I'm pretty annoyed with you now. I don't know if it's your intent to make enemies with your communication but you are close to achieving that goal with me.
Dude, lol...are your blood sugars low? Here's a quote where you asked for input regarding N.S.S. and it was post 251692:
Grande, If Edgar still has the same info on lftwk, have event's never been finalized? Is it possible that lftwrks is sticking to origional statement on N>S>S? Is this a possible set up for the begginning of the end for N.S.S.? TWO years in the making???
Input Please.
Thanks Ragz.
so you were talking about naked shorts... hey man don't just throw acronyms around like that... you could hurt me!
Good game!
LOL, that post is so wrong hahahaha. But hey, maybe they'll drop the SLJB charges. Shows that things happen! Good post I guess...
Umm, sorry the NSS acronym just isn't clicking at the moment. From the context I assume you are either speaking of the proposed NASDAQ move the Sulja's keep promising or some sort of merger... Or... Oh, naked short sales??? My only input is the same as anyone else that has been watching this; Sure, maybe. It's all speculation, good and bad.
I don't really see naked short sales being an issue but I could be wrong. People will point to the fact that short sales are now required to be reported. Of course, you and anyone with half the mind will be quick to point out that reporting was only recently made mandatory for pink sheets. So, all the short sales before mandatory reporting are a mystery. Of course I'm hopeful for correction of malicious short sales. What share holder wouldn't be?
Again, though, no one knows. The pumpers don't know and the bashers don't know. UGH!
Thanks for the input El Camino. I couldn't help but notice you mention the audit that is supposedly underway with Spiegel... Someone else mentioned that Spiegel is being considered an "internal" audit and that made me go... ah crap. I want to say it was snips or scorpio on "another board". So yeah, another question-mark for us SLJB holders.
Yep, waiting to see.
EDGAR site still has old Loftwerks info... nothing for Sulja still... FWIW
So I was surfing the TA site. Anyone else set up an account to "view" your certs? I just tried it and am awaiting an agent to review... /sigh. Does the TA have any useful info posted on their site about the businessses they represent? I've been poking around but I haven't seen anything.
There are people that own shares. The truth is out there, Agent Moulder... hehehe Yeah, I own shares too.
What troubles me is what PV said according to some of the other longs. If I remember correctly, I believe he said that SLJB owners/trustees (like the original Sulja family) no longer own shares. My question about all that is, who owns the 51% controlling interest in the company? Again, going off memory... I believe it was PV who said something to the affect of: that is what makes SLJB special, the stock holders are the true owners of the company. Okay, so that opened up a whole other can of worms such as, What do we own? LOL... this is all too funny.
I'm just glad that there is an investigation going on and shareholders will hopefully know what the heck it is they own someday!
So, yeah Camino... I'm ineterested in your two cents since you say you have done your DD. I've done DD too. I've considered opinions, read about trips to visit facilities, read DB reports, read pinksheets.com, looked at frazzled scanned in copies of things that really haven't beared any influence, and tried to decipher whatever the txfer agent has put out.
What do you say, or anyone reading this? All we have for sure is that there are a few hundred mil in the treasury, right? Outside of that, no one can say where the 51% interest is? Show it to me or point me in the right direction if whoever is reading this is too snooty and tight-lipped to share.
Thanks for nothing, I'm sure that's about what I'll get.
You know the Sulja girls will just lie to you!
I'm curious, how do you know that? Could you scan in the receipt, up-load it and post a link?
TIA!
So Spiegel is doing the "in-house" audit? Ugh... /rolling my eyes. What happens after the audit? External audit? Haven't there already been "in-house" audits? What's the value added of another "in-house" audit when all the other "in-house" stuff hasn't helped? When will the audit be complete? Is there any way to post a letter of agreement between Spiegel and Sulja on this website? It seems like anything reflecting financial progress would be nice to see. Good job posting everything else. It would just be nice to see more about this Spiegel issue.
My bad if I missed it posted already. Please post a link.
Thanks
The AF's came out?
Someone said a letter of intent had been signed by Spiegle to conduct an audit... does anyone have a scanned in record?
That's correct for $400. Go ahead and choose your next topic and amount!
First you must find a jet...
hehehehehehe... yeah, cya is cover your rear-end and they "are" the subject of whom I was making reference too. The people that released the fact that they were making corrections.
This will all be over soon, relatively speaking.
It's CYA... You don't do what they did if you think it may come back to haunt you.
What I see is the OSC correcting some discrepancies to make sure they have a case that reflects accurate data. In my opinion, it appears that OSC's QA section basically just did a review to make sure the ducks are in a row. Unfortunately, I don't see this as clear negative or positive indicator.
GLTA... No matter what, this should still be interesting to watch.
all IMO, of course
Now that is just sacreligious... Las Vegas without slot machines? That's worse than thanksgiving with no turkey!
Oh the humanity!
I did a few months ago when it was at .015. I sold around .04ish. One of my few green trades :)
I remember feeling really good about getting in at .015. I just had a good feeling about the company. But something is wierd... I keep thinking they are going to get some wierd Wal Mart or GMC.. or Hyundai... or or... you know, some big contract involving USB technology but w/e. I am concerned because I was thinking of getting back into CKYS for a long term investment. For the moment, I'm glad to be out.
Oh yeah, SLJB board... uhhh go SLJB! woot!
CKYS SEC suspension February 5, 2007 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 16, 2007
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 RELEASE NO. 55237 / February 5, 2007
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading of the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey”), of St. George, Utah at 9:30
a.m. EST on February 5, 2007 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 16, 2007.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of CyberKey because of questions that have been raised concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, (1) the company’s purported contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule, including Rule 15c2-11(a)(5). If a broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to CyberKey's securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker, dealer, or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, they should contact John Reed Stark in the Office of Internet Enforcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission at (202) 551-4892 or by email at starkj@sec.gov.

You sold? I've waited. Still looks interesting. Hey, at least the SEC has not halted like they did to CKYS hehe
Wow, that's crazy what is happening over there to CKYS...
This is a quote from another board regarding the status of audit for SLJB:
"Update!!!
It is confirmed, the Engagement Letter Is Signed!!! Speigel is right there right NOW getting the paperwork needed. He is with Steve right now. It's now OFFICIAL!"
Don't know how what will come of this. Good luck and be careful if try to invest in this... This is a risky sector.
Well... maybe that should be changed. You know... justice?
Precedent can always be set by the judicial system as a means of discouraging future criminal action. That is, just because it's been the norm to only restitute actual losses doesn't mean a judge can't order that punitive damages be paid by the offenders to the injured parties.
The sky is falling... it's the end of the world! Just ugly, oh... the humanity of it all!!! lol
I told myself I would hold for at least one year from August and that is what I plan to do... good or bad.
Odd how this board is still so active when we all know this business is a scam... or not?
Everything will be much different by August. I will either be in or out of this stock soley based on what happens between now and August. No sooner than August and no later than August.
AUGUST
If you invested in SLJB you may have felt like you slid down it already! Hahahahah... ohhhh... i kill me!
How long did it take them to suspend CSHD? Seems like that went rather quick from what I read on the boards. but I can't really say fo sho.
Yes, but the baseline concept... the simpleness that there is a company called Wessal and that it has representatives that can prove they had the intent and capability of purchasing 25% interest in the company... SLJB should be able to prove this.... OR fall flat on their face.
I'm perfectly fine with either.
BUT.... Here's a WHAT IF...
What if Wessal comes back and buys in?
Wow, this is sounding more and more like a pump and dump. the Suljas dumped all the shares they owned, right? And they did this because none of the assets are really in SLJB so it's really not worth anything? But... no one knows that for sure.
Okay, so no one really knows for sure... bah back to Wessal... if they had considered getting in on the open market wouldn't this be looking more and more interesting as the PPS goes down?
Or is it a foregone conclusion that this is belly up?
Oh well.
There is something we can sort of agree on: There won't be any news for a long time.
2 or 3 months is... sort of a long time.
good nite all
I hear that. That sucks that you can't even sell right now. I'm angry too but I believe in justice. I'll keep all the info on these court procedings and if SLJB is guilty I'll certainly seek that justice be served by way of compensation.
I won't spend my entire effort on seeing that I get a few bucks. I really believe that if there was fraud it will be very easy to see and that people will be held accountable.
Everyone knows that the stock market is risky. However, that does not mean that crooks can be allowed to scare off investors. If regulatory commissions are to be successful they must win the trust of investors and investors frauded by companies should be compensated. It may take time but things will change for the better.
If fraud and crime goes unchecked then society degrades. I like to think I live in a society that punishes criminals and encourages investors.
So why the need for a hearing if it's so open and shut? If it's so clear that we've been frauded the SEC would have shut this down, right?
I think you have good suspicions and I apprreciate your opinion but that's all it is at this moment... your opinion.
That is interesting tho... pretty wierd that we've all been duped into buying stocks of the wrong company... wow, crazy.
It reminds me of when I bought 2 gallons of V8 juice... I got it home and realized it was "diet"... I never drank that juice. It sat in my fridge for 6 months until I finally threw it out just the other day.
uhhhh yeah.... anyways... I'm sorry but as compelling as your speculation is... it is still just speculation and that's all any of us are doing for a few months. Maybe April will bring us closure... good or bad.
