Heck why not hook him up to a lie detector machine during the CC LOL
Driving to Idaho in the Livewire Energy Semi?
Surely you are bringing a truckload of chews on your trip north.
When you stop for fuel it would be cool if you setup a stand and see how long it would take you to sell enough chews for a tank of fuel
I for one prefer to wait for compeny released news versus a paid PR Pump
PR paid Pumps by third parties are never good for any company even if company released news comes out as the gains are short term
I prefer slow and steady versus Pump and then the Dump occurs negating all the work a company is doing.
If this stock goes the third party paid pump route then I am selling
Now if a legit third party does their DD and wants to write about the company and is totally independant and not getting paid to PUMP then bring it on. Even better if we get some good press by a national investment TV program
Great photo maybe we should contact the CEO and include the photo in his monthly revenue reports and color them red and green indicating if the specific offices have increased or decreased revenue over the prior year for the month and blue if there were no revenue the prior year for being a new location. Would sure keep the negative chatter down by those that nit pick on which specific offices have increased or decreased revenue. Of course they could always call the company and ask directly but if they did they would have nothing to nit pick about.
Since placed workers are considered independant contractors and not company employees I believe that they do not remove federal and state taxes and are provided 1099's at the end of the year thus taxes are not paid by Labor Smart for non permamant employees
What is even more hilarious is that some believe that this buisness can also be run via a website and opening a store front
In this type of buisness a website would generate at best 10% of their buisness and opening a storefront less than 5%.
In this type of buisness you have to knock on doors, meet the bosses, hiring individuals etc.
You need to get appointments, provide a buinsess card, drop off some pads, pens, coffe cups etc. Promo items are important as well as followup. What is the most important is the individual making the calls, their personality, ability to answer questions and this take.....training!!!
Just like any other buisness you need to market yourself and the company.
The company will be profitable by the end of year three (this year) as the economies of scale take effect as office counts continue to raise.
Even with adding more on the dips overall I am in the green
I could see Labor Smart increasing the number of shares in order to puchase an established coimpany in a new area that may become available.
What a concept...while the office is being prepared the Branch Manager is already out making sales calls getting the word out.
Job to be done
1-Find Location
2-Prepare Loaction
3-Hit the streets to get the word out
4-Open office so that it can start to contribute Day 1
Obviously the CEO has a game plan to get new offices off on the right start when the doors open
Now doing 1,2 and 3 above before you open the office requires what? $$$$
So if you were a buisness owner would you spend $$$$ up front before you open your buisness and promote? Of course you would that is called Buisness 101
To make the da bucks you need to first spend the da bucks..kind of like making money on stocks. You make money in the market by spending time doing your homework, then spend the da money then make the da money.
Long and Strong with LTNC in my protfolio
I hope you don't mind that I underlined, colored red and made bold a very important part of your post

LOL! A real investor knows that LTNC had a 223% jump in revenue from last January and THAT is the way to compare months. Even with dissimilar billing periods revenue is up significantly. This is no loser stock with billions of shares AS and OS with no reporting. THAT would be pathetic! ROTFLMAO!!!
$LTNC
Didn't even come to mind now come to think of it what better way for the elderly with chrnoic pain, eyesight issues how easy it would be to use the product. Pop a chew in the morning and a chew in the evening.
I better add some more shares in the A.M.
I would also assume that the product may need to be manufactured in states that have approved MJ use....or it may need to be manufactured under very strict controls and transported out of state for sale in states that have approved MJ use.
This may add significant cost to the manufacturing of the product however the profits from the sale of chews will be HUGE!!!!
Count me in as one of those stupid investors of Labor Smart.
I am so dumb that I continue to add more shares on the dips accumulating shares so
When this company that continues to increase revenues yet has massive losses share price goes to .00001 by the end of the year I will lose everything
Losses that at this rate will be billions of dollars by 2015 and I will be bankrupt
I can't want till 2015 arrives LOL
LTNC = $$$ in my bank account
Just to validate....
Adia is now part of the Live Wire family? Sales of the product is rolled up to Live Wire sales or is Adia a stand alone company and Live Wire now produces the Adia product and wholesales it out to Adia to sell?
With the purchase price I would also assume that there would be some type of monthly maintainence fee that provides software updates, security etc.
That would not only make sense and also be an additional revenue stream. I would also assume that they would offer some type of extended warranty programs, replacement insurance, exchange program etc.
If they aren;t looking at the above also they are dropping the ball!!! If they don't do it someone will carve out a very nice side buisiness for themselves
Just saw the new video and the update on Adia plus the free sample offer. Really sounds exciting and a great extention to the product line.
Thanks for the video and I will be adding more shares to my LVVV holdings on Monday morning!!!!
I have added to my 500,000 shares listed on your chart
Added 250,000 on Friday plus another
250,000 today so I am in the 1 million share club!!!!
Added Friday to my share count with a new order for Monday morning
I am now up to 750,000 shares (250,000 added friday) with another buy order for 250,000 for monday morning to put me in the 1 mil shares club!!!!!!!!
One million shares has a nice ring to it
GO SVFC
Doubled my shares at the open this morning
Have sold none and holding long and shares protected with a $3.00 cost per share
Sounds good but first let my order go through using this opportunity to double my stake in the company
Order in hopefully executes first thing in the am then flys!!!!
If you are interested in knowing if they have closed an office the information can be confirmed by contacting the company directly at 1-888-206-1801 or the following link to their website for questions http://www.laborsmart.com/contact/
I am sure they will be more than happy to answer all your questions concerning the company. Questions that are not based on "internet rumors" spread by those that have no interest in the company outside of spreading rumors and wishing harm and unemployment to citizens of the United States
The company is setup to find employment for hard working individuals who wish to work for their money (even as a temporary worker as they look for full time employment)versus collecting unemployment checks sitting on their buttocks
Mine are all locked currently @ $3.00
A $500 mil a year company isn't built overnight.
Labor Smart will be a $100 mil a year company within the next three years and $500 mil a year within seven years
The naysayers will be sitting on the sidelines with tears in their years
Long and strong with LTNC
AHHHH....could underneath the paper someone wrote 7-11, Target and Walmart are placing test orders?
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
The company quietly making the right moves for long term growth
I am sure that the "non-investors" will spin this as Labor Smart spending money that they do not have.
Holding long and strong with LTNC
And if they are awarded the P.O. there will not problem getting funding fror production with any bank in the world. A signed P.O. makes securing production dollars easy and just what FARE needs
When they start fulfilling the orders and the meters are up and running others will be looking on how the meters operate which generates more and more interest thus the steamrolling effect
Apparently one at .19 and the stock quickly recovered and closed out the day in the green
I picked more up @.19 and will continue to (as well as real investors)look at these dips as buying opportunities
LTNC is a two year startup company that is developing a national presence and becoming a P.I.T.A. to its competitors
There are knocking on doors and taking no prisioners.
Going from $0 to +$16 mil in revenue in two years is a young and hungry company. Looking for LTNC to do $30+ mil in 2014
Obviously there are plenty of buyers out there that will pick up these shares immed. when available
Investors know that accumulating and holding long with LTNC will reaps triple digit rewards when we sell
Long and Strong with LTNC
I prefer nice and steady daily gains versus one huge gain
Slow and steady is the way to go....keeps the poachers away
Include me on those that paniced and added more at .19
Holding long and strong on buying on these dips as they won't last long.
By mid year LTNC with added offices, double digit revenue increases month after month, reduced overhead leading to profits (yes LTNC will be in the black before midyear making $$$$ hand over fist and would't be surprised if a dividend payment to shareholders would be in the offering)When that happens I am sure the non shareholders will find something wrong with it
While non shareholder spend their day watching every trade of LTNC stock waiting for a 100 share trade or dip in the stock ready to post. Yes those same non shareholders that were all over the dip today but at the end of the trading day with LTNC ending in the green where did they go?
Obviously there are investors out there ready to gobble up shares on the dip and holding long and strong
People make money when they sell and lost nothing when they haven't and holding.
Investing in LTNC = profits for shareholders
Fact is no one can say that buisness went down by any percentage in December...the revenue collected was down December over November but revenue collected was WAY UP in 2013 over 2012
It could simply be that clients have not yet paid their invoices. Those revenues would be colelcted in January 2014
Why were those bills late being paid? Who knows, could be billing was not recieved in time, jobs lasted longer in Novemeber. There was a major U.S. holiday in Novemeber plus December so those days were not billed so temp construction and temp manufacturing needs were down
"non invetestors" instead of calling the company and asking are just providing their negative slant to push their agenda.
Bottom line revenue collected doubled in 2013 over 2012 no matter what, no matter how many offices were opened. That is the bottom line as well as costs of gone down.
Not matter what claim the "non investors" are making such as this is a shady company, calling the CEO different names, looking to get rich quick by stiffing the stockholders etc to push their agenda the company will continue to thrive in 2014, open more offices using internal funding and not borrowing money, continue to reduce costs and increase revenue.
While the "non investors" sit by the wayside posting on message boards and not making money by investing, real investors will do their DD invest in up and coming companies and reap the rewards down the road when they sell.
Real investors make money holding long and not watching the share price hour by hour or watching every trade then when a 100 share trade happens it gives them an reason to post.
I am long and strong on LTNC, keep adding on dips and will be rewarded with a nice healthy return when I sell down the road.
Uncle Sam will be very happy with their cut when I sell my LTNC stock
Simply put
More revenue equals less operating cost per office as the offices are not seperate buisneses
All offices share the same financial department, same payroll department, same marketing department etc all based at the home office. Granted each office will have to file seperate state taxes etc however this all done via the main office in Georgia and not locally.
These costs are now spread over XX amount of offices versus each office being it's own buisness unit.
This alone increases profit.
Yes as office and buisness increases personal at the home office will need to be added however this headcount get spread over the amount of offices.
Added offices brings costs down not up thus makes each office even more profitable by sharing costs
I have an idea....
LTNC should not expand operations at all in 2014 plus close down all the offices opened in 2013.
For 2014 only operation the offices that were open in 2012 so that they can compare 2014 revenue to 2013 revenue on the offices opened in 2012 to please non-shareholders that way they have true 2013 and 2014 revenue to compare
Now does that really make sense? I can read it now.....LTNC is a loser because they haven't expaneded their buisness into new cities.
Bottom line no matter what LTNC does they will never be able to please non-shareholders
Correct
15 to 25 added branches in 2014 will increase revenues for LTNC and decrease revenues for the competition in those cities
Done through hard work and knocking on doors and not by having someone sitting at a desk putting an "OPEN" sign outside the door and waiting for clients
Unlike selling bagels, or donuts, or batteries and bringing in buisness by having someone dressed up like superhero with a sign walking up and down the street
You don't go from "$0" in revenue to $16+ million in two years of operation selling a service not a product without hitting the streets and knocking on doors plus same office sales up 80%+ YTY without getting new buisness over the prior year plus retaining a percentage of clients for repeat buisness
Branch managers are out knocking on doors and selling a service not a product.
No Groupon coupons, no social media will bring in clients.
Good old fashion selling, cold calling
Adding more shares on the dips and holding long like any successful investor does.
You make or lose money on the sale not daily PPS flucutaion
Well I guess I need to demand that Panera Bread (which I own stock)and reports their sales for 800+ locations that they need to report the sales for each individual location and show the increase or decrease for each and every location.
If I asked the CFO of Panera to provide me the figure I am sure that he/she would tell me to go pound sand
I am sure that the other temp agencies report in their press releases the revenue from each and every location.
Long on LTNC and will be laughing all the way to the bank
Keep adding shares on the dips building for a profitable future
Nice 89 photos of the M&M New Years Party posted
Should put to bed that Marani Vodka was a sponsor of the party
Each of the 89 photos has the brand up front and center looking good
If you would like photos with "A" Listers instead of asking here why don;t you call the company directly on Monday morning and ask for some photos?
It would be the fastest and easiest way to get what you are requesting. Always best to get the information you require straight from the horse's mouth versus a blog.
I am sure that if you call the company on Monday morning and ask to speak to the marketing department they will be able to provide you with the information that you are requesting and if they can't then you can discuss with them why the CEO made promises and they were not kept.
They are the ones with the answers not your fellow bloggers here
So we are all on the same page on what "revenue" means....
Definition of 'Revenue'
The amount of money that a company actually receives during a specific period, including discounts and deductions for returned merchandise. It is the "top line" or "gross income" figure from which costs are subtracted to determine net income.
Revenue is calculated by multiplying the price at which goods or services are sold by the number of units or amount sold.
Revenue is also known as "REVs."
Investopedia explains 'Revenue'
Revenue is the amount of money that is brought into a company by its business activities. In the case of government, revenue is the money received from taxation, fees, fines, inter-governmental grants or transfers, securities sales, mineral rights and resource rights, as well as any sales that are made.
Where I am sitting going from $0 to $16+ mil in two years selling a service (no products) is pretty amazing. That is $23+ mil in total revenue in two short years
That is done by hard work, knocking on doors, taking buisness away from your competitors
That is why I buy more on the dips and holding long
I will be making plenty of $$$$ when I sell
I see Labor Smart doing $40+ mil in revenue in the year 2015
How many companies go from $0 to $40+ mil in revenue in four years selling a service (no products)? In four short years that will be in the neighborhood of $85 mil in total revenue, again not pocket change for a company selling a service (not products)
Labor Smart = Plenty of profit for me!!!!!
"In a Year-Over-Year (YOY) comparison, the Company recorded revenues of $16,558,149 for 2013 vs. $7,175,846 in 2012, reflecting a significant 130.7% revenue increase over the preceding 12 month period."
You also don't increase revenue that much by opening locations and waiting for clients to knock on your door. You have to go out and get the buisness.
I don't care if they open 0 to 15 locations from 2012 to 2013...you increase revenue by selling your services, taking that buisness away from competitors and providing the services they require.
Service provided today lead to repeat customers as the years go on as well as referrals.
When that happens what happens? Increase in revenue.
They call that Buisness 101....get the buisness, provide great service and repeat the tread.
Word gets around and what happens? More buisness. Clients call and request temp workers for work going on in XXX city? That funds opening a new office in new markets! Repeat buisness move into new cities and who gets the call? Labor Smart...
The locomotive is just getting started here and it isn't going to stop.
Long on LTNC
Happy New Year to All
I expect great things from FARE in 2014.
I am holding long and with two unique products
we need to get these items on the market
in limited trial. You can do all the lab testing you want
getting it into the public on trial is what tells them]
does it work, will it hold up to the elements and feedback
from those that would use the product.
We need to hear about actual real life trials happening
as well as finacing in place and monthly updates
What the company is lacking to their investor base are
monthly updates
Lets make 2014 very profitable for investors and the company
