CORRECTION - Superstar Mickey Gilley Joins Nashville Records' Christmas Album
In the news release, "Superstar Mickey Gilley Joins Nashville Record's Christmas Album," issued earlier today by Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NSHV), we are advised by the company that the mention of Gilley's Club in first sentence of the second paragraph should read "Gilley's Club in Pasadena, Texas," rather than "Gilley's Club in Pasadena, California" as originally issued. Additionally, in the headline the company name should read "Nashville Records'" rather than "Nashville Record's." Complete corrected text follows.
Superstar Mickey Gilley Joins Nashville Records' Christmas Album
NASHVILLE, TN -- April 18, 2007 -- Nashville Records, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NSHV) announced today that legendary vocalist and pianist Mickey Gilley will appear on the Company's upcoming Christmas album. The album is already beginning to create widespread excitement in the county music industry and elsewhere as more and more popular performers line up to participate in this unprecedented production.
Mickey Gilley -- the cousin of Jerry Lee Lewis -- has been a leader in country music for more than three decades starting in 1970 when he opened Gilley's Club in Pasadena, Texas, which became the "in-place" for performers and audiences interested in country music, specifically honky tonk. His hit "Room Full of Roses" not only topped the country music charts but crossed-over to pop music as well -- rising to #50 on the charts. This highly popular recording was followed by 16 #1 hits, many "countrypolitan honky tonk," including "I Overlooked an Orchid," "City Lights," "She's Pulling Back Again," "True Love Ways," "Stand by Me," "That's All That Matters," and "A Headache Tomorrow (Or a Heartache Tonight)."
It was Gilley's cameo appearance (and songs) in the movie "Urban Cowboy" that catapulted his musical career into national prominence bringing him 6 straight #1 country music singles and a series of top 10 hits. The recipient of many country music awards in the mid-1970s (album of the year, entertainer of the year, single of the year, song of the year, top male vocalist and most promising male artist of the year), Gilley currently stars at his own permanent theater in Branson, Missouri in which hundreds of thousands of people go to see Mickey each year and buy his albums. Nashville Records President Gene Sibbett observed that, "There are few entertainers in the country music business that are as recognizable and popular as Mickey Gilley. To have Mickey join Nashville Records in what will possibly become a record-selling album is both an honor and a special treat -- clearly, it doesn't get any better."
Nashville Records, Inc. is a Nashville-based record label located in the heart of Music Row. The key management and advisors were industry-retired individuals that were dissatisfied with the direction in which the music industry was headed. In the past, this combined management team is credited with sales of well into the billions of dollars and has been responsible for hundreds of charted hits.

Think we will just have to wait it out until all the NPYC investors that want to sell are gone and the shares will be in stronger hands.
When the MMs can't get any more cheap shares they will have to move the price up.
Meantime, everyone has the opportunity to load up. They upped the ask to .05 so maybe that is a sign they are running low on shares and will stop giving them away.
I am showing bid .01, ask .0115.
Looks like the MMs have covered a lot of shares. They should let this run with no more games!

Welcome to the Hemi gang. We are positive you will be buying more shares as this story stock continues to unfold.
The other thing to remember is that they are not taking salaries and I dought they would go thru all this work for nothing. They have their reputations at stake and I doubt they would put them on the line for nothing. They know what they are doing. We just have to give them time to build this company.
Also, they have no debt and they have said they will not do any "toxic financing".
Nashville Records will score big with the Christmas album. Think about it, not one artist, but 10 that we know of already. Each of these artists has their own following and many have fan clubs so those will be the first to buy the album. A lot less risk involved with an album with varied hit artists, which I consider to be a very smart move.
Great buy. I see our volume is over 500,000 so hopefully those giving their shares away @.035 will get done soon. I know I am not selling any and hope the rest of the buyers here will be with holding with me.
cat
I'm now showing .48 x .49
You are correct. After doing our taxes I decided to hold my stocks for a year to get that extra 15%+ profit. Not worth jumping in and out. WRNW, ENDE, and ALRY are all having a great run. I believe that HMGP and NVMG both have so much ahead of them especially with the cameras running, their pps will run.
They have 10 artists signed and I think the album will have 16 songs so that leaves us with 6 more artists to be added or some artists will have 2 songs.
Sure looks like a "Golden" album to me.
It sure will be nice to be back in pennyland.
I would be thrilled with $1 a share which I feel is possible in due time.
We don't know how many of the NPYC shares remain in investor's hands and many of them could have been bought under .03. Once they are gone this will be able to move north.
Sure is nice to see it get off the .008, closed there for too long. Wish they would have released a date for filming.

Hemi 2 Well Comes in at 68 Bbls Per Day and Increases Mature Wells Production
Hemi's first new oil well (the Hemi 2) on the Reno lease located in Woodson County, Kansas, has Initial Production at 68 bbls per day. The oil pay zone stimulation process used to complete the Hemi 2 well has produced a more efficient and better producing well. This Initial Production is significantly higher than the results seen in the typical SE Kansas oil wells. The application of the information derived from the additional testing and completion techniques used on the Hemi 2 well will allow all new wells to be completed in a much more efficient and timely manner.
This important oil pay zone stimulation process developed by Hemi greatly increased oil production in its mature reworked wells, which were located within ½ to 1 mile from the new well, at the same time it was producing the first new well. Five mature wells that were producing approximately 3 to 5 bbls per day each have increased their baseline production to more than 5 to 8 bbls per day each.
There are also an additional eight wells that are in the process of being reworked within a ¾-mile radius to the new well. Based on a test well production, Hemi's opinion is that this stimulation process will also improve each of these 8 reworked wells' oil production that will be baselined in bbls per day within less than two weeks. Hemi's process will increase production from 4 geological pay zones as multiple new wells are completed this spring on contiguous leases.
Hemi's extensive library of geological information about all pay zones in our area of southeast Kansas, and the testing information derived from producing our first new well, was used for the development of this process. The application of this process for new wells to be drilled on all five leases, which also have mature reworked wells and encompasses over 3 square miles in Woodson County, Kansas, will substantially increase total oil production from mature reworked wells.
The importance of being able to efficiently produce more oil per well at less cost per bbl from mature reworked wells cannot be over-emphasized. The blanket geological formations in southeast Kansas and the Humboldt-Chanute field will become more valuable pay zones using Hemi's oil stimulation process on leases with mature oil wells.
Hemi Energy Group is an independent crude oil and natural gas producer employing a unique business model capitalizing on technological advances to exploit mature fields with millions of barrels of proven oil remaining in the ground. Using attractive lease/royalty packages, Hemi has secured, in its history, tens of thousands of acres of productive domestic projects. The company's forward-thinking strategy has placed it in an enviable position at a time when prices and global demand for oil continue to rise.
Building on decades of experience in enhanced oil recovery, Hemi has successfully amassed a substantial and attractive portfolio of these high-quality domestic properties. By streamlining operations through cutting-edge technologies, Hemi has the ability to operate more effectively and efficiently than larger oil companies.

Have to agree the MMs remain in control for another day. They have not changed the bid from .44 while they jump the ask all over.
John Ford Coley - John Ford Coley is most famous for hit songs such as: "Love Is The Answer", "Gone Too Far", "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight", "Nights Are Forever", "We'll Never Have To Say Goodbye Again". "Come Back To Me", "Soldier In The Rain", and many others. In 2003, the song "Nights are Forever" appeared in the film "Dickie Roberts Former Child Star". Another hit appeared in the film "Long Kiss Goodnight" with Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson.
Famous hit makers that John's performed alongside include: Elton John, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Chicago, Carole King, Bread, Loggins and Messina, Led Zepplin, Carly Simon, Bill Cosby, Steve Miller Band, Randy Bachman, Air Supply, and Gordon Lightfoot, to name a few.
As part of the Nashville songwriting community, John has written new songs such as, "Free Spirits", a duet "Til The Light Turns Green", and "She's Got Another Think Coming" that he performs in songwriter rounds throughout the south. He mixes in the new material with the hits that he's written, performing and/or writing with songwriting talents such as Byron Hill, Paul Overstreet, as well as others.
John's television exposure crosses all demographic boundaries. He's hosted "The Midnight Special" and co-hosted "The Mike Douglas Show". He's appeared on "The Tonight Show", "Merv Griffin", "David Soul and Friends", "Dinah", "American Bandstand", "Hollywood Squares" (A Special Rock Edition), "Make Me Laugh", "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert", "Prime Time Country", and the "Trinity Broadcasting Network."
In the mid-1980s, John entered acting. In "Dream A Little Dream", Coley performed as the boyfriend of actress Susan Blakely. In this role he enjoyed pushing teen Corie Feldman down some stairs and spiking Feldman's girlfriend's wine to keep her from sneaking out. Previously, in his first acting role in "Scenes From The Gold Mine", Coley played a drummer alongside Eagles Timothy B. Schmidt. The film also featured Joe Pantoliano (The Sopranos). Most rewarding though was an episode of "America's Most Wanted". Here, John played a drug dealer who was killed by his partner. In this re-enactment, the capture of John's character's real-life killer was among the fastest captured in the show's history.
Of late, John Ford Coley is touring many dates in the U.S. and Canada, as well as returning to the Philippines for the fifth time in spring 2007. He has produced two new country acts in Nashville and most recently played on the bill with such acts as Lou Gramm (Foreigner), Poco, Ambrosia, and Alice Cooper, as well as with Terry Sylvester (formerly of the Hollies).
Johnny Lee - In 1980 the movie Urban Cowboy, starring John Travolta helped make Country music a prime entertainment force in cities all over America. Perhaps the chief beneficiary of that fad was Johnny Lee.
When Urban Cowboy was shot at Gilley's, Lee ended up with a million-seller song and the musical centerpiece for the movie became "Lookin' For Love". The song became Lee's first Gold Record. The song also became a huge crossover hit. While spending 3 weeks at Number 1 on the US Country chart and becoming a US Top 5 Pop hit, it also received a Grammy nomination. Johnny's song shared the soundtrack with such legends as; The Eagles, Anne Murray, Kenny Rogers, Linda Ronstadt, Bob Seger, and many others.
In 1979, Lee's first screen role was in a 1979 TV Movie, The Girls in the Office, starry Barbara Eden and Susan St. James. He was then asked to perform in the film, Urban Cowboy.
He followed up "Lookin' For Love" with "One In A Million", which spent two weeks at #1. More #1 Singles occurred during this time including - "Bet Your Heart On Me", "The Yellow Rose (a duet with Lane Brody)", & "You Could've Heard a Heart Break". His string of Top 10 hits continued with "Pickin' Up Strangers," "Prisoner of Hope," "Be There for Me Baby," "Cherokee Fiddle," "Sounds Like Love," "Hey Bartender" and "Rollin' Lonely." During the height of his success, he appeared on Talk Shows, network specials and series such as "Fantasy Island", "CHiPS", "The Fall Guy", "The A-Team", and "The Grand Ole' Opry".
Johnny Lee is still writing, still performing, and still; Lookin' For Love!
I watched last week as ETRD gobbled up shares, even raised his bid to .05 and got more. Did not move to the ask until Friday where he likely got .07 for them
JB are you a pirate at heart??
I agree. Once the mono players get a bone they run with it no matter what. BHUB is a perfect example of that.

Pink Sheets, LLC
Issuer Services
(212) 896-4420
issuers@pinksheets.com
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
New York, NY - November 6, 2006 - Pink Sheets, LLC today announced the introduction of new categories for the companies traded on the Pink Sheets Electronic Interdealer Quotation and Trading System. The decision to start categorizing each security traded on the Pink Sheets is a move to provide more transparency to investors on the ability and willingness of issuers to provide adequate public disclosure in a credible and timely manner. Pink Sheets is a quotation and trading venue that does not have minimum disclosure standards. Trading is driven by OTC market demand rather than the traditional exchange listing process. Therefore, categorizing securities by their level of disclosure will greatly enhance the capital formation process. The categories are based on the level, quality and timeliness of a company's disclosure. The initiative is similar to the various markets that NASDAQ uses to classify companies as well as the identifiers that NASDAQ and NYSE use to label companies that are late or delinquent in disclosure. Pink Sheets will implement the new categories on May 1, 2007.
Companies that have substantial operating businesses and provide credible disclosure to the public qualify for the premium tier OTCQX, which commences trading on January 2007. For more information on OTCQX, please see our website at www.otcqx.com. Approximately 20% of the current Pink Sheets or OTC Bulletin Board traded companies could qualify for an OTCQX listing. All Pink Sheets quoted securities of issuers that are not able or willing to meet the high standards of OTCQX will be placed in one of the following categories and labeled as such on www.pinksheets.com effective May 1, 2007:
Emerging Equities List represents companies that provide credible disclosure, including GAAP audited financials, but may not have sufficient business operations to qualify for OTCQX. To qualify for this category, companies are required to provide a letter from an attorney regarding the quality of their disclosure. These companies will have an Emerging Equity List logo next to their symbol.
SEC Current indicates that the companies are SEC reporting and current in their financial reporting. Pink Sheets will track filings made through the SEC's EDGAR system and automatically categorize a company based on their filing status.
Adequate Current Information indicates companies that conform to Pink Sheets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. An audit is not required, but a letter from an attorney regarding the completeness of disclosure is required. Federal or state regulated banks, insurance companies and companies listed on non-U.S. stock exchanges will only need to supply the information they file with their primary regulator in English and will not be required to provide an attorney letter.
Limited Information Available applies to companies with some information posted in the last six months, either through the SEC's EDGAR system or the Pink Sheets News Service, but may not be current or complete. A yield sign will be displayed next to the symbol.
Public Interest Concern is for stocks with unsolicited spam, questionable promotion or other public-interest concerns. A Skull and Crossbones icon will be displayed next to the symbol. If there is no current information available for a company that is the subject of unsolicited spam, their quotes will also be blocked on pinksheets.com.
No Information is for all other Pink Sheets stocks. A stop sign will be displayed next to the symbol.
The companies that wish to be designated as OTCQX or Emerging Equities List companies are required to submit an application as they will be agreeing to provide a minimum level of disclosure. Adequate Current Information and Limited Information Available require non-SEC-reporting issuers to subscribe to the Pink Sheets News Service to make the information publicly available.
"The creation of the OTCQX and the forthcoming Pink Sheets categories are the next step in our continuing efforts to improve the Pink Sheets trading environment," commented Cromwell Coulson, Chairman and CEO of Pink Sheets. "We have transformed the Pink Sheets from a nearly dormant paper-based quotation service to a fully integrated electronic quotation, trading and disclosure system with almost $25 billion in volume of trading in the first quarter of this year and market maker participation from 200 of the largest securities firms in the world. Because of our highly efficient trading platform, over 90% of inter-dealer trading in OTC Bulletin Board securities now trades through our systems. In addition, we have given issuers the ability to communicate with the investment public through our website, pinksheets.com, which registers over 100 million page views from investors each month."
Additional efforts to enhance transparency and investor confidence include successfully persuading the NASD to require its members to include Pink Sheets and OTC Bulletin Board securities in the monthly short-interest reports. Pink Sheets has also petitioned the SEC to create rules that would expose illegal promotion activities such as spam e-mails that can tarnish the reputation of good companies and diminish the price of their stock.
"Companies are known by the company they keep, and we hope that in providing these new categories, companies that provide disclosure to the public will clearly stand apart from those companies that are of lesser quality," concluded Mr. Coulson.
