There is a huge difference in a corporation trying massive expansion outside of it's borders, than having a local ambassador introducing the product on a small scale to test the acceptance of the market. I believe this approach is less cumbersome, and much less dangerous than a massive roll-out in a foreign country. Time will tell how successful it will become, but this approach leaves the management team in North America available to do what's needed here.
