Well, looks like IVOT must be the better of the two choices.
AWYI should be decent for a mid-day Santy Claus run.
AWYI a screaming buy right now for a mid-day run.
Dabbling in pennyshocks will do that to a person, so BEWARE!
Perhaps a PR to this effect about to be released?
"Extreme has recently signed a letter of intent to assist Santa Claus in delivering packages this Christmas in hot desert regions around the globe where Santa's reindeer have a difficult time flying due to eradic and often-times dangerous winds caused by intense heat thermals.
"Extreme Sandcars have proven themselves to withstand such rigorous demands of coping with blistering desert heat and sandblasting winds, and Alan McCaw of Extreme Motorsports feels deeply honored that Santa Claus would choose Extreme above all other outsourced means in assisting in this arduous task of making certain that every package gets delivered properly in a timely fashion by Christmas morning.
"Even more noble in this amazing humantarian gesture on Extreme's part is the fact that Santa offered to pay cash for Etreme's assistance this Christmas, but CEO Alan McCaw of Extreme declined, stating, "We would rather accept milk and cookies in lieu of any cash payments.
"This unprecidented gesture of humility in accepting milk and cookies in lieu of cash might well position CEO Alan McCaw as 2008 Time Magazine Cover Person Of The Year.
"Some additional news: Upon conducting some intense research (at the local pub on Friday evenings to help curb costs), we have discovered that no other company has dominated the market for making toy Sandcars, and WE have determined to be the company to fill that demand.
"Our outlook for 2008 looks to be the brightest yet in the history of Extreme. In helping meet the demands of package delivery this Christmas, we will soon be having intense discussions after the Holiday Season with Santa and his elves to deliver a toy Extreme Sandcar to every male under the age of 7 next 2008 Christmas. More details of this billion dollar revenue producing joint venture will be forthcoming in the months ahead.
"On behalf of Extreme Motorsports of California, we would like to wish all of our existing two shareholders and our employees a very Merry Christmas and an exceptionally prosperous New Year. We've faced many challenges in 2007, but remember: Real success cannot be measured in dollars and cents. Seeing "Extreme" smiles on the faces of young children all over the world on Christmas morning is worth more than all the wealth of the world."
If some more news were to get released this morning, this baby would simply fly through the roof.
One can't help but wonder if the company actually IS able to keep releasing news every few days like has recently been released. IF SO ... oh - my, my, my!
AWYI has strong demand, that's for sure. Could well surprise a lot of people.
Know something you can SHARE?
IVOI - Somebody knows "something" it certainly would appear, BB.
Appears IVOI warming up too. Anyone have any inside skinny?
Time to load up, gang? Action in the bullpen.
Appears we are about to have LIFTOFF.
IVOI has news out this morning. Might be a good play this morning, since it has developed an enticing base.
Somewhere way back on this board, I believe, someone posted a credible post about this $.0001 issue. They quoted a reliable source that Market Makers can buy and sell BELOW $.0001 as can Brokerage Firms.
However, IF or WHEN they do, it doesn't usually show up on L2, nor does it appear on a streamer necessarily like that. Thus the tape can get painted with some untrue buy and sell prices and share amounts.
Of course, we ALL know retail can't buy nor sell below $.0001
Hope this helps a little.
If someone knows for a FACT that I am wrong here in what I've written, I would appreciate being told. I too am trying to learn as much as I can about this shady business of pennystock scamming, just in case I decide to become a CEO someday of a company that investigates pennystock scams better than anybody ELSE ... and part of that would be to run thorough background checks on CEO's themselves like "you know WHO."
"Pure profit from them."
Awwwwwhhhh ... that is what EVERY CEO strives for, but few ever attain doing business the moral way by deducting expenses from revenue and then coming up with net profit without selling one share of stock.
Then you have some "casino owner types" who will strive to make pure profit any way they can without ending up in jail or having a hit put on them.
TIP FOR THE DAY: If you want to make a lot of money fast with the least amount of time, energy and effort ... never enlist yourself in a Multi-Level Marketing Business. You START one of your own!
If you want to make a lot of money in the stock market with the least amount of time, energy and effort ... never waste money buying stocks. You become CEO of your OWN company and sell shares that cost you essentially NOTHING!
Alan most likely isn't as stupid as a lot of sand crabs might think he is.
Stupidity only remains so if one keeps doing stupid things. Stupidity transforms into wisdom when one starts doing wise things.
I read that in a fortune cookie once. I left a DOUBLE tip! (100 shares of ETMO instead of 50).
Reverse split early 2008. All the answers we would like some "flaky" answers to will be partially addressed shortly after the split.
Watch and see, sadly.
"You suckers got to PAY me for answers!"
You can add a little Texas drawl with that for authenic effect.
Bri - Suppose Santa is delivering this year with a modified super-charged Extreme buggy?
"Ho! Ho! Ho! On two wheels we go!"
If selling has abated, YEP ... you're probably right.
You think selling is done?
Paying the marketing and distribution company who landed them the Wal Mart contract ... initally anyway.
For the reasons you give, I too am keep ISBL on my radar. Of the many Pink choices out there, ISBL certaintly appears to me to have a LOT of potential, at this stage of their metamorphis as a company.
Some sort of good news could sure help though to keep some momentum coming into the stock.
My observation is that ALL pennystocks are having a very difficult time maintaining any upward momentum for months now, outside of just a very few, so if a penny company is not able to keep releasing periodic news to excite buyers, the stock becomes more and more attractive as a short, and why NOT? Unless a company has funds to keep operating on, dillution has GOT to kick in, usually sooner than later. Why should MM's pay top dollar for dilution shares when they can pay much less for them?
Supply and demand issues.
Sorry - MY interpretation of dilution ALSO INCLUDES selling "FTD digital shares" short. I should have qualified myself.
On an otherwise boring day - a little tutorial to help naive pennystock investors - from Wikedickiepeedonya ...
In psychology, mythomania (also known as pseudologia fantastica or pathological lying) is a condition involving compulsive lying by a person with no obvious motivation. The affected person might believe their lies to be truth, and may have to create elaborate myths to reconcile them with other facts.
A pathological liar is someone who often embellishes his or her stories in a way that he or she believes will impress people. It may be that a pathological liar is different from a normal liar in that a pathological liar believes the lie he or she is telling to be true—at least in public—and is "playing" the role. He or she sometimes is seen to have a serious mental problem that needs to be rectified.
It is not clear, however, that this is the case. It could also be that pathological liars know precisely what they are doing. Confused hashes of history and wishes are called confabulation. "Pathological liar" is a synonym for symptoms.
Even though pathological lying is not recognized as a clinical disorder, legal court cases often require that the plaintiff prove that the defendant is aware that he or she is lying. This proof is most important in cases of slander and/or liability.
Pathological liars often actually convince themselves that they are telling the truth, which in turn can alter polygraph tests and other questioning. Some have observed that when caught in a lie, pathological liars tend to become hostile or try to disregard the fact they lied; often playing it off as a joke.
A compulsive liar will resort to telling lies, regardless of the situation. Again, everyone lies from time to time, but for a compulsive liar telling lies is routine - it becomes a habit and a way of life.
AUMN - Would think a "wazoo" PR should be coming forth anytime now, trying to suck longs into the stock, so the infamous CEO of RSDS can start chipping away on that 504.
Christmas bonus time, remember ...
I'm afraid I'm starting to smell the same.
Well, GT, I orignally believed my shares of KSWJ had the potential to one day be worth $10 each. We're all entitled to believe what we want, right?!
I say they are STILL worth $10 a share!
Hear that, George?
Killed that rally, fast, didn't they?
"I Can't keep those nickles in my pocket. Got to spend them NOW!"
Thanks very much for that reply, Righty. Do you believe a Market Maker could be an "accredited investor"?
A hedge fund also being one?
A discount brokerage firm also qualifying as one?
Sorry to be so pesky.
Lucky
I asked this question a year or so ago, and never got an answer. Righty - maybe you can provide some insight. WHO qualifies as a "accedited investor"?
"The Company plans to finance its plan by raising equity capital pursuant to and in compliance with SEC Rule 504 Regulation D. The Company has chosen to sell these shares to accredited investors only."
AUMN - Great SHORT potential! 504 in progress. Same CEO of RSDS. He'll take AUMN down just like he did RSDS.
You're welcome.
AUMN - Great SHORT, if anyone is interested.
Ford: Thanks for your condolances on behalf of Aunt Maybel, and thanks for your HOPE for her! It would be wonderful to get my house back!
GEE - I posted a warm fuzzy post earlier on the AUMN board, and somehow it mysteriously was deleted.
I was commenting that as soon as I make a profit on my RSDS shares (cheesey smile!), I might consider picking up shares of AUMN.
Golly shucks - not fair!
Maybe we need to keep posting and posting and posting on that board to give AWARE something to do in his spare time ... and so new potential bagholders of AUMN will begin to question WHY so many posts keep getting deleted - think?
(Faz ... you wouldn't have deleted my post, would you have?)
All eyes on this stock today in pennyland! (Soon DOLLAR land?!)
Anyone have any idea what the 777 shares might signify with the MM's that keep printing? Maybe it means LUCKY!
ONMC - Still HOPE in pennyland!!!!
Looks like we're going for a full-blown gusher, doesn't it?
ONMC just keeps chuggin' up that steep mountain. Choo-Choo!
Sad news. Aunt Maybel passed. Been waiting for some EM-100 to plumb out Maybel, but it never arrived.
No way we can get Maybel out of the turlet. We're just going to leave her there, hire a big crane to bury Maybel, house and all ... and go live someplace else.
God rest your soul, Maybel.
Like fine wine: the longer time passes, the better it tastes, right?
(Unless, that is, a mouse crawled in the bottle before it got filled).
Suppose Alan has a mouse in his pocket?
Looks like some folk knew all about the PR Friday? They gonna be selling this morning if new buyers drop by? That would never happen, would it?
