I went through the Twitter feed and listed all of the sales that I could find for Jan 2018. They total $224,500. That is a little less than your total of $282,240. I wonder why there is a difference?

One thing to note is that it looks like there is a duplicate sale listed 2x on their feed (once on 31 Jan and once on 30 Jan). Both sales are for the same exact price of $14,500 and the customer on both sales is Abnova. So I think that sale was listed 2x by mistake (and I only counted it 1x).
