Mordi is something special. His posts are always a breath of fresh air that truly bring calm to the main board - especially whenever we get a little restless waiting for the damn Judges to rule!

And your assumption that he probably will not hit this board is correct. Just from his posts alone, I get the impression that he comfortably sleeps in a three piece suit!

Getting back to business, we saw a nice little push in the last ten minutes of trading today! Hopefully that little momentum will continue into next week and beyond as we approach the hearing on the 24th!

well, considering the moose and his cousins had a rather

lethargic day, probably not. about all i can see happening is a few lodge brothers [myself included] just meandering around and crapping in the jpm room. LOL

aside from that, some nice intel from mordicai over at home base... but, its a waiting game. i mean... who knows... maybe over the weekend, we get a ruling. i dunno. my feeling ultimately after volumes of the info which has been disseminated every which way but loose is, shes gonna do it, when she does it. thats it.

however, i do like what mordicai said, inasmuch as, if it was SJ denied... it would be boooooom... just like that. this lengthy time frame could be foreboding her writing up her decision, trying to make it impenetrable.

lets get it straight, Moderators dont have that authority, if you were one you would know that. Only administrators can ban someone or place them in Jail. If you dont like someones opinion, the ignore feature is available. Too often clowns wont use it, they'd rather argue, and you see where that gets them...
