In the last 8K that ARYC published (on 5 Dec 2016), they stated that they had an accounting firm named Moss, Krusick and Associates, LLC (“Moss Krusick”) that was auditing their financials. But Moss Krusick resigned on 18 Jan 2016. Does anyone know why they resigned?
