The fight to get our money released, our money released to trustee, and what has followed:

1. June 2006 cert pull ends all money is already collected and put into a fund that is suppose to be released but isn't, apparently nobody working the sting including bill frizzell does anything to release our money. (FALSE)

2. Nov 9 2009 The Coalition files a lawsuit in supreme court of british columbia to force the issue (David Nelson files lawsuit to further complicate issues and feed his own ego)

3. Dec. 16 Al Hodges puts out his first update of pending case coming.
(People get the prelude to Insanity)

4. Jan. 1. We have the codes, they don't work, the taxes taken out.
( that's because the codes exist in your head only)

5. Jan. 8 Al Hodges files his case. (Insanity is delivered)

6. Feb 2nd Al Hodges calls me at home at ten at night to agree to take a conference call in my case. (USDA grade A Bullscit)

7. Feb. 4th I ask a judge in the supreme court of b.c. to release our trust fund, it doesn't happen. Judge refuses to take Al's call. (he refused to take the call because Al filed a piece of comedy disguised as a lawsuit)

8. Al Hodges assures me it will be released by Feb. 15 for sure as the taxes were taken out and it appears there is no need to continue with the case. That of course comes and goes and the fight is still on, with the opposition not caring about the laws that they broke.(They broke no laws because there is no trust)

9. March 15th 2010 A group of shareholders fights for their money and puts out the only real news release of Al Hodges bivens case: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/CMKX-Shareholders-Coalition-iw-3194779771.html?x=0&.v=1 (Which ends up getting Dismissed with Prejudice)

10. March 30th Tim Barello takes the CMKX sting and Al Hodges case public in the only public interview ever given by Al, the pressure is needed as it is not over.(Tim Barello never pursued this story, did he?)

11. April 5th Tim Barello goes on RT TV on the Alyona show to up the pressure to release our money.(No, he went on the show and talked about the case)

12. April 8th the Alyona show agrees to allow David Nelson on the show to continue to pressure the ending. (you appeared on the show to help fill a void in your gigantic ego with the resukt being a resounding thud)

13. April 11th Mr. Nelson, It's Jenny from The Alyona Show. We are planning on doing a pre-tape

14. April 11, 2010 to the trustee. I was on the phone with Al as the transfer was being done. All we required was ER (permission) to release the funds to the shareholders. (No trustee and no trust, hence no release)

15. April 14th, Dave Nelson goes on Alyona show. ) See resounding thud)

16. Since then all media is blacked out including Al Hodges not returning the call of CBC reporter who was to run the story, funds are in trustees hands but are not released, total misinformation campaign done and continues to today. (No blackout. The media is fully aware of the frivolity exercised and knows there is not an ounce of truth to the story)

17. Last Year, brutal purgatory of false hope. (same idiocy as all years preceding it)

18. Present, Nevada FBI has been sent Al Hodges current letters, forget the last year Al, back this move and this will be over. And no hard feelings, it was hell for all of us, the ends will justify the means, and lets leave it at that. "
