Somewhere way back on this board, I believe, someone posted a credible post about this $.0001 issue. They quoted a reliable source that Market Makers can buy and sell BELOW $.0001 as can Brokerage Firms.

However, IF or WHEN they do, it doesn't usually show up on L2, nor does it appear on a streamer necessarily like that. Thus the tape can get painted with some untrue buy and sell prices and share amounts.

Of course, we ALL know retail can't buy nor sell below $.0001

If someone knows for a FACT that I am wrong here in what I've written, I would appreciate being told. I too am trying to learn as much as I can about this shady business of pennystock scamming, just in case I decide to become a CEO someday of a company that investigates pennystock scams better than anybody ELSE ... and part of that would be to run thorough background checks on CEO's themselves like "you know WHO."
