And if they are awarded the P.O. there will not problem getting funding fror production with any bank in the world. A signed P.O. makes securing production dollars easy and just what FARE needs

When they start fulfilling the orders and the meters are up and running others will be looking on how the meters operate which generates more and more interest thus the steamrolling effect
