GMZP or OSFT? Who owns Terrasolar?
PrimeZone Media Network August 25, 2004

WESTON, Fla., Aug. 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: GEMZ Corp. (Pink Sheets:GMZP), Z-Tel Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZTEL) Texas Instruments Incorporated (NYSE:TXN) and Google Inc. (Nasdaq:GOOG).
Aggressive investors and traders will want to watch GEMZ Corp. (Pink Sheets:GMZP) this morning! Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, International Nanotechnology Corp. (INC) will sample its first consumer product in the fourth quarter of 2004.
This could be more good news for investors! This progress is based on the signing, as previously announced, of a definitive agreement with TSDC-N, a joint venture created by Terra Solar Development Corp. (TSDC) and Dr. S. Kulcsar. TSDC is a leading developer of photovoltaic and nanocell technology. As announced, INC will acquire substantially all of its nanotechnology assets of TSDC-N and an exclusive license to sell certain photovoltaic products being developed by TSDC in the United States as well.
We encourage investors to keep their eyes on this company! INC has made forward progress towards developing a solar-powered solution for powering cell phones and laptop computers. Laptop and cell phone users everywhere need a cost-effective way to continually power or recharge their units without plugging them in. The INC product is believed to be the first to use PV Nanofilms, which combine thin films and nanotechnology so they it can also work indoors in most lighting situations.
Pricing has not been announced but according to Dr. Zoltan Kiss, chief technology advisor to INC, it is expected to be very competitive with older, more limited solutions.
The stock closed yesterday at one cent a share.

I second that motion. Might need another PR to further illustrate OSFT to potential buyers.
Holding TLTD here. Expect more news soon. You gotta break a few eggs to make an omlet.
OT: Sorry I got mixed up. ICOA is a Wifi not VOiP player. Still like it but like TLTD better with more confirmation.
Spoken like a pinkie veteran dropdeadfred. LMAO
Watch ICOA this week - another VOiP hottie. If the companies in this type of sector show great earnings and strong earnings growth ($85million) going forward look out and hang on.
Huge fat finger on WBSK made my day.
sno that chart was good on the 18th of January. Now its looking like more down to me.
Will mario actually fulfill a promise made in a proir pr? He'll have to do that a couple times to get any real buying to occur. Except for a buyout.
uggh this is painful. Gonna have to get a parachute. I did not read the chart right I guess. When they are really obvious (like the recent TLTD climb) I know but when they might start trending up - well that's just a guess I guess. Sorry if anyone was led to buy by my post. Then again maybe .0024 was the bottom.
That's funny, where'd everyone go? We be up! and going north by the looks of the chart in the Ibox.
Help with TLTD Doji star. I need a chartist for this TLTD doji star. I see a doji star which gaps from a long red candlestick. The red candlestick was preceeded by 2 long green candlesticks.
This just arrived at pinksheets:

I guess I should have said that my DD and the chart have given me the opinion that WBSK is going up short term. I just posted press releases that were not posted yet and commented on where I think the pps is going short-term. I am not deluded, I just had an opinion. I may have a different opinion at some point too.
Welcome to the Pexcon Inc. Ihub board.
I can't tell if it's some of you that are really paranoid or if it's just me.
Thanks Art. They are getting mighty close to the AS limit. Wouldn't be suprised to see a filing increasing that. I hope they dont jump straight to 1B AS.

WebSky, Inc. and World Wide Wireless -- India -- Enter into Definitive Joint Venture Agreement for Broadband Wireless Internet Project in India
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WebSky, Inc. (OTC:WBSK) announced today that it has entered into a definitive joint venture agreement with World Wide Wireless (India), a New Delhi based telecommunications company, to develop a Next Generation wireless broadband service, to be initially launched in the cities of New Delhi, Mumbai (Bombay) and Ludhiana (Punjab).
Under the terms of the agreement, a Joint Venture to be known as WebSky (India), Ltd. will be establish to provide non-line-of-sight wireless broadband internet services over licensed frequencies. The first location to be developed will be in the industrial city of Ludhiana in Punjab State, to be followed thereafter by the development of the New Delhi and Mumbai projects. The venture plans to construct the project using advanced non-line-of-sight equipment which allows for fixed, portable, and eventually mobile connectivity within the service areas. The system will be fully compatible with, and adaptable to, new chipsets and related hardware currently being developed for advanced wireless broadband services by companies such as Intel.
Ludhiana, with 1.5 million inhabitants, is a one of the major cities of Punjab, a northern state with a population of nearly 25 million. New Delhi has over 11 million inhabitants, and Mumbai (Bombay) has nearly 13 million residents. Despite India's well-deserved global reputation as a center of high tech and computer sciences, internet penetration rates are relatively low and broadband subscribers are represent only a small fraction of those subscribers. According to a recent report of the International Telecommunications Union, India, with a total population of over 1 billion, has approximately 4.1 million internet subscribers. Only 140,000 have broadband connections. However, internet penetration is growing at a rate of 12% per year. Although India possesses an extensive national fiber-optic network, antiquated wireline infrastructure has prevented widespread consumer availability of traditional broadband services in the country. The Indian government has recently established a clear public policy to encourage the rapid expansion of a broadband system throughout the subcontinent.
As in most emerging markets, the limited availability of broadband connections has resulted in very high consumer costs - as of July, 2004 to lowest monthly subscription rates in India for broadband connectivity was $US16.82 per month per 100 kbps download speed compared to $1.77 in the United States. The relatively low capital expenditures required to construct such a system - as compared to wireline systems offering similar speeds and capacity - will facilitate the venture's ability to engage in price competition while maintaining high profit margins. The joint venture anticipates the launch of its first operations in India during the second quarter of 2005. WebSky India projects, based on modest market penetration assumptions along with continuing robust growth of the internet in India, that annual revenues for the three initial locations in the third year of operations will exceed $US45 million.
