$TPAC News; Dec 23, 2015; 200M Additional O/S Retired:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/trans-pacific-aerospace-announces-purchase-181500995.html
$TPAC Stock Retirement:
In order to retire stock, the company must first buy back the shares and then cancel them. shares can not be reissued on the market, and are considered to have no financial value. They are null and void of ownership in the company. Retired stock is repurchased from the money saved in the company's retained earnings. After the stock is repurchased, the issuer or transfer agent acting on behalf of the share issuer must follow a number of Securities and Exchange Commission rules regarding stock. The stated goals of the SEC's rules for the handling of canceled stock are to reduce and eliminate fraud resulting from the use of canceled securities, reduce the need for physical movement of securities, and to improve the processing and transferring, as well as those processes involved in securities transactions. There have been occasions in which canceled securities have gone missing and appeared on the international market as current and valid securities.
Retired stock is canceled according to the following rules. Securities that have been retired, or canceled, must be clearly marked with the word "canceled". Canceled securities must be kept in a dedicated, secure storage area. Transfer agents must keep a retrievable database of all canceled or destroyed stock. Finally, transfer agents must write and follow a set of procedures on how to deal with canceled or otherwise terminated stock. It is worth noting that the SEC does not mean to interfere with scripophily, but has to institute regulations in order to prevent fraud and theft of destroyed or canceled securities.

What Makes Stock Prices Move:
Stock prices change every day as a result of market forces. By this we mean that share prices change because of supply and demand. If more people want to buy a stock (demand) than sell it (supply), then the price moves up. Conversely, if more people wanted to sell a stock than buy it, there would be greater supply than demand, and the price would fall.

$RGBP Great DD and stellar find, LoveAndLight. I'm a day behind and catching up, but thank you all the same.
$TPAC Most recent 8-k was to confirm 700M O/S retirement. 1.8B is to be retired in total. Likely, another 8-k will be used to get word out via official filing.
$BMIX It won't be long until bid is greater than the ask. A few will pull shares from the ask, a few will buy the ask, and plenty more will begin to bid. Looking good here!
$TPAC Hands down. The guy walks the talk. His word is good, through and through.
$BMIX I hope you those extra 50-70M come your way, especially with how much you've contributed. I bought my first shares around .0006 or .0007 as well after watching this since .0045 area. Most shares I've purchased have been at .0003. If Marc squares things up with Scottrade, I will start buying again.
$TPAC Same here. Bill McKay is one of the best on the OTC; hands down.
$TPAC Nice, Reggie! I think there are a lot of us still here from the .000's with the same mentality. Looking good here!
$BMIX I don't blame you. .0001's are a steal. I'm in at .0003 and have all the time and patience in the world here.
$TPAC You are very welcome, Beepah. Thank you as well!
$TPAC And we are in the .002's without that even having begun. So much going on here it's nuts.
$TPAC Holding from .0004 here, Corrado. No plans to sell for me.
$BMIX My fingers are crossed for you, Kappin! Congrats in advance if you get them. 1's are a great buy!
$TPAC Here is a link to a DD packet, last updated 12/17/15. I will update it again by January 1st. Below the link to the DD are the most recent Tweets posted by Bill on the company's Twitter page. It would be wise to read through as much of the conversations on Twitter as possible, as there is a lot of data yet to be mined. Many of us pick up on the significance of info differently. I missed many things that have excited others and vice versa. It's good to have the team dynamic here and as many eyes and minds as possible.

Thanks, Beepah! I appreciate the prompting to get the DD circulating. Any and all help spreading the word and info here is greatly appreciated!
$BMIX This is all adding up to something good here. It just seems more like a waiting game at this point than anything else. I'm glad Marc is working on getting the slander away from his name and his business. Some of the comments are inaccurate and uncalled for. The last PR confirmed that.
$BMIX Marc is of a different caliber than most, even aside from the OTC. His track record and background is that of someone who rarely, if ever, fails. His support system is great as well, as referenced by the connections listed in i.t.m.d.'s DD packet. I would really like to see Marc get us able to purchase on Scottrade again. I will buy more if that happens. The other stock I mentioned in an earlier post here today is based out of China. And what you said about reputation being taken seriously elsewhere, rather than the turn, burn and profit mentality often seen here, is an accurate observation. Reputation speaks volumes about a person; and should a person's reputation be good, often so shall that of their company(and vise versa). My odds are in favor of Marc pulling this off. As long as the mineral assays of the ground within the mining claims are accurate, my guess is that we'll pull it off and then some.
$BMIX Thanks, Sportsprophet. #110 for you!!
$BMIX Actually, it does mean something. Your posts are very straight-forward and unbiased. I will go on that in addition to the information already out there. It's great to have an experienced auditor like yourself on board. Should we reverse from the fixed-floor range, followed by something such as a share retirement program(much like what's moving TP@C, though no R/S over there), we could see quite a nice turnaround for $BMIX that puts the company in a favorable light in a position of continued strength.
$BMIX Anytime. I look forward to checking out the update.
$BMIX You're welcome. And thank you for your DD. That is the big reason I took notice of this stock. Awesome job!
$BMIX Here is something I posted on another board about $BMIX in regards to the debt.
$BMIX Calculations on Variable Rate Debt:
$378,000 wiped out
$126,611 remaining
Total variable-rate debt: $504,611
Eliminated Debt divided by Total Debt(Variable): $378,000/504,611
= 74.9% of debt eliminated
= 25.1% of variable-rate debt remaining
Fixed floor can't convert until .0025; and next fixed floor at .005
.0001 - .0025 = 25x current share price of .0001
.0001 - .005 = 50x current share price of .0001
As long as Marc does not R/S, we have a monster over here waiting to emerge. I will not guarantee no R/S from Marc just yet, as his wording regarding an R/S was not definitive. It left an opening for an R/S by the company in the way it was phrased. My hopes is that Marc only left it open in such case as it will be of benefit for a legitimate uplisting from a position of strength, but until he words it more definitively, anything can be expected.
$TPAC .0025 break; .005 is next with volume. Spread the word! We have a winner here. Lots of unbiased info to go around.
$TPAC Look at that. We're being alerted as number one, even against stocks trading over $4!
$TPAC Nice! More announcements on the way this year. Load up and hold on.
$TPAC Squeeze is right! And that's why it's not good to short a great stock.
$TPAC We've had very significant short volume here and this thing is just moving nowhere but up.

$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/17/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).

COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.

12/17/15 Update as pertains to new relationships sourced from Twitter postings by the company on 12/16/15******
***********UPDATE(12/12/15; PR from 12/10/15; First, I will post a quote that aligns with the Twitter conversation below, and then I will post the link to the news itself)
Quote: ". We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance"

Thank you for reading.
$TPAC Fun to watch, isn't it?

$TPAC .002's are going to be a thing of the past here.
$TPAC If we are already flirting with that .0024 area multiple times this early in the day, it's highly probable it gets taken out; and then the real move begins.
$TPAC That's too funny. I just posted damn near the same thing on another TPAC board. That is just how it's going to work.
This was the post:
$TPAC Only die-hard chart players in ignorance of the fundamentals here are going to sell there; others know that, as you said, .0025 is just a bump. We just have way too much going on now. If we even close up 100% today, that takes us to .0034. .005 is just a blip for the next day, and one more 100% day with a thin level 2 and strong sentiment takes us to .01. And should Bill release some kind of incredible event, even if only another share retirement announcement, this thing is out of the park!
