Today started out great for WAMUQ but kind of petered out. Don’t know what tomorrow will bring however! It is time for JMW to make some decisions IMO! Agreed GodFather! JMW has been sitting on the 4B ruling for months and it is time for her to judge! I have learned never to speculate when she will rule as we have seen many hearings come and go without a decision. IMO, each passing month affords her more justification in producing an airtight decision to drop the hammer and rule the 4B to the rightful owner! … rs

I interpret the DC Judges references to possibly keep certain/most rulings in TJMW’s BK court as very encouraging! Just as too many cooks spoil the brouhaha, too many Judges spoil the outcome!

It was also refreshing to hear her speak of the costs involved in litigating this! It makes the DC Judge sound more human and more in tune with us common folk! I guess some Judges zip up their pants like the rest of us!

IMO, I wouldn’t count on a big pps movement tomorrow because of this. I think that this just re-assures the current investors that this may play out in the BK court only instead of Del and DC. One less venue = 10, 12 less monkey wrenches?

Yes. There needs to be a reason for volume however and I think that most (like my self) are becoming a bit jaded here. We need rulings – not just hearings!

In the past, upcoming hearings used to pop this a bit - but with nothing ever coming of the last few previous hearings, well, that has created doubt and pessimism.
