Douglas Haffer, President and Chief Executive Officer (dhaffer@wbsy.net)
Mr. Haffer attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison from 1965 to 1969. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors with a major in Latin American History. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, among other honors, at Madison. Upon graduation from UW, he enrolled at Harvard Law School from which he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1972.
He was admitted to the California Bar in December 1972. From 1972 to 1998, Mr. Haffer was affiliated, either as associate or partner, with several firms. His legal practice concentrated primarily providing legal counseling too small or start-up businesses in the high tech and telecommunications fields. In May 1998 Mr. Haffer became its President and Chief Executive Officer of World Wide Wireless Communications. The company’s business plan involved the acquisition and build out of substantial wireless frequency spectrum in the 2.5 to 2.7 GHz band (MMDS), especially in developing countries. In his first year with the company, it acquired rights to frequency spectrum in an additional 40 locations within the United States, as well as in Peru, Argentina, India, and Thailand. In October 2000 it commenced digital broadband wireless Internet service in Lima, Peru.
Mr. Haffer left World Wide Wireless in April 2001 to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Semeca, Inc. From October 2002 to April, 2003 Mr. Haffer served as President and Chief Executive Officer, under a six month contract, of Telemais Telecommunications, Inc., (symbol “TLMT”), which was the former name of WebSky, Inc. During this period, that company commenced revenue operations in its first location in southern Brazil.

Dana Miller, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer (dmiller@wbsy.net)Dana Miller is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of WebSky Communications, Mr. Miller worked abroad as the chief engineering consultant to Nextage Broadband LTD, an Indian based Wireless Internet corporation located in Chennai India. He led that company's successful effort to establish India’s first broadband wireless Internet delivery system infrastructure. His other positions include Vice President and officer of licensing and system expansion at World Wide Wireless Communications, Inc. Mr. Miller successfully managed all domestic and international licenses and the construction/installation of the first broadband wireless Internet system in Lima, Peru. He was Director of licensing and systems expansion at National Micro-Visions Systems, a USA based company acquiring MMDS and ITFS licenses throughout the country and Director of Licensing and system acquisition and expansion at National Digital Systems, Inc. a start up company developing one of the first MPEG 2 digital compression systems based on a VSB platform.

WebSky’s Chief Financial Officer, he served as COO and Director of World Wide Wireless Communication Inc., was founder of KCG a management consulting company, he has served as CFO and member of the Board of Directors of UniPrise Systems Inc. a software developer and RDI Computers Inc. a computer manufacture. Member of the Board of Directors of Storage Concepts Inc., an image storage systems manufacturer. His prior experience has been as a member of the Board of Directors and CFO of Wilson Laboratories for four years, founder and CEO of Wespercorp (ASE) for nine years and has held positions in senior management with MSI Data Corporation (ASE), Datum Inc. (OTC), Invecom Systems Inc. and the University of California L.R.L.
