RK... What do you know about CMKX
PM... You won’t find my signature on anything having to do with CMKX. I advised my father not to get involved with that.

RK... What about the money and packets Al Hodges says you have control of?
PM... Yea I hear I am paying 150,000,000 in penalties per week. There is no truth to that at all. Look around do you hear the phones ringing off the hook? I do most of my business on the internet. I have 400 workers and most of our work is on the internet. We only get an occasional call from a shareholder of CMKX. I have nothing to do with CMKX.

RK... Did you receive the letter from attorney Fryar?
PM... Yes that letter is not on my desk but I am not responding to that letter I have nothing to tell them. if they want to talk to me they can come to Vegas.

RK.... What about what I talked to you over the phone last week about the former chief of the CIA William Casey and his son Lawrence and your father who were both involved with the CIA and founded Global Intelligence.
PM... That was a weird coincidence and Lawrence was a nephew not the son.

RK... What about these allegations by Al Hodges?
PM... I don’t associate myself with skunks and tell Al Hodges to show a document with my name on it associated with CMKX.

RK... i heard someone named Tuscan post that last week on the board
PM... Yes thats true I talked to her and I said I don’t associate myself with skunks he is looney tunes.

cmkx360: Peter aid he might get one call maybe every couple weeks or he gets one a week for a time, and then goes months without getting a call regarding CMKM.He's never met Al, doesn't know anything about him, doesn't even know where his office is.He doesn't mind speaking to shareholders but feels it's a waste of our time and his.

cmkx360: He did say to me, "He doesn't get in pisxing contests with a skunk" and i asked if that was a compliment like skunkworks as seen on boards. He doesn't mean skunk as a compliment. He said he does not mean that towards any shareholder, just the people who keep repeatedly involving him.
cmkx360: He said he feels sorry for shareholders and doesn't know of any group of shareholders who would hang on so long. He guesses hope springs eternal. He doesn't read the boards. He's been at the office every day. He doesn't know where Urban is, he said he didn't know who Edwards was. i mentioned something about extradition and he said he knew of a case where it took 5 years.

It really doesn't bother him but if too many call, he will instruct the office not to put calls through.He said he's been married 48 years and learned about, he said, she said, they said, not to go there and we laughed.

No beating around the bush and Peter Maheu neither. Had to ask a couple more question of Peter Maheu. Here are his answers.

Asked if Peter had any knowledge of Lindell Bonney, Michael Cottrell, etc or their activities? He said he did not know who Al associated himself with or anything about them. Discussion about that.

Asked if Al puts a witness on the stand to say his father enacted a settlement, would it be addressed? He said as far as his Father, his Father is deceased & the statute of limitations has passed. Al can say anything he wants to but if they want to put someone on the stand and perjure themselves, it's their problem, not his.

He commented, he doesn't even know if Al graduated from law school? Said, had looked him up on the State Bar and he did.

Said suspected Al had not spoken with him or tried to call Peter, when he put out the update in January, thought it was basically for shareholders to call and email him for him. Didn't think Al was man enough to call him himself. Yes, I said that, because it would mean Al wasn't truthful in his update.

Peter Maheu DENIES that Al ever tried to contact him and has never spoken with him. He did not know Al had written to shareholders, about Al's attempts to contact him, until shareholders started calling and emailing.

Peter said he isn't calling anyone regarding Al. He isn't involved and anyone who wants to speak about these things, should call him. Said I feel sorry for him and what's been said & done regarding him. He told me not to be, it's not bothering him.

Please pick up the phone and call Peter and ask your own questions. The ones writing and saying the most about him, have never called. He isn't evading, he's in his office. He's just not much interested in CMKM other than feeling sorry for shareholders. With that, I give the man peace.
