informing the shareholders. We
: are advised that these funds were channnelled to the
: control of a member of the Bush Crime Family operating in
: Canada.
: Specifically, at the direction of George H. W. Bush Sr., these
: funds were shifted under pretext of a settlement with the
: knowledge of the SEC from someone else’s account, in
: typical accordance with the standard Ponzi Scheme
: model.
: The Tyler, TX, Police had to respond immediately because
: Attorney Frazell had allegedly been contacted by a CMKM
: Diamonds, Inc. shareholder who happened to be a former
: agent for the Internal Revenue Service.
: The former IRS agent notified Attorney Frazell that the funds
: had been collected and held by the Despository Trust
: Clearing Corporation (DTCC) (according to the DTCC),
: whereupon the former IRS agent was offered a settlement by
: Frazell; and the non-disclosure document (which is null and
: void in practice, as the agent will have known) was signed.
: This information was incorporated with the police complaint
: report furnished to the Chief of Police in Tyler, Texas.
: The DTCC are reported to have separately confirmed that they
: were and still are, holding funds for the settlement in
: question.
: The Chief of Police in Tyler, TX, was actually notified of
: this theft/diversion on 22nd January, when documents were
: submitted to the local police for the purposes of
: investigation and making the necessary arrests.

Story/Cottrell claim the relationship fractured after Wanta lied to them and ripped off thousands of dollars from them. By then Cottrell was well versed and no longer needed Wanta's guidance, plus he still had the core group of Story/Wilcox, and at some point Bonney joined them.

To save reading time, a synopsis. Note Dana Wilcox a CC (carbon copy) recipient in communications was a financial advisor also in Delmarva.
2Sine and Meddles carried out this scheme setting up partnerships with names nearly
identical to those held by the Bank of New York. For example, the Bank of New York held a
nominee partnership named Polly & Company, a/k/a Polly & Co. Sine and Meddles set up a
partnership named Polly and Company [without an ampersand], a/k/a Polly & Co [without a
period]. Sine and Meddles then sent notices of change of address to holders of securities
registered in the names of Polly & Co., notifying them that the address of Polly & Co. had been
changed to Sine’s law offices in Salt Lake City. In this manner Sine and Meddles began
receiving securities and assets that were properly payable to Polly & Co.
3The defendants claimed that Delmarva had conveyed the securities to
Alpha in 1991. The defendants never explained why Delmarva transferred
securities worth $54 million to Alpha. Instead, they presented a Byzantine
tale about the extraordinary wealth of Delmarva’s owner, his clandestine
career as a CIA agent, the secretive handling of his finances, and the disappearance
of his supposedly huge assets after his death. (Meddles)

Lindell Hugh Bonney, Sr.
On the internet there were court records, Bonney was involved, for swindling victims, in an insurance scam.
"This involved Bonney, the same Ohio guy as in previous post, opening a Luxembourg bank account to receive $500,000 from the pigeons, 2 Saudis named Fayez and Samia, for some sort of 'high yield capital enhancement program', with Bonney to invest the money. Bonney reported to Fischer who is the party receiving the Cease and Desist Order.

17. In August 2001, Samia was interested in receiving the return of some of his investment. Bonney arranged the transfer of $50,000 from the account at the Banque Internationale du Luxembourg to an account at the Citibank Dubai branch for the benefit of Samia and/or Fayez.
18. On October 18, 2001, Fischer sent a letter by fax transmission to Fayez regarding the reciept of profits. She stated that everything had stopped after September 11th, however "things are finally moving again." She hoped to have good news soon but did not know when.
19. On November 8, 2001, Fischer sent a letter by fax transmission to Fayez stating that "the Paymaster" was still waiting to sign the final transfer instructions at the bank. The money would then go into a trust account under Bonney's control. This would be the first transfer of the funds from the "Spanish project."

It begins with, Lee Emil Wanta on birth certificate, signed documents Leo Emil Wanta.
i spoke with the US Attorney in Virginia regarding Wanta litigation in his case against Dick Cheney, Morgan Stanley,et al. World Reports states that Leo was given legal guardianship of the trust. What actually happened was Leo was Pro Se, defending himself and was urged to Get a guardian to represent himself. Leo was sanctioned for bringing the case forward. Sealed records evidenced in the docket and always creates consipiracy & mystery, were only his mental health records
In a different legal proceeding,
Haag said Wanta was arrested in Switzerland in 1993 for attempting an $ 81 million bank fraud. Wanta claimed diplomatic immunity in that case, contending he was the Somalian ambassador to Canada. The Swiss deported him to the United States, where he was arrested in New York on the Wisconsin tax fraud charge.
Wanta -- a self-described world businessman with ties to the international commodities, currency and tried arms markets -- is charged with failing to pay state income taxes on about $ 500,000 in the late 1980s. He is charged with four counts of filing fraudulent tax returns and two counts of tax evasion. Assistant Attorney General Douglas Haag told jurors Monday that evidence will detail how Wanta set up a series of dummy corporations to launder money through Swiss, Chinese and American banks. Wanta, of Appleton, then used the money to pay off some crushing debts, said Haag.
Assistant Attorney General Douglas Haag, who prosecuted the case, and attorney Steven Epstein, who represented Wanta, disagreed mightily over who Wanta was and what he should get for a sentence.
''As tax fraud cases go, this one is big-time,'' said Haag, who established during the trial that Wanta made $ 166,000 in 1988 and claimed to have made nothing, and made $ 63,000 in 1989 and claimed zero on his taxes.
Haag said that money came from a $ 500,000 scam in which Wanta got people to invest in a currency exchange deal.
Investigators who have been tracking Wanta, however, say he is a crook who has defrauded people worldwide.
In one scheme outlined in the complaint, he apparently cost European investors about $ 500,000 claiming to be a currency trader with interests in China.
''Mr. Wanta is in fact a con man, nothing more and nothing less,'' he said. ''He is a con man who cons con men.''
''He is a world class con man,'' said Haag. ''A snake oil salesman. But he was unable to sell that snake oil to the jury.''
July 25, 1996
Dane County Circuit Judge Michael Torphy. A competency exam, ordered after Wanta's own attorney called him delusional, found Wanta competent to stand trial.
Torphy said there is reason to doubt Wanta's competency. He continued the sentencing hearing until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, when a psychiatrist or psychologist will be appointed to examine Wanta.
To be found incompetent to continue sentencing, it must be shown that Wanta doesn't understand the nature of the charges or that he is unable to assist in his defense.
''I'm sure he understands the nature of the charges,'' testified Milwaukee psychologist Samuel Friedman. ''I'm questioning the ability to cooperate in his defense.''
Friedman said he believes Wanta suffers from a psychotic illness. Against the position of his attorneys, Wanta argued he is competent to be sentenced.
But state Assistant Attorney General Douglas Haag argued that Wanta's endless stream of claims is part of an elaborate scam.
''The essence of Mr. Wanta's success is precisely the reason that defense counsel and the defense psychologist give for Mr. Wanta's incompetence,'' he said.
Friedman said Wanta's gestures and facial expressions fit his psychotic diagnosis.
''He indeed could be a genius in this regard, but I doubt it,'' Friedman said. ''He can't control his delusional system.''
The tax evasion trial of Leo Wanta last week before Dane County Judge Michael Torphy had all the elements of a fiction thriller: espionage, international intrigue, assassination attempts.
The trouble was that these events apparently took place mostly in Wanta's mind. Instead of the high drama of a spy trial, the case had the unfortunate air of one man's tragedy. Despite his delusions and a stint at Mendota Mental Health Institute, Wanta was found competent to stand trial.
His delusions, however, apparently extended worldwide. Prosecutors said Wanta was arrested for fraud in Singapore and Geneva, where he told Swiss authorities he was a Somalian ambassador and a friend of Al Gore.
Wanta talked of how he rescued President Ronald Reagan from an assassination attempt at the White House and how he uncovered a covert Illinois group, Itasca, which supplied arms to Israel. Itsaca, Illinois that is, where Prosecution found Hotel receipts, where Leo had stayed & airline info.
Leo claimed to be a legitimate businessman from Vienna, Austria, who owned a corporate home in Appleton. A failed vending machine salesman, heavily in debt.
Statements made by Wanta
A memo, marked "urgent" and "confidential," was sent to Noriega on April 1 by Leo Wanta, president of AmeriChina Global Management Group Inc., an arms exporting firm based in Appleton, Wis.
Wanta told Noriega in the memo that the supplier of the weapons had advised that "they are ready to finalize the delivery" of the Browning 9mm semi-automatic pistols made in Belgium.
The schedule called for the delivery of 5,000 pistols immediately and 2,000 per month thereafter until "all units are delivered. The list price is $398 each".
Wanta impersonated being different types of government agents but The pistols are manufactured by Fabrique Nationale, S.A., of Belgium and are to be delivered from that country to Panama, according to the memo. The State Department raised the issue late last month with the Belgian firm, which said that it had not had contact with anyone from AmeriChina, a U.S. official said.
The government cannot legally block the sale because the weapons are not of American origin. The U.S. official, insisting on anonymity, said AmeriChina has not registered with the U.S. government, a requirement he said applies to all American arms dealers. Nor, was it registered in Appleton, Wisconsin. There is evidence he was going to try and on his OWN behalf, sell arms but was unsuccessful and too delusional.
Another case:
"A man who tried to convince a court his 15 lawyers include U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno was cautioned by a judge that he should have brought one along for a hearing on a $ 200,000 tax matter.
After listening to Leo Wanta's explanations Thursday for failing to appear in court in Madison with an attorney, Judge Richard Nowakowski told him he'd better have one in time for another Circuit Court hearing Jan. 4."
Wanta said he should be represented by the U.S. Justice Department because he has been a government agent for the Customs Office and the CIA.
Besides contacting Reno, Wanta said, he has spoken with 14 lawyers. Nowakowski inquired whether Wanta really thinks the government will be his counsel.
''I will have the U.S. attorney for sure,'' Wanta replied.
What happened in these cases, Wanta could dress & feed himself, read, drive, speak, so he couldn't be declared incompetent, even tho he truly believed delusional things.
Haag asked for a sentence of 13 years in prison and another 12 on probation.
Epstein, Wanta's attorney, on the other hand, said Wanta clearly is delusional but pointed out Wanta has never before been convicted of a crime.
''The portrait that has been painted by Doug Haag is not the real Leo Wanta,'' said Epstein.
''He exists in a different world,'' Epstein said of his client. ''The fact of the matter is he is in a different orbit,'' Epstein said, adding that Wanta actually believes the stories he tells.
This comes from an assortment of articles & court records, produced for the public.

Thanks Mike. Some may find this a strange comment coming from me, but honestly, i'm concerned for Al and the following is NOT an attempt to beat up on the guy. It's about what is in print & Court documents, which surrounds individuals associated and everyone may draw their own conclusions.
World Reports stated in their words that Cottrell's broker was Benchmark Securities. Following backwards the history, it led to scams to China and back. A Benjamin Wei (formerly Wey) operation Wei was the first President of New York Global Group NYGG who got busted by SEC for their Bodisen scam, he was basically driven out of Ohio by the Securities Commission. Wei was hooked up with the notorious European boiler room operator, scam artist, Altaf Nazerali & associate Ross Wilmot. Their operations and crew, have been traced back to Wei companies and addresses.
John Edwards was directly in the heart of Nazerali territory when Edwards was first in Canada setting up companies. If we took the longest route, Edwards was less than 33 minutes from Nazerali when setting up the Langley companies & was Nazerali's district. They share London at the same times also. Nazerali already had his boiler room there.
Edwards and Turino, had already generated success with PCBM run and were ready to go into bigger, better things in bringing the Las Vegas Group into CMKI - At the Same Time of Nazerali’s biggest Vancouver listed scam. Nazerali manipulated it to $3.40 and above, without a real product. Edwards surpassed Nazerali with USCN’s no product, $18 a share, $15 million dollar deal with approx $1,500 in the bank.
Edwards used many of Nazerali’s techniques and geographical crew connections. There is a connection to Cottrell from Wei to Nazerali and Edwards to Nazerali in locations, crews and operations.
Mr. Nazerali served as the principal front man for Mr. Irving Kott, who headed all the boiler room works out of Amsterdam. Altaf Nazerali was the start up for European boiler room operations from London, England, Amsterdam & Uruguay, Iraq & Canada thru Vancouver, British Columbia area. Nothing came out of Amsterdam that didn't involve Kott & Nazerali.
During the time Edwards was there, Nazerali was involved in his most successful operation. Start a company, in Vancouver, British Columbia, like Imagis. Nazerali gets it off the ground and his crew in place. They issue warrants, options & unregistered shares like crazy on false info. Money goes offshore immediately.
Here is the brass ring, first he needs to bring in a big name for Chairman.
"The company chairman has been Oliver "Buck" Revell, the one-time head of antiterrorism activities for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Revell worked under FBI directors from J. Edgar Hoover to William Sessions, eventually rising to the highest career-official position in the bureau, where he was responsible for all national criminal investigations and antiterrorism activities."
Familiar? It was Nazerali’s best score for credibility. Revell never asked for or saw an audited (or unaudited) statement of his fund's holdings or performance. Never spoke to a single investor in any of the funds. Never asked for his employment history, a D&B report on his group, or even information on his alleged foundation. Never even visited his office. Only running a check and finding Nazerali’ s CEO, or hedge funder, had no criminal records.
http://www.redherring.com/Home/4456
This makes two prominent FBI men scammed.
DeSormeau referred to John Edwards as the ghost. Quiet, popping up out of nowhere & disappearing just as fast. Edwards was involved in the direct recruitment of Robert Maheu, along with Michael Williams (the mouthpiece & physical presence for Edwards) along with Urban. Maheu's redacted depostion testimony failed to indentify John Edwards but Maheu tells of a third party in his home, who was quiet and just listened. Nazerali set the tone in importance of enlisting big names for success and credibility. If you're thinking it's a coincidence with John Edwards and Robert Maheu, it's not.
Bruce Harlan's deposition told us of Turino's most favorite place & where he spent most of his time, The Pullitzer. The hotel where Mission Impossible was filmed...in Amsterdam.
In fact, he's in Amsterdam right now, waiting extradition. His girlfriend waived extradition from Amsterdam. CIM was a Turino operation, instead of warrants & options like Nazerali, offered 8% cash and 10% lifetime royalties, set up only for enrichment of Urban Associates & family. CMKM new management referred all question regarding CIM, not being connected to CMKM, to Ron Casavant and Michael Williams.
Turino would have continued the operation except he got busted in Florida, which eventually led to his RICO Indicted charges. Turino could not have operated on Amsterdam turf, without Nazerali & Kott crews. It's questionable if we have to look much further in the strong influence of Belgium and Amsterdam presence in our stock, beginning with Cyber Mark. CMKI, leading to CMKM Diamonds & RICO Indicted Defendants, THE old management team, Urban, Edwards & Turino.

Associates are full of it, who bring it to Al. Maybe we should discuss Client Lists, Subcription and Donation factors also.
On top of all the other things, Edwards never let the real stock ledger out of his posession, Helen Bagley stated he carried it around with him. Obviously Helen was trying to make everything match the share count but Cyber Mark shareholders Urban accepted into CMKI didn’t need opinion letters. Making the difficulties we had in getting our certs in 2003. We weren’t in Helen’s book nor was the focus on real shares.
Considering Nazerali’s operations, he sold his Client Lists, which would be info about public shareholders he was swindling. It’s high commodity info and worth millions. It’s like a researched business plan for start -ups. So are subscription bases and donations. In this day of privacy issues, many won’t sell info, but some required things for sign up, include the sharing of information with no control where it goes.
Shareholders or people, were quick to set up message boards & chat rooms regarding CMKM. When Al began his efforts, CMKX or M, dominated even Google. People not so much on the up and up know where the shareholders or a group are going. Anywhere a group is promised money.
They don't need to spam our email. They walk right into your living room, office or bedroom, wherever your laptop or computer is. They co-mingle wherever you are on the internet. Introduce ideas, shape & mold thinking. Weave CMKM into their plans, where CMKM has no place being and never was. They know where to find us, what to tell us and how to get into our wallets.
They tailor make scams that fit that group. Lead people arrive, because they “lead” us into other things. Things like Dinar for example. How can you run 20 years with a story about Trillions and never produce one thing or get a step closer? Nothing materializes. 20 years….a whole generation. Why? Because if you sign up, subscribe, buy a book, donate, write to them, aquaint ourselves with less than honorable people you think are in the know, you’ve made them a Client List and it allows the indefinite continuation, on and on.
Another reason why, they cannot allow the group or shareholders to realize they’ve been scammed, long after the real money making scam has taken place. It doesn’t end. Just like CMKM, it continually reinvents itself, it never ends.
Continues, until that targeted group, realizes they have been scammed a multitude of ways. Client List loses value and starts all over again in another Tailor Made, which insures value again.
RICO was formed to increase the penalties to 20 year penalty status for charges. A whole generation. To keep those off the street, their ideas & operational plans, moderate internet access, keep out of the hands future criminals, in the best interest of Public Safety.
That’s not a coincidence either…
WHO doesn't know that the dinar stuff is a scam??
Probably the same people who didn't know Deli was illegally selling shares. (eyes rolling)
My guess if this is true, they are moving on to the next scam.
He's just nuts. Like so many Xers.
Sometimes I wonder.
Speaking of Xer madness...... did you see the rumor about next PalTalk room (scam)? You have to be nuts to agree to this "trust package".

You do realize who "AlanC" is, don't you?
Yes. Know who he is, what his occupation is, and where he lives. Also, his daughter works for the same law firm as Glenn once did.
What is a mystery to me is his motivation for trapping people into making poor judgements, such as giving up personal info to people suspected of fraud.
Guess this is the difference between bashers warning folks to be careful, and people who could care less if folks lose money.
He bought ONLY because of the chatter because of Evil Naked Shorts....
OMG! Not the Evil Naked Short sellers again?!!
If he wants to hand over his personal info to suspicious characters fine. But why encourage others to participate in recklessness, too?
fishy
Why would anyone send their personal information to a company being investigated for fraud?
That is valid good point!
Who is the attorney setting up these trusts for $5000?
A few years back Xers used Steven Oshins to draft their trust for $5000 a pop. Are they using Oshins again?
This one involves the Iraqi Dinar. What i was told is that a few of the CMKX shareholders are involved in setting up a Paltalk room ( go figure) Admission is $ 14.95 per month to join, after you join they have some people who are selling trust packages just like they did with this stock. The sellers are touting to the buyers that since they belong to these new rooms they can set up the trust for the low, low unbelievable price of just $ 5 GRAND

The fight to get our money released, our money released to trustee, and what has followed:
1. June 2006 cert pull ends all money is already collected and put into a fund that is suppose to be released but isn't, apparently nobody working the sting including bill frizzell does anything to release our money. (FALSE)
2. Nov 9 2009 The Coalition files a lawsuit in supreme court of british columbia to force the issue (David Nelson files lawsuit to further complicate issues and feed his own ego)
3. Dec. 16 Al Hodges puts out his first update of pending case coming.
(People get the prelude to Insanity)
4. Jan. 1. We have the codes, they don't work, the taxes taken out.
( that's because the codes exist in your head only)
5. Jan. 8 Al Hodges files his case. (Insanity is delivered)
6. Feb 2nd Al Hodges calls me at home at ten at night to agree to take a conference call in my case. (USDA grade A Bullscit)
7. Feb. 4th I ask a judge in the supreme court of b.c. to release our trust fund, it doesn't happen. Judge refuses to take Al's call. (he refused to take the call because Al filed a piece of comedy disguised as a lawsuit)
8. Al Hodges assures me it will be released by Feb. 15 for sure as the taxes were taken out and it appears there is no need to continue with the case. That of course comes and goes and the fight is still on, with the opposition not caring about the laws that they broke.(They broke no laws because there is no trust)
9. March 15th 2010 A group of shareholders fights for their money and puts out the only real news release of Al Hodges bivens case: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/CMKX-Shareholders-Coalition-iw-3194779771.html?x=0&.v=1 (Which ends up getting Dismissed with Prejudice)
10. March 30th Tim Barello takes the CMKX sting and Al Hodges case public in the only public interview ever given by Al, the pressure is needed as it is not over.(Tim Barello never pursued this story, did he?)
11. April 5th Tim Barello goes on RT TV on the Alyona show to up the pressure to release our money.(No, he went on the show and talked about the case)
12. April 8th the Alyona show agrees to allow David Nelson on the show to continue to pressure the ending. (you appeared on the show to help fill a void in your gigantic ego with the resukt being a resounding thud)
13. April 11th Mr. Nelson, It's Jenny from The Alyona Show. We are planning on doing a pre-tape
interview with you via Skype on Monday 3:30pm EST (12:30pm Pacific Time). Please feel free to call me if you have any questions what so ever. If you would like to do a Skype test on Sunday please call my cell phone. My information is below. Thank you, Jenny.
14. April 11, 2010 to the trustee. I was on the phone with Al as the transfer was being done. All we required was ER (permission) to release the funds to the shareholders. (No trustee and no trust, hence no release)
15. April 14th, Dave Nelson goes on Alyona show. ) See resounding thud)
16. Since then all media is blacked out including Al Hodges not returning the call of CBC reporter who was to run the story, funds are in trustees hands but are not released, total misinformation campaign done and continues to today. (No blackout. The media is fully aware of the frivolity exercised and knows there is not an ounce of truth to the story)
17. Last Year, brutal purgatory of false hope. (same idiocy as all years preceding it)
18. Present, Nevada FBI has been sent Al Hodges current letters, forget the last year Al, back this move and this will be over. And no hard feelings, it was hell for all of us, the ends will justify the means, and lets leave it at that. "

LOL
Krazy Al should seriously consider ending the White Hats/letter writing to the Queen sham. Some shareholders are posting that Hodges is making them look like Krazy kooks by requesting they send the WH lunacy to their congressmen. Imagine that! lol
The only thing Krazy Al is accomplishing now is enticing an angry mob to go after him. And gussie's rantings on RB about the FBI investigating Hodge's allegations isn't helping Hodges image either.

A few days ago i was speaking to one of our shareholders who does not subscribe to the bologna, but they were able to tell me about one of the newest on-line scams that has been set up. This one involves the Iraqi Dinar. What i was told is that a few of the CMKX shareholders are involved in setting up a Paltalk room ( go figure) Admission is $ 14.95 per month to join, after you join they have some people who are selling trust packages just like they did with this stock. Run and Run far is what they need to do. Just thought i would share this little bit of info with everyone.

FOREX is a term used to describe the legitimate foreign currency exchange market. The value of one nation’s currency, as compared to another nation’s currency, fluctuates on a continuous basis. These fluctuations can sometimes be quite dramatic and depend on innumerable complex factors. Due to the complexity of factors affecting the exchange rate of one currency to another, speculative FOREX trading bears a high level of risk....etc

April 20, 2011 > DFI Alert: Iraqi Dinar Scams
Several websites have recently begun advertising investment opportunities in Iraqi Dinars, the currency of Iraq. These websites are asking the consumers to send a check, wire, money order, or pay cash upon delivery of the Dinars. What consumers are not told is that the Dinars can be redeemed only in Iraq, as most of the established currency exchange houses and banking institutions cannot convert the Dinar to US dollars. Since no exchange exists for the Iraqi Dinar, dealers can charge whatever they want to sell and buy back the Dinars.

Janice, you must check this out!
I just recently started watching this show on the Science Channel called Oddities. The shops inventory has the most bizarre items. They had an artist who collects nail clippings to make them into art objects. I was howling! It reminded me of Scott C. saving his mother's nail clippings.
They had a woman who collected peoples belly button lint to make little teddy bears from it. LOL
They also had this guy who used his own blood to paint portraits. Actually, I really liked this guys work.
Their website is a hoot!

Top 10 Weirdest Things Ever Sold
http://science.discovery.com/tv/oddities/weirdest-items-sold-pictures.html
Again and again, it's been proven that if someone has something to sell -- no matter how bizarre, disturbing or seemingly worthless it is -- there's probably at least one other person who'll see it as a must-have, if not a fantastic bargain. Over the years, price tags have been attached to an astonishing inventory that ranges from owl puke and amphibious car-boats to toast nibbled by a noted pop singer. One woman even auctioned off advertising space on her forehead.
So, without further ado, here are our nominees for the 10 weirdest things ever sold.

Might as well go to a palm reader
......or the plam reader.
The Xers should save their money for the therapy sessions they will need next year after the CMKX insiders RICO trial.
Poor tuscan on RB keeps insisting Urban is a good man, and the "old team is real". She will need a heavy dose of shock therapy when the time comes.
Some folks have asked if "I $till do ConSultation$"
Poofne$$
With the emphasis on Con $ = ConSultation$
I don't know about you, but I don't continue to write to people who don't reply

But of course it would have had an anonymous domain registration anyway
Yeah, I looked too. I tried tracking them down for the last few weeks searching different conspiracy sites with no luck. They don't want to be known for some red flag reason.
They have a blog......
who are they ? How did Hodges hook up with them, or did he already have a relationship with them?

Al DID write to the Exchequer. He may even have written twice
Yes, I recall the letters after I posted my message. But he only wrote once or twice and continues writing the Queen. Or so we're lead to believe.
Evidently Gussie has forgotten that the weekend before the August hearing, Krazy Al was flailing around, emailing people he hoped would send him evidence
Duh! That needs to be added to Hodges list of fumbles.
These idiots think they can make ridiculous demands, and that the authorities will snap to attention
They want endless investigations. The truth is already in the public domain but, it's not what they want to hear about $3.87 trillion trust due to them. So gus wants to waste more of our tax dollars because the Canadian authorities shut him down.
This what the Xers have currently on their plate. They have a few(?) AG's supposedly looking into their complaints. They have the Fryar investigation. And now gus wants the FBI to open another investigation.
But why do it at all if he isn't going to send them
His client in this seems to be Cottrell, and we know he doesn't have any money, and wouldn't give it to Krazy Al if he did
Janice, you left out part of the equation.
Krazy Al isn't just representing Cottrell as a client. He was appointed a director linking him closer to the Cottrell gang. And THAT is interesting to say the least.........
The newest mystery is who exactly are the White Hats. What is Hodges relationship with them?
