Food Testing Kits Market Worth $1.68 Billion in 2017 & $2.38 Billion USD by 2022
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/food-testing-kits-market-worth-238-billion-usd-by-2022-669949113.html
"scale and sale" statement was made 7 Dec 2015 (over 2 years ago).
"R&D will continue, but it is no longer necessary to create a product that is ready for market. Dragon Silk’s tensile strength increased by an additional 11%, with a number of samples exceeding 2GPa, and is ready for scale and sale."

That tweet is fake.
The last tweet by Arrayit in regards to auditing was on 5 Jan 2018:
https://twitter.com/search?l=&q=audit%20from%3Aarrayit%20since%3A2017-12-01%20until%3A2018-02-06&src=typd&lang=en
Sales today total between $147,500 and $161,500
Depending on whether you count this as a sale or not:
"Arrayit production team completes $14,000 microarray consumables manufacturing for a top speciality life sciences reagents company headquartered in Taiwan"
I have them on target for about $4-5 million in sales for 2018.
"IF they finally get it all together..."

Can you please provide some specifics (companies, links, etc). I would like to find out more.

This tweet was from the end of Dec 2017, but I think it speaks volumes:

It doesn't really matter what you think. The Army will make sure that every line in the contract is followed exactly as written.
You are wrong once again. The contract extension requires that KBLB deliver 100 kg of custom fiber (which the Army gave them about $900,000 for). Did you think the Army gave KBLB the money because they like them? LOL
This is a quote from a KBLB PR dated 30 Oct 2017:
"KBLB ... announced that it is now working to create a set of new custom designed transgenic silkworms under its contract with the US Army. The Company is working with material performance objectives, defined by the customer, to develop entirely new genetically enhanced silkworm strains.
These new silk polymers will be evaluated against defined performance requirements and the best performing materials will be scaled up to produce upwards of 100kgs of silk thread."
The Army funds were spent a LONG time ago. The Army only gave them about $1 million. The company spends about $300,000 per month. If you do the math, then you will find that the Army money only lasted about 3-4 months. And the Army contract started about a year and a half ago.
There are no excuses for a late newsletter
jrsh:
I went through the Twitter feed and listed all of the sales that I could find for Jan 2018. They total $224,500. That is a little less than your total of $282,240. I wonder why there is a difference?
One thing to note is that it looks like there is a duplicate sale listed 2x on their feed (once on 31 Jan and once on 30 Jan). Both sales are for the same exact price of $14,500 and the customer on both sales is Abnova. So I think that sale was listed 2x by mistake (and I only counted it 1x).
Here is the list of sales. If you find anything that I missed, please let me know.
30-Jan-18 $14,500
29-Jan-18 $10,700
26-Jan-18 $22,900
25-Jan-18 $10,000
24-Jan-18 $2,500
23-Jan-18 $5,500
19-Jan-18 $10,400
19-Jan-18 $42,000
18-Jan-18 $11,300
18-Jan-18 $8,800
17-Jan-18 $7,150
16-Jan-18 $9,300
12-Jan-18 $10,600
11-Jan-18 $5,700
11-Jan-18 $8,200
10-Jan-18 $6,800
09-Jan-18 $5,900
09-Jan-18 $7,250
08-Jan-18 $2,500
04-Jan-18 $2,500
02-Jan-18 $20,000
Total: $224,500
OK, thanks. I made a mistake. The left side was labeled by QTR, so I thought the 1st line was for the entire QTR. I now see that the lines are for each month.
Thanks for taking the time to do all of that work.
jrsh: You have the 2017 vs 2018 Difference showing as -$63,760. Since we are still in the middle of the 1st quarter and it is only 1/3 of the way through, wouldn't it be better to prorate the 1st quarter number? If you take the current sales amount ($282,240) and prorate it, then you should get around $846,720. That would make a 2017 vs 2018 difference of around 1/2 million dollars!
jrsh: Where did you get this info from? Did you manually go through the Twitter feed?
Institutional ownership of ARYC:
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/aryc/institutional-holdings
This board seems to promote DD. I am asking a serious question. I am trying to do my DD.
I have a very good friend that is an accountant. He said that having an accounting firm resign is a big red flag. He says that usually means that the firm found something. I don't like assuming things and always want to hear both sides, hence the question. If nobody can provide an answer, then that leaves the door open (to there being a red flag). But I would like to shut that door.
In the last 8K that ARYC published (on 5 Dec 2016), they stated that they had an accounting firm named Moss, Krusick and Associates, LLC (“Moss Krusick”) that was auditing their financials. But Moss Krusick resigned on 18 Jan 2016. Does anyone know why they resigned?
Not at all. That statement actually confirms my theory. The newsletter was due by the end of the month (today or tomorrow). That ain't gonna happen now (since it will supposedly take "72 hours" to transfer their website to a new server).
So it looks like the newsletter will be late (as is everything that the company promises).
So, once again, shareholders are waiting on pins and needles trying to get a few answers to the questions that they have been asking for months:
- What is happening with the Army contract?
- What are the specifics to the recent quality issues?
- What is happening with financing?
- Did they ever harvest the 2,000 mulberry trees they planted?
- ad infinitum...
Problem with KBLB Website?
I am trying to access their website
http://www.kraiglabs.com/
And getting the following message:
OK, I found the SEC listing:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ARYC/quote
Sorry for the newbie question, but what does CE stand for?
OK, I just did a search and it looks like it stands for Caveat Emptor
http://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/caveat-emptor
But I don't see that abbreviation listed anywhere (Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, Scottrade, etc)
Did the SEC remove that designation?
KBLB has NO product
No, KBLB sent a faulty product to Warwick Mills. That is why the Army still doesn't have any of their shootpacks (which were 1st due on Apr 2017 and then due again on Dec 2017).
If someone can only produce a few samples in a two years, would you consider that a product? The answer is obviously a resounding "NO"!
Yet KBLB can't even produce a few samples.
So KBLB has absolutely no product at this time.
And to claim that they do is ridiculous.
I have been watching the Level II, & time and sales all morning for ARYC. The majority of the morning there has been downward pressure on the stock (to lower the price). Someone keeps pumping this stock up (with sales of 100 shares) to prevent it from dropping.
For example, there was a sale of 200,000 shares at 0.012, and then 30 seconds later a sale of 100 shares for 0.013 (to raise the price back up). 100 shares is worth just over $1. Who would buy only $1 worth of stock? The answer is someone that is trying to manipulate the price.
The same thing has happened again and again all morning long.
So someone is working very hard to keep the price up artificially. That does NOT inspire confidence in this stock.
If you are interested, you can see this at the following website:
http://quotes.freerealtime.com/dl/frt/M?IM=quotes&type=Time%26Sales&SA=quotes&symbol=aryc
Just enter in ARYC into the symbol.
Do you have a link for that. The webpage for the blood cards doesn't list a price for processing.
http://arrayit.com/Microarray_Diagnostics/Blood_Cards/blood_cards.html
Your math is a little off.
According to their website, blood cards sell for between $23 and $28 each.
http://www.arrayit.com/Microarray_Diagnostics/Blood_Cards/blood_cards.html
10,000 units per week = 520,000 units per year
If we use the average sale price of $25.50 per card and assume that they make 50% profit, then they make about $6.63 million per year in profit from the blood cards.
When I go to the San Diego Superior Court website and take a look at the case, the most recent note (from yesterday) says:
KBLB rated by BarChart.com as a STRONG SELL!
