nice buys sam!!!
Given the .0072 close, I'm glad he held on to his ammo for a push for another day.
Testimonial
I was at my mother-in-law's house Saturday, and she took me in the formal dinning room to show me what her grandaughter had done to the dinning room table. There was alot of drips, drops, and smeared spots of pink nail polish all over one section of the table, and one of the chairs. Many of these were thick build-up where she had spilled it, and didn't try to wipe it up. This room isn't used often, and my mother-in-law said she hadn't seen her grandaughter with this nail polish in a month or so, and the mess had probably been on the table for that long. She had already tried to test nail polish remover on a small spot on the chair, but it was taking the finish off the chair so she stopped. She also tried to scrap one of the dripped spots off the chair, but it not only removed the polish, but it also removed the varnish finish under the spot.
I went home and got a bottle of Winning Colours, and brought back over there for her to try. I honestly didn't think it would work, because the nail polish was so thick in some areas, and this stuff had cured sooo hard you couldn't even scratch it. This was a very expensive cherry wood table, and I didn't want to be the one to try to clean it, so I told her to try a small spot on the chair just as she had with the nail polish in case it messes the finish up. She called me yesterday evening, and said the winning colours completely removed the nail polish, and didn't damage the table surface at all.
Just another example of how winning colours can save thousands of dollars around everyone's home.
All we need is a catalyst!!!
That would have been Janurary of this year.
If we had some buying pressure today we could have a very green day from the looks of it.
It means they didn't start the DRTV to end it after a two week test run, and they will continue to modify it until they reach their desired goal. Here for the long haul.
Your lack of understanding of busisness knowledge is evident through your constant negitive post about the DRTV. There was a plan for success set in motion from the beginning, and it will be tweeked and adjusted until that is achieved, but this adjustment process must be accomplished on a smaller budget and lower tier cable networks. Once it's proven to be accepted by the viewing public then it will be time to roll it out over the major networks. The percentage of veiwers that become consumers on the lower tier networks will be proportional to the viewers that will become consumers on the major network channels.
This is smart busisness anyway you look at it. Lets say you invented the slinky, and thought it was a cool toy and everyone would want one. Would it make sense to spend the capital to produce 10 million slinky's, or would it make more sense to produce 10 thousand, and test market them to get a better understanding of their acceptance. You may find that they aren't accepted because they were too big, too small, needed color, or needed adjustments for whatever reason. The fact they weren't accepted at first doesn't make them a failure, it simply means changes need to made to better appeal to the consumer.
I think you hurt his feelings lol.
Come on extra, you can do better than that haha.
Once again I will address these issues with you, but I'm sure they will be repeated again.

No disrespect meant toward you or the respected posters you're refering to, but they are the ones that probably got your money. That's just the nature of trading in the penny market.
I agree Wrink, I think the timing of the CC is indicative of something exciting happening between now and then.
The timing is ahead of the ERCM meetings, so no discussion there.
The documentation for uplisting will be submitted, but no guarentees it will be approved or uplisting complete by that date.
In my opinion I look for a substantial developement between now and the scheduled CC.
Where is the company going!!
In the month of June this has been the announced new retail locations.
London Drug Stores- 70 total (many added to the locator already)
Hasty Marlets- 250 total (PR states delivery for first 200 to begin within weeks)
Spartan Grocery- 375 total (stated all locations to be activated at once)
What an active month June with a total of 695 new retail outlets on board.
The volume doesn't indicate any panic selling going on to date. Possibly a little 504 mixed in with a little retail, but a far cry from panic at this point.
The .007 area looks pretty solid as it has been tested numerous times over the past week or so, and with important events upcoming it should start moving back up heading into these events.
There is a huge difference in a corporation trying massive expansion outside of it's borders, than having a local ambassador introducing the product on a small scale to test the acceptance of the market. I believe this approach is less cumbersome, and much less dangerous than a massive roll-out in a foreign country. Time will tell how successful it will become, but this approach leaves the management team in North America available to do what's needed here.
Yep need to see that macd continue to curl up, and a break of .008 and things will interesting.
I wonder if that Jay P. Moskowitz that is on that list is any relation?
I do believe there needs to be a discussion open for some type of venue to bring awareness to the stock. We have some very knowledgable people on this board that is capable of doing some great DD on all subjects. I think with Eric's willingness to approach the board with that other offer he would also be willing to consider other venues that would bring awareness to the company.
I don't think it's fair to slam or blame the mods for that decision. It was posed to the board to get a general concensus if people thought it would be an investment worth making since Eric wasn't familar with that company. Everyone had the opportunity to voice their opinion, and even though there was debate on the subject apparently very few cast their vote.
I'm sure there are strong connections between the walmart directors of different nations, but they are seperate entities. The things that happen in one geographic location doesn't have ties to the other geographic locations.
If we were to land one of those larger accounts it's possible they would expedite some type of roll-out to take advantage of the comercials, if they get back on track with them.
I would think there is a great chance of success at that meeting since the buyers from the retailers are there with one goal in mind. Bringing new products into their retail locations. Here's a repost from earlier showing the importance of this type of show versus other product show venues.

There are many different types of product shows to give companies the opportunity to show off there product. These shows vary considerably in effectiveness, thus the huge difference in cost to distributors/manufacturers. My list below gives s general concensus of the different types of shows.
Product or trade shows:
These are the cheapest shows to present your products in, and the expectations for success is much lower. The companies which send representitives do so with good intentions, but the setting is so cumbersome it's hard to develope a one on one dialog. As retail representitives pass your display booth you may be in the middle of a paint cleaning demonstration, if that's not the type of product they are interested in they move on. The next representitive may pass by when you are demonstrating removing marker form a surface, and he may be in the market for paint removal products, and once again pass on by. These types of shows are generally viewed as a two or three day get-a-way for the company representitives. They enjoy the time away from the office, good food, and scenery from a new city lol. There may be some success, but many times it comes later down the road when they see this product carried by a competitor, and remember when they saw it at a past product show.
Dealer or buyer shows:
These shows are much more productive, and not always attended by the product manufacturer or represintitives. This is a distributor sponsored event, and the retail representitives have a considerable amount of faith in the distributors advice. This type of show rarely has demonstrations preformed, as the word of the distributor is good enough. The retail representitives are looking for new products, deals on bulk buying, and take advantage of this type of show. WNBD has had success in the past from this type of show.
The ECRM show:
This type of show is the big daddy of them all. The retail buyers are there for the purpose of being introduced to new products to carry in their stores. This one on one dialog with each retail representitive gives WNBD the opportunity to tailor their presentation to the needs of that particular buyer, and his/her retail needs. I can tell you from experience, the demonstration process is jaw dropping. I honestly can't concieve a better situation for WNBD to prove the effectiveness of the product to the decision makers of these companies. These retail representitives are there for a reason, to find new products to stock in their stores. Winning Colours can provide a use for any need they are looking for, in any department, in any retail location. I am expecting huge developements from these meetings, and thus the increase in the store locator, and Erics goal of 20,000 locations as the next milestone.
Strange how all the .008's droped off L2, and moved to .0088
Seems as though your entire post is based completely on guesses, and whether you believe it or not there is a great deal of consumers that base their buying decisions on quality over price. It also looks like the slow learner is gain traction throughout North America with the recent additions of retail locations.
Thanks Tib, and the same to you as I know your celebration began yesterday (Canada Day) but will continue throughout the weekend as well.
Looks like everyone in the US started their vacations early. The entire OTCBB market is pretty much dead today.
They aren't done in the US yet either. There are several stores being supplied by Lancaster that I know of which still aren't on the locator yet down here in the deep south.
There are a couple of ways to look at that solar. If you look at the capital being raised over the past year it seems to be around 35 - 50 thousand a month according to form D filings, and share structure updates. To overcome that shortfall it would take an additional 10,000 bottles of product a month being sold. Given we are already in over 5,000 locations, and growing at a rapid pace that would only equate into selling an additional 2 bottles per month per location. With the awareness growing I believe it's very possible to acheive in the near future with increased advertising.
I'm not trying to be smart a$$ here, but you really need to read up on how 504 capital funding works, but don't look at the example of the sponge makers use of it lol.
This current years 504 can be used as a good example of how close the company could be to getting into a favorable position. During the first 8 months they used 335,000.00 of the total 1 million allowed
Where do they have common shares issued to them Drew, unless they are buying them from the open market. In the IIS they have their shares accounted for, and restricted. They don't do like the other company you're thinking of did. I think he has other things to do as opposed to trade stock in the company he is trying to build.
I really don't mind the dialog, but I thought you would be aware of the amount of capital that can be raise through 504's
In fact Drew, and I hope you know this...the maximum amount that can be raised yearly via 504 is 1 million dollars. To this day Eric has never maxed out the 504 during any 12 month period. That's why he has the box checked for anticipation of lasting longer than 12 months.
probably 30% to 50% below avg previous weeks close. You don't raise money at a premium to share price from 504's.
Seems you have been rather busy on this board since your short call from .008 and looks like you may need to work overtime bud. I understand things don't always work out like we want them too, but no shame in covering now to save money. That's my opinion though, and it's your money but could cost you dearly with a nice bounce from this double bottom (or close enough to it)
I certainly hope you're not trying to decieve the less knowledgable investor/trader into thinking WNBD has spent, or had access to spend 11 million dollars based on the current market cap. I know you are smater than to believe that yourself, so why throw those numbers out there, and make it seem as though they have spent 11 million?
I could do alot with 11 million, but I'm not sure what you question is? Where did all that money go in the past 3.5 years? All what money, and how much are you refering too?
