You must be posting on the wrong board, because there was no news for WNBD yesterday. Of course you already knew that right.
He is trying hard huh lol. The debt that he is so concerned over is not only in friendly hands, but mostly held by founders lol. This gives them even more reason to see success in the future. Time will tell the story, but I like the odds.
The Lowes news will do more for this stock than some peeps think, and "little "D" knows that...thus the reason he is hammering away lol. Although the share price did come back down look at what the Canada Lowes news did for a short push where only 16 stores are available in the entire country. This news will deliver WNBD the opportunity to advance into over 1,600 stores in the future if successful. Little "D" knows that, and since he sold at a loss within the last two weeks he is working over time to get back in as low as possible.
WNBD will do just fine IMO, but maybe not in the time frame some desire. With post like this I'm sure most peeps understand the lack of credibility you have in regards to WNBD

Howie could shine his head with it lol... I like him, but he would be too closely tied to the Mr. Clean Guy haha. They look like twins.
I didn't realize that mods were the ones that were supposed to post them if someone else had posted them previously. From now on I'll refrain from posting them, and allow the mods to do so.

New Blog:
Hello friends -
Thank you for your kind messages pertaining to the operational activation of the first Lowes stores. I have a favour to ask. It is only a favour because “it’s a free country” and this is not enforceable. Nonetheless, it is very important.
We would be better off not going to other Lowes stores in the USA asking for them to start bringing Winning Colours at this time. There are many good reasons.
The most important reason is that we do not want to do anything as a group of shareholders that will skew the results in the Lowes system. It’s consumers now that matter more than anything. We should create conditions that increase natural, authentic, demand for Winning Colours Stain Remover - NOT create a distortion of results by approaching stores ourselves. We are stakeholders – such behaviour could be viewed as being a “shill” – ie misrepresentation of customer activity. We have only one opportunity to make a first impression with Lowes. Let’s make it the reputation of a company that operates to the highest moral standard, no matter how ambitious the company is for the success that it deserves.
I therefore ask, as a favour, that we the shareholders refrain from doing anything that engages Lowes at the local level. Let us please let the natural process take hold. It is inevitable that the authentic appreciation of Winning Colours Stain Remover felt by the tens of thousands of customers who have discovered Winning Colours Stain Remover recently will spread. Let’s have this happen naturally in the launch markets first so that the Lowes organization can get used to Winning Colours and make its operational plans without interference.
With thanks and regards,
Eric Lehner, CEO

Here is how local/regional advertising to support the national chain has much more benefit that we may not see through press releases.
WNBD/Lancaster can contact all current retailers in the region where the advertising will be taking place, and ask them to join in the push. It also allows other retailers serviced by Lancaster who aren't currently carrying winning colours to get on board as well.
The letter could read something along these lines.
We are going to begin an advertising campaign in your area, and are offering deal to your store to particiapte in this campaign. If you order 4 cases of winning colours, we will provide a rolling rack for easy access, and throw in 2 cases of 4 oz. bottles for counter displays. This offer is for a limited time, but we want to make sure you have products on hand prior to the advertising begins...ect
This is one way to have many ideas working together. Supporting the NA, making sure empolyees of current retailers are aware of their product, and to potentially bring in new retailers.
The reason I say this reco is because the course of natural progression may to a continual expansion to surrounding locations in order to reach the masses through local/regional advertising. If we start getting stores scattered out across the US it will make target advertising more difficult for WNBD. Once the brand has caught on in each region through advertising and Lowes employee help, the demand for advertising wont be as important in that area any longer, and we can target another region.
I believe that would be a good question to address to Eric. I think demand for a product in other locations would be great, but wouldn't want to skew the process of natural progression unless Eric had no problem with it.JMO
If peeps look at the big picture they might see something possibly developing here lol. I know there will be stumbling bloks and hurdles along the way, and this type of growth takes time. As Eric stated in one of his blogs...I remember when there were no retail locations that carried Winning Colours. Now we are in most of Canada's largest retail chains including Home Depot, and Lowes. As of today we have placed our foot in the door in one of the US largest home improvement chains. The question is now, will it be successful and spread to the rest of the stores within this chain, and possibly get their foot in the door of other large retail chains along the way. I like the odds here myself, but patience will be required.
I'm sure there will be some that will try to downplay this event since it's a trial in 3 stores, but it is a huge event in the company's growth. Very few get their opportunity to shine in one of the US largest home improvement retail chains. I do know I would hate to be sittin on the sidelines when the news hits the wires.
It stated in the blog they are requesting permission to PR this event, and place the logo on the WNBD website.
The first U.S. Lowes stores with Winning Colours Stain Remover have been activated – product is on the shelf at these three locations (below). We are now confirming the staff training dates. We will be submitting to Lowes, for their approval, a package of proposed marketing support for the product, including the request to begin displaying the logo on the website and a News Release which formalizes this beginning. There is a sign-off procedure that must be followed.
In the meantime Winning Brands is being respectful and careful in letting this new listing progress forward. It is important that we, as a shareholder group, let our new partner take things one step at a time to gain first-hand confidence with the product and the new supplier that they are dealing with. For example, Winning Brands will not be contacting other Lowes locations before being given consent by Lowes to do so as part of their prefered sequence of events. Another example of a respectful approach by Winning Brands is to first understand what their goals and priorities are before imposing our own.
The fact that these first locations are going operational now is a significant affirmation that Winning Colours Stain Remover is gaining recognition as a noteworthy new product – not just another “me too” item – by one of America’s finest retailers. We are grateful for the opportunity and confident about the potential for significant benefit for all concerned: consumers in America, our retail partner, and our shareholders.

Blog update on lowes now posted lol
That is an incorrect statement as there are many unknowns in every security, so to say that is the only unknow is just more typical BS. Thanks for your astounding information though lol.
The best I can tell from my records there has been around 318 million shares added since the run in June 2009, so yes that is an increase but time will tell whether or not it was worth it.
The truth is, the ability to generate enough revenue to cover expenses could come in the near future, could come within the distant future, or it may never come at all. This is what speculating is all about, and with the past growth to date I like my odds in the future.
Achieving a self-sustaining position in a consumer related busisness is a two-fold process. Many can look at it and say we need to generate xxx amount of revenue to become self-sustaining, but never think about what the process is to become successful. WNBD set a bench mark of 5,000 retail locations selling approx. 1 bottle per day to reach their short term goal of self-suffiency. They have completed half of the process of reaching that number of retailers, and now they need to do what's necessary to make sure they finish the process through sales.
Like I said, any new company is speculative in nature, but I like the odds here.
Yep Dennis, after looking at the items below over the past 14 months I can see what you mean. It seems WNBD is in much worse shape than back then after adding all the new retailers, and initiatives over the past 14 months lol. Qiute a hole they dug for themselves through growth of the company.

That's a matter of opinion since you had no idea of knowing the financial status of the company back then. I guess if adding a couple of thousand retail locations is worse for the company, then maybe you have a point lol.
Do yourself a favor and go back to the end of May, and first of June 2009, and read the message board. The same harping, crying, complaining, and slamming that was going on then is going on here right now. It's amazing how people can go from wanting to sell out then five minutes later the very same people are screaming tooo da mooon lol. Well, except the ones that got left in the dust chasing, and they complained all the way to the mid .02 area haha. It will repeat once again regardless of how much people grip and complain, and those who are loaded will be happy once again lol.
Guess we can scratch another rumor off the list huh lol. Actually it looks like he killed a couple of birds with one stone.
How do you find someone posting facts as a reason to LOL?
The simple fact at this very moment is there are no sellers at the current bid, just as there are no buyers at the current ask. This could change in either direction before I finish typing this post, but I see no reason to put a positive or negative spin on it, because facts are fact and that's what we are all looking for right?

Seems like that question was already answered for you according to this post below, but I'm sure you already read it right?

Is that what you read in my post lol? looks like we are back to the same comprehension problem you were experiencing the other night lol.
I didn't, ya buddy harley did lol.
Kinda funny how they slam shareholders if they ever mention WNBD and any other blue chip stock in the same post when it's for a positive reason, but when used to slam the company it's perfectly okay huh lol.
Your choice of words for what I was doing in regards to assisting in the clean-up process is very demeaning and actually disgraceful. I know you have an axe to grind with Eric over him calling you out for post misleading information in public, and that's where your problem lies. I don't appreciate being drug in the middle of all your conspiracy theories, and if you have a problem with Eric I suggest that's where you keep it.
It's important to understand the term and meaning of repurchasing shares. We all know the company can't and won't be able to repurchase 100's of millions of shares at any given time. The pretense of using a percentage of profits if and when achieved is a long term process. Once profitable they can atribute a small percentage for continual buy-back, which supports and adds liquidity to the stock. I understand it as being a long drawn out process when or if it ever occurs.
So it's irresponsible for a CEO to mention to shareholders the company's intent of repurchasing shares on the open market when/if it's in a financial position to do so, but it's not irresponsible for message board posters to continue their talk of a reverse split which is in direct contradiction of the CEO's plan for the future. HUH, seems like a set of double standards to me lol, but why would I suspect anything otherwise.
She was let go, from all indications I've seen.
I agree bogey, as I have reccomended the product to many people of various occupations, and have recieved great reports. Some of them were is the painting industry, mechanic work, glass replacement and window tinting, carpet cleaning, roofing, and to many of my friends to use for personal uses. None of these people own stock in WNBD, but are repeat buyers of winning colours. I'm not saying it's a miracle product, but the versitility and effectiveness of it's uses makes it hard not to like as a household product.
Numbers can be decieving at times when you are only given the opportunity to see the overall picture. It's just like watching the stock market without looking at L2. You could trade millions of shares in positive territory all day then get the bid whacked at the close, and end up red. The overall picture didn't look good, but many positives could be missed because you didn't get to see all segments of the days trading session. This could be the situation with Home Depot Canada as we only see the overall picture. It's quite possible that a large percentage of locations are meeting or exceeding the goals of the company, and only a handfull of locations are pulling the overall averages down. If this is the case the correction could easily be made to increase awareness in those particular locations, and bring all locations in that chain to meeting company sales projections. This may or may not be the case, but I perfer my glass half full.
I look forward to seeing the product specific website within the next couple of weeks. I wonder if they will link it to various retailers, or use it for product informational purposes only.
I agree LB, and the CEO blog posted today is the most encouraging information i've read in a long time. I'm not sure if they have been tracking these sales numbers periodically, or if this is a new initiative recently started since they have now been in this retailer long enough to gather predictable/usable information. Either way, this documented sales data from Home Depot in Canada is a powerful tool to have at your disposal when meeting with similar retailers in the United States. I honestly believe the current sales data from this particular retailer will open the eyes of the other retailers which may be sitting on the fence.
As much as I wish that were the case I don't believe we are there yet. I think this is just a progression of the continued transparency the company has been taking this year. I do believe as sales continue we will see a decline in the need for raising capital through dilution, and as time grows near for tipping points to be reached that could become possible in the very near future.
