So my question is: How soon until we hear of the acquisitions and JV? McKay walks the talk(as proven above).
$TPAC Exactly. He's cleaning up the share structure and is building undeniable value into the company. Just look at the relationships already announced, and the most recent ones you've linked to in the DD you've posted for the board. Next is maritime, etc. A few people have already speculated .20 here; .25 is not a long shot from there.
$TPAC Must hit .25 to pay back very small loan to co-founder and co-founder's investment partner. *Note that the debt we're talking about is no greater than what is currently being used at these levels for share retirement.

The $260k debt can convert at 25 cents. Hardly toxic. It's in friendly hands.

$RGBP Looking for .199 break. Above average volume and looking good today!
You're welcome and thank you to you as well!
#678 for you, Stockman! Have a great start to the day and thanks in advance for following back.
$DSCR Just need volume and some sustained interest and we should be moving.
$RGBP Good morning, everyone! Nice to see us in the green. Looking like a great start to the day. Let's hope this is the start to a well-deserved uptrend.
$TPAC Buy to sell ratio almost 2:1 in favor of buying, even in spite of profit taking/flipping. Great start to the day here. Awaiting .0016 break and first hit on .0017.
$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/17/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).

I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.

COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

$TPAC Same. My .0004's aren't looking too bad right now, either.
$DSCR Nice! Looking for a turnaround here. Big run could be just beyond the horizon.
$DSCR It sure is, Rookiemove! I got in over there at .0004. Here, I got in a bit higher and am now considering adding a few to lower my average. I'm hoping DSCR is turning around, seeing how much potential it has to really be something great. We need these PR's to materialize into actual events and sales, leading to profitable financials and signs of a legitimate company that can grow while overcoming hurdles. I'm thinking DSCR will pull it off as well.
$TPAC Good morning, Beepah. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you as well!
$DSCR Yeah, good eye. That is a little strange, but hopefully a glitch or something in the works. Guess we'll have to see.
$DSCR I just got on and sure enough, .0001's broke and .0002's are up; great day for us here and over at TP@C,Abazaba!
$TPAC That was one I liked as well; and is especially important, conceptually, on the boards here, where money is the big focus. Let's hope TPAC breaks into public transit in China. That would be amazing for everyone!
$TPAC Good point and one that had not come to mind as I was posting it. Another angle could be automotive wheel makers, engine/parts makers, etc. Thanks for bringing that up. Unbiased is always best.
$TPAC It sure is. I don't think we'll hit trips again; though if we do, it will be extremely short lived just cool the RSI significantly for a major bounce. Hope you got your bid in and got shares as desired!
$TPAC Good morning, everyone! Looks like we are off to a great start for the day. Let's see .0017 today!!
$DCSR I quit watching this for a week and we finally get some good news! http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=18348
We now have an FDA registered product with an NDC number and are affiliated with Charles Hensley, the inventor of Zicam.
And Russel Smith is CEO over there on Neurocyte.

I was wondering if this one was a goner, but it appears we may be due to turn around in 2016. Awesome news and thank you all that have posted this before me!
$TPAC Here is a quick link to quotes on enthusiasm. Bill obviously has it and it shows in what he does; shareholders have it and it is showing equally here as well.

@Aricholland These bearings don't spin. They articulate, like an elbow joint. High load, slow movement, misalignment and some rotation

@JeremyALuth Depends on size & material. We can make bearings from 1/2"-14" OD. Static Axial & radial loads can be in excess of 1 million lbs

$TPAC And this is why it is so important to have a team here. Everyone picks up on something different and sees the value in ways which others do not. After reading your post and seeing the enthusiasm, it lets me know how much I overlooked regarding the speech itself, and the contents of it being related to US emission standards, being presented to a Chinese automaker. I would love to know what kinds of bearings are used for each part of the car as pertains to emissions. If there are any mechanics or engineers on the board that can shed light on that that would be fantastic. Do not settle down, Stan. Keep the enthusiasm up. Without your sentiment I would have overlooked a very nice piece of the puzzle. I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to stocks, so I'm always glad when I'm not the only one on the boards freaking out!
