Pure Speculation
Hello, Gatman! Im glad you decided to come out from the shadows and make your presence known.
It would be irresponsible of me to throw out some sort of artificial number if it was for any other reason than "just for fun."
I will say that I have a fairly sizable position that I am unwilling to part with until we hit a point several times higher than where we currently sit. But that's just me -- others may be happy to see $2.50 - $3.00 bucks again!

ElectriPlast, JARCO & Lean Methodologies
As you are probably aware, Jasper, Indiana is the self-proclaimed "Furniture Capital of the World." While that claim is debateable, what's not debateable are the number of businesses located there. Although I don't have the exact numbers right in front of me, I remember reading somewhere recently that the population of Dubois County essentially doubles during the work day due to all the folks who drive in from the surrounding counties and are dependent on those same businesses as their primary source of income.
In the late 90's and earlier this decade I doubt there was a business of any size (50+ employees) in Jasper that didn't jump on the Lean Methodology / TQC bandwagon. For some, no doubt, it was merely another Continuous Improvement program; for others, it became almost religion and a way of life. Those who took it seriously are still reaping the spoils of their many victories along the way -- those who didn't are stuck in a rut called status quo, or even in decline. You can decide for yourself which category you think Jasper Rubber fits into.

sfs, Wow!
Thanks for sharing the fruit of your research with the rest of us.
Please note the following from the latest EBJ update:
ElectriPlast is light weight, less costly and takes less time to produce than copper and aluminum. Those features have attracted interest from the U.S. military and aerospace programs and numerous other industries, said Mathias and Integral officials.
Just from reading that brief paragraph, it does not appear that Mr. Mathias is ready to concede anything to Plextronics, or anyone else for that matter, when it comes to specific military applications. Unless, of course, one does not believe what he has to say to begin with? I can unabashedly state that I do not fall into that "camp".
It was nice hearing from you again. Don't be a stranger.

GK
From EBJ's Original Article:
http://www.courierpress.com/news/2007/jul/02/made-tri-state-jasper-rubber/
"Mathias was impressed that the patented ElectriPlast can be produced automatically as a mold-finished product, unlike metal parts used in conductive applications that have to be machined — a labor-intensive process — and converted to a useable form. The latter process, he said, also involves much waste."
Much has been written over the past 40-50 years about enhancing profits and improving on-time delivery thru waste reduction efforts. EP is light years ahead in that arena.
For a good read on the path blazed by W. Edwards Deming and the forerunner to the Toyota Production System, look here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaizen
Kaizen is Japanese for "change for the better" or "improvement"; the English translation is "continuous improvement" or "continual improvement" and involves the relentless pursuit of removing all forms of waste.
It's clear that from Jasper's perspective, ElectriPlast will provide huge growth potential for their company. With labor costs typically accounting for 1/3 - 1/2 of the final product's price, any reduction can have a magnified impact to the bottom line. Another advantage EP has over "common conductors" and the machining proccesses involved is that it can be molded, which produces less waste.
Mr. Mathias, and Jasper Rubber in particular, are an ISO Certified Supplier. As such, he sees many potential advantages to his partnering with Integral as their exclusive World-wide supplier of ElectriPlast.
He also knows that 'Reduced Labor Costs + Reduced Waste = Greater Profits'.
What's not to like about that?

GK
Some additional comments by Jasper's CEO
I came across this on the ElectriPlast Blog.
The EBJ is the Evansville (Indiana) Business Journal and it typically reports on financial / business related news it gathers from around the tri-state (IN/IL/KY) area. Evansville lies about 60 miles to the S/SW of Jasper.
This is a good follow up piece to what they originally wrote early last month.
Focus turns to Jasper....
http://www.courierpress.com/news/2007/aug/07/shop-talk/
“I have one word for you: ElectriPlast”
A story that appeared in the July issue of EBJ and on the magazine’s Web site (ebj.biz) has caught the attention of investors around the nation.
The story was about a new electrically conductive, resin-based material called ElectriPlast. The product recently moved into commercialization stages at Jasper (Ind.) Products (JARCO).
The new material was developed by Integral Technologies (OTCBB:ITKG) of Bellingham, Wash. Investors had been waiting since at least 2004 for the new product to move into the commercialization stage.
The widespread interest took Doug Mathias, president and CEO of JARCO, by surprise. His phone started ringing with calls from interested investors.
Integral recently chose JARCO to be the sole company to pelletize the material for worldwide use.
The contract is expected to mean significant growth for JARCO. The company currently serves about 600 customers in automotive, electrical, appliance, filtration and other markets.
“The implications of the technology are vast, if they can be proven,” John Frena of Pittsburgh., Pa., a private pilot, told an EBJ reporter after reading the recent article. It could change the aviation industry, he said.
ElectriPlast is light weight, less costly and takes less time to produce than copper and aluminum. Those features have attracted interest from the U.S. military and aerospace programs and numerous other industries, said Mathias and Integral officials.
The potential growth for JARCO is really good news for all of JARCO’s 407 employees. JARCO has been a 100 percent employee-owned company since 2002 when it converted to the current Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Under the plan, each employee — from the CEO down to the housekeeper — owns a piece of the company. Mathias said each employee will share proceeds from the ElectriPlast pellet sales.
“We will get to participate in every pound of ElectriPlast sold in the world,” he said.
As the licensee and manufacturer, JARCO currently is producing ElectriPlast for use in smaller applications for the heating industry and U.S. military, Mathias said.
JARCO is also working on prototypes for use by up to 17 different industries.
“We’re very close to some electrical applications. Tooling will have to be made before we kick them off to production,” Mathias said.
“We’re now doing lots of prototyping and testing for which we have purchase orders,” he added.
Mathias said all the results so far have been positive.
JK, I share your excitement!
Those who would view this as "simply another patent update" are missing the mark. This is the first time, for example, that I have seen the patents divided into three distinct categories (the following quotes are from today's release):
1) Core Technology: these patents include composition and techniques for manufacturing ElectriPlast moldable capsules (gk's comments: this is the "grand pubah" of patents, since it's upon those compositions and techniques from which everything else flows)
2) Key Applications: these applications include antenna, heating elements, thermal management (cooling) devices, electromagnetic energy shielding and absorption devices, sparking devices, magnetic devices, conductor devices and acoustic devices. Likewise, it is seen as a replacement for metal in automotive components, airplane components and medical devices, just as an example.
3) Related Micron Conductive Fiber Technology: (and this is where it really gets exciting!) In ElectiOnix technology, excellent heating elements are formed by bundling micron conductive fiber strands. As a result, ElectiOnix heating elements exhibit very rapid heating and cooling capabilities.
In ElectriPonix technology, bundles of micron conductive fiber are coated with resin-based material to create an exceptional wiring product. ElectriPonix(TM) wiring may be in a variety of applications including power distribution, signal communication, and heating.
Hmmmmmmmmm......let's think about that for a minute: wiring for power distribution and signal communication. How BIG is that? I'll admit I can think pretty big, but that is HUGE!
While I'll be the first to admit that the company has been way too silent the first half of this year, it should likewise be noted that they are leaving us plenty of clues as to where this is eventually headed. It's not that hard to discern!

GK

Many here believe the website you're referencing will replace their current offering ( www.itkg.net ) once everything is in place.

Not defending TS
Cougar, I'm not defending TS here -- his record should be able to do that for him. What I was asking for was clarification on your word ALL, which I think you took a stab at.
To be fair, however, I think you'd likewise have to admit he's had some winners, too. What I did like about him is something I didn't see with any of the other talking heads (Navellier, Murphy, et al) -- he publishes his purchase / entry points, his sell points and subsequently his percent loss or gain.... all in plain view.
Although we may look to others in the hope of gaining some sort of "edge," the bottom line is that, we are responsible for our gains and losses. Trying to blame others for our mistakes only exacerbates our problem.

gktignol
Cougar,
Is that *all* as in every single stock pick; *all* as in the majority of those he's recommended; or *all* as in the ones you chose to invest in?
If you're referring to MOBL, he stuck it out with them for how long -- 2-3 years? It appears that the failure of that enterprise is due to JW and Cornell moreso than TS. But, you may know more abut that situation than I do when it comes down to what's going on behind the scenes.
I do not currently subscribe to any of his newsletters, so I'm just seeking some clarity in your statement.
Thanks,

sptnws,
I am not the least bit worried that they've made such a "mistake".
For your edification, please consider the following. I'll keep it as brief as possible so as not to bore you, but hopefully still maintain the integrity behind the points to be made, which are two fold:
1) We will always have competitors
2) Cool Poly's filing is for a narrow application (particular to heat sinks / shielding, verses ours, which is much broader)
Theirs:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?u=%2Fnetahtml%2Fsrchnum.htm&Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOF....
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention preserves the advantages of prior art thermally conductive plastic compositions. In addition, it provides new advantages not found in currently available compositions and overcomes many disadvantages of such currently available compositions.
The invention is generally directed to the novel and unique thermally conductive plastic composite material with particular application in heat sink applications where heat must be moved from one region to another to avoid device failure. The composite material of the present invention enables a highly thermally conductive composite material to be manufactured at relatively low cost.
Further, from the second paragraph from the bottom:
In view of the foregoing, a superior moldable highly thermally conductive composite material can be realized. The composition of the present invention, greatly improves over prior art attempts to provide such a moldable heat conductive material. In particular, the present invention, provides thermal conductivity that is vastly improved over known compositions to permit complex part geometries to achieve more efficient heat sink devices.
Ours:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPT....
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
A principle objective of the present invention is to provide an effective moldable capsule useful for molding conductive loaded resin-based articles.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a moldable capsule exhibiting optimal properties for time-releasing conductive material into the resin-based material during melting and mixing and prior to molding.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a moldable capsule wherein a ratio of conductive loaded material and resin-based material for optimal performance of the molded article is pre-formed into the moldable capsule and, particularly, wherein it is not necessary to reduce the concentration of the conductive loaded material by mixing with pure plastic pellets.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a moldable capsule comprising various types of conductive loads and various types of base resin.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method to form a moldable capsule comprising conductive loaded resin-based material.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method to form a moldable capsule that is easily and predictably manufactured.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method to form a moldable capsule that is extendable to inclusion of more than one type of conductive loaded material into the capsule load.
Further, from the third paragraph from the bottom:
The advantages of the present invention may now be summarized. An effective moldable capsule useful for molding conductive loaded resin-based articles is achieved. The moldable capsule exhibits optimal properties for time-releasing conductive material into the resin-based material during melting and mixing and prior to molding. The moldable capsule comprises a ratio of conductive loaded material and resin-based material for optimal performance of the molded article, and this ratio is pre-formed into the moldable capsule. It is not necessary to reduce the concentration of the conductive loaded material by mixing with pure plastic pellets. The moldable capsule may comprise various types of conductive loads and various types of base resin. A method to form a moldable capsule comprising conductive loaded resin-based material is achieved. A method to form a moldable capsule that is easily and predictably manufactured is achieved. A method to form a moldable capsule that is extendable to inclusion of more than one type of conductive loaded material into the capsule load is achieved. Methods to manufacture articles from the moldable capsule comprising a conductive loaded resin-based material are achieved.
Someone commented that this is “just” a patent on how to make the pellets. Well, there’s a very good reason for having a "just" a patent on how to make the pellets (refer to Tom’s comments about salt and pepper mixtures, etc. in his filing). From what I understand, that is where many “wannabe’s” have tried and failed
Tom’s strategy is to secure broad patents using "doped resins" in a myriad of old and new technologies. I’m afraid some have seriously underestimated the impact of such a model, which is really quite valuable. Think about it this way for one particular application: His "strategy" is to have a patent that covers all moldable antennas made with resin doped plastic, meaning that no one can build moldable resin doped plastic antennas without talking to Integral, even if somehow they’ve come up with a new recipe themselves. The potential impact of Integral holding broad patents on components and products using "resin doped" conductive materials in every sector cannot be overestimated.
How huge is that?
We have the patents on over 120 different broad applications, which potentially can produce several thousand different products. Take, for example, Tom's claim that there are easily 1500 different uses for each and every patent (that's at least 180,000 uses over numerous market segments).
We will always have competitors. No one in manufacturing owns the whole pie. Our share of the pie will keep us happy enough.
Just keeping in mind a few things like the NPE invitation extended to Tom; the CES “Best of What’s New” award; and JARCO’s involvement keep me plenty happy while waiting for EP to make its splash in the market.

JK, another good find!
Although it appears to be very much a work in progress, here's a little tidbit I noticed from the opening credits: The Contact Number's prefix is the same as Jasper Rubber's (800-457-xxxx). It may mean something or absolutely nothing, I know not which. But, I found it interesting thinking about the possibilities behind that connection, all of which would seem to make sense in the grand scheme of things.
Interestingly enough, guess what the last 4 digits of Jasper Rubber's Long distance number are? You got it! The same as the last 4 digits of those listed on the EP site.
800-457-3242 (Electriplast Site's Contact Number)
800-457-7457 (Jasper Rubber's 800 Number)
812-482-3242 (Jasper Rubber's Long Distance / Local Number)
Okay, maybe it's a stretch, althoguh I don't think it to be much of one.
Thanks again,
GK
JK,
I believe several here made an attempt, but that was a few months ago. I fail to see what it could hurt. Go for it! I do not believe they will respond via the contact link on their home page, so a personal phone call might have more success. I think it unlikely, but like I said, what could it hurt?
I like your thinking on getting a definition of the term "soon," since I had planned to make a phone call tomorrow with that exact same question in mind.

RE: Ignores and "managed" information
pgs,
Thanks for giving me an opportunity to respond to your question(s).
iHub is unique in its set up in that it's not like every other board (Yahoo, Raging Bull, etc.), and for good reason. All one has to do is visit any of the aforementioned sites and the difference is easily distinguishable. That difference goes beyond the fact that each board has moderator(s). Its also different in the fact that you can "subscribe" on an monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, which entitles the subscriber to a bevy of benefits (follow this link for the complete list: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/subscribe.asp ). If the poster doesn't see the need for the additional features they may post "for free." But, they have a choice. Its design was intentional by its owners.
To your questions, I'll refer to the faq section of this site:
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/faq.asp
How is the site managed?
Most boards have a moderator to assist IH Administration in managing them. The moderator may delete posts that in his/her opinion violate the iHub User Agreement. Deleted posts will be reviewed by IH Administration and restored if, in the Administrator's opinion, the deletion was not justified. Some non-stock boards have tighter or looser standards for post deletion and these appear in the individual board’s iBox; these modified standards are subject to IH Administration review and approval. Currently, on premium boards only, Moderators have the ability to ban members without IH Admin approval or intervention.
My message got deleted! What happened?
The User Agreement/TOU goes into great detail as to what is acceptable and what is not. Please go HERE and read the Message Deletions section (heck, read the whole thing if you have time!). If you have any questions or wish to dispute a deletion, please contact IH Admin Matt.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
With all of that being said, the only thing I "manage" are items that are off topic, or viewed as a personal attack against another poster -- neither of which have anything to do with Integral Technologies. Instead of "depreciating" what you see, it is intended to "appreciate" it, since in theory, you don't have to wade thru all the "chaff."
You also asked about the ignore feature. Here's some info from the same section you may find helpful:
How do I put someone on Ignore/Filter/Block?
To block their public posts, go to their profile, click 'Ignore this Poster.' If they send you a private message, and you want to block future ones from them, look just below the message to you, in the blue bar - click 'Block Private Messages from X' Go to Tools > My Filters to manage your filters. Free users can block up to 5 people. Premium users can block unlimited.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Please let me know if this does not answer your questions, or if it raises additional questions.
I hope you have a good weekend!
GK
bayah,
Welcome to our little corner of the universe! I hope the time you invest reading and posting here are both enjoyable and educational for yourself and the rest of the ITKG iHub community.
Please feel free to share any personal DD you believe will benefit the rest of the readers. Contrariwise, if you have any questions, feel free to submit those as well. Most of the posters have been around for a while and are generally not shy about responding to queries.
It was nice hearing from you!

Thanks, daViking
You'll get no argument from me that they absolutely *have* to start producing more than words. I completely understand the path they have taken with the Licensing Agreements. But, like you, realize that cannot be the "end" but simply must be utilized as the means toward that end (revenue).
gktignol out....
daViking,
I was not trying to "correct you" and I'm sorry if you took it that way. The point I was trying to make (and apparently didn't do a very good job at) was that they have been very frugal with their use of shares over the years, as evidenced by the low number of shares outstanding.
Yes, the number of Authorized shares increased upon the Shareholders' vote, but if they utilize the same care in the future as they have in the past, then it is not something to be concerned about -- at least not with this investor.
Again, I'm sorry for the confusion.
Have a good evening,
gktignol
daViking, that's not quite accurate
From the news release dated May 10, 2006
http://www.itkg.net/index.php?page=608
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Integral Shareholders Approve Increase in Authorized Share Capital
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2006--Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ITKG - News; "Integral"), announced today that an increase in the authorized share capital of the Company's common stock has been approved at a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 28, 2006.
The proposal by management to increase the authorized common shares from 50 million to 150 million received overwhelming support, with 93.5% of shares voted in favor of the proposal and less than 0.3% of shares voted abstaining.
The Company has been advised by a number of warrant holders of their intention to exercise their warrants prior to the expiration date of June 30, 2006. These warrants originated from previous private placements.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
There's a huge difference between 'Authorized' and 'Outstanding' shares. Integral's 'Authorized' share count stands at 150,000,000 (as noted above), while the 'Outstanding' share count stands at roughly 45,500,000, which is VERY low for an OTC:BB company.
Here's a definition of terms from Investopedia:
Authorized Stock
http://investopedia.com/terms/a/authorizedstock.asp
The maximum number of shares that a corporation is legally permitted to issue, as specified in its articles of incorporation. This figure is usually listed in the capital accounts section of the balance sheet.
Also known as "authorized shares" or "authorized capital stock".
This number can be changed only by a vote of all the shareholders. Management will typically keep the number of authorized shares higher than those actually issued. This allows the company to sell more shares if it needs to raise additional funds.
Outstanding Shares
http://investopedia.com/terms/o/outstandingshares.asp
Stock currently held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders, as well as those held by the public. Shares that have been repurchased by the company are not considered outstanding stock.
Also referred to as "issued and outstanding" if all repurchased shares have been retired.
This number is shown on a company's balance sheet under the heading "Capital Stock" and is more important than the authorized shares (emphasis mine - gktignol) or float. It is used to calculate many metrics, including market capitalization and earnings per share (EPS).
I hope that helps,
gktignol
Short Interest
That is exactly what is being stated qlt. But, the only real way I can see that as working into a positive situation for those long ITKG is when Integral turns things around with a series of positive events being made public.
Consider these explanations from Investopedia.com:
Short Covering
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/shortcovering.asp
The act of purchasing securities in order to close an open short position. This is done by buying the same type and number of securities that were sold short. Most often, traders cover their shorts whenever they speculate that the securities will rise. In order to make a profit, a short seller must cover the shorts by purchasing the security below the original selling price.
Also referred to as buy to cover or buy back.
For example, suppose a trader has sold short 50 shares of ABC stock at a price of $10.00/share, because he speculated that ABC will not be successful in the near future. Unfortunately for the trader, the company has been recently very lucky and its price rose to $15.00/share. In order to limit his losses, this trader decides to cover his short position by buying back the 50 short sold shares at a price of $15.00/per share.
Short Squeeze
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/shortsqueeze.asp
A situation in which a lack of supply and an excess demand for a traded stock forces the price upward.
Short squeezes occur more often in smaller cap stocks with small floats. (Emphasis mine - gktignol)
If a stock starts to rise rapidly, the trend may continue to escalate because the short sellers will likely want out. For example, say a stock rises 15% in one day, those with short positions may be forced to liquidate and cover their position by purchasing the stock. If enough short sellers buy back the stock, the price is pushed even higher.
Theoretically, the most one can lose by going long is 100% of their investment if a security were to go to Zero. Not so with a short position, since again, in theory, the price rise is not capped.
Still, one can hardly argue the fact that the Shorts have been "right" in their overall assumptions going back to last December. I believe that is about to change.

Sfs,
I can certainly understand your frustration.
In defense of your concerns, I noticed the following, which you can find by scrolling to the bottom of your page and selecting “User Agreement.”
Investors Hub Terms of Use - Simplified Version | Detailed Version
1. Post about stocks.
2. Be courteous and respectful of other folks.
3. Post about stocks.
4. Have fun.
Or find somewhere else to post.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/Terms.asp
Clearly, some of the posts you referenced fall outside of those guidelines and were / will be removed as personal attacks or being off topic.
My role here is fairly simple (at least in my mind) and is expressed in our Header Page’s Opening Comments: “Simply put, this board is intended to be a place where Integral's Loyal Longs and those interested in learning more can chat about the current and future prospects of this company.
We desire to maintain a professional, courteous and non-defensive atmosphere. The members of this site would like to keep the style of this community upbeat, proactive, educated and mostly functional. Many who post here used to frequent RB, but left because it just became too toxic. If you are a day trader, basher, have a personal "axe to grind" with Integral or enjoy arguments, please frequent RB -- it may be more to your liking.”
What drew me to iHub in the first place was the belief that there really could be a place where people with varied opinions about Integral Technologies could openly, honestly and “maturely” discuss the merits (as well as the “demerits”) of Integral (its people, product, and processes) without all the rancor one easily finds on the other boards. That’s a naïve view, I know, but one I still cling to.
While I probably personally disagree with over half of what’s been posted recently, I’m still of the belief that divergent opinions have there place here, provided they are conducted within the framework of those things pointed out in iHub’s own “Terms of Use” section. If that ever completely ceases to be the case, or is not able to be maintained, I will look for another place where that still may be possible.
Please feel free to e-mail me at the address listed in my profile if you have further questions.
I appreciate the personality and personal DD you bring to this board and believe the readers are all the better served by your presence here.
Kind Regards,
GK

Perhaps you should read it again......
marsred, perhaps you should go back and read your question and my response again. Perhaps then it'll make more sense to you.
I believe your mistake is in confusing their role as our world wide supplier to their role of that of a licensee. Their role as our supplier would warrant the outlay of capital expenditures.
Hope that helps,
gktignol
Thank you (eom)
Not the least bit.....
marsred, you used the word "seemingly," which was appropriate for your post.
Do I know they *have* found an application within their product line? No. Do you know they haven't? Same answer.
The 10Q that was released earlier this month was for the reporting period ended 03/31/07, which means they'd had slightly over 6 months at that point to introduce the possibilities to their customers, show them why EP is better than their current offerings, for them to possibly conduct their own testing, plan site visits, etc., etc., etc. Things simply don't move that quickly.
No worries here, mate!
gktignol
jkboston,
As did I.......
The third paragraph from the bottom pretty much sums it up:
Good stuff,

Re: Jasper Rubber Company
marsred, one thing to keep in mind is that Jasper Rubber is a private (employee owned) company. I would not be expecting any press releases, per se, directly from them. More than likely what we will see is what we've seen in the past: comments from their CEO in conjunction with press releases from Integral.

gktignol
Phil, if you go to ChangeWave's home page and select the 'disclosure' tab on the lower left-hand side you'll find the information you're looking for.
Hope that helps,
gktignol
I believe my explanation was pretty concise. There is no "internet link" to an e-mail I received.
As I stated earlier, those who have done their DD know that he can be referencing no other.
Please read the main body of the message again and I think you'll likewise agree.
Hope that helps,
gktignol
Phil,
Those who have done their DD on this company know that he is speaking of no other. He first came on board in March of '06 and has used much of the same (if not the same) language before.
Hope that helps,
gktignol
Answering Questions About Tobin Smith's Interest
This is the latest information I have from Tobin Smith. As you will note, he does not appear to be losing interest, at least not as of 05/01. Could his view have changed since then? Sure. But the crafting of this letter does not give me any indication that would be the case.
But, I'll go one better than that. As recently as 05/18, he stated publicly (in a teaser sent to a broad distribution list to subscribe to the MicroCap Newsletter and the same teaser that I've attached below the 05/01 update) that Integral was one of 5 stocks that he was most excited about at the time.

gktignol

MOVING OUT OF THE GARAGE
Last week, an article in Modern Plastics Worldwide featured Integral's progress with its conductive polymer composite, ElectriPlast, and its shift from research and development to commercialization.
The article highlights some important numbers about Integral's progress:
Integral has signed 200 non-disclosure agreements and provided samples to interested customers.
Integral has focused on 17 companies as viable leads, providing pellets and test plaques, and in some cases even designing products.
Working from a base of 12 resin matrices that are most common in major industrial sectors, Integral (using Jasper Rubber Products as its compounder) has created more than 15,000 recipes.
Integral has filed 113 U.S. patents, aiming to protect the material and applications, as well as their respective manufacturing processes.
To date, 25 patents have been allowed, including one covering the compounding of an electrically conductive plastic pellet.
Integral's chief technology officer Thomas Aisenbrey cites the Jasper partnership as a critical turning point for ITKG. He explains that many OEMs told him a full-scale production site, compared to his garage lab in Washington, "is all we've been waiting for."
Well, we expect the shares to get on the move, too, as ITKG closes commercialization deals and finally sees its product flow into the marketplace. It's been a slow, steady process, but we are now seeing signs of acceleration.
With ITKG shares down substantially from their 2006 peak, we're lowering our Buy Up To price to $3 and recommend accumulating on any weakness going forward.

From the 05/18 teaser I referenced above:
The Dow run is no big deal. Get HUGE profits here
Dear Smart Investor,
Since the March lows, the Dow has really been "on a tear"...
...or so all the index-lovers would have you believe.
Yes, it has been a nice rally in blue chips, and the Dow is now up 6% for the year. But I'm here to say you can do better than that - a whole lot better.
You see, the tiny companies we own at ChangeWave MicroCap Investor are going NUTS.
Our little stem-cell innovator - with a remarkable new technology in the fight against neurodegenerative calamities, like Alzheimer's and Lou Gehrig's disease - is up 29% in the month we've owned it.
Our drug delivery company - pioneering transdermal gels and quick-melt oral tablets - is up 42% year-to-date.
Our tiny limestone miner - a key player in the development of Canadian tar sands - is up 43% in the 3 months we've owned it.
Our blossoming Internet champion - with technology to deliver streaming video 100-times faster - is up 66% since we bought it 2 months ago.
And our network switching stock - which we affectionately call "the next Cisco" is up 86% so far in 2007 - and up a total of 275% for us so far!
So do our stocks always move straight up? Of course not. Sometimes we get our biggest profit opportunities on short-term volatility.
After all, this is the wild, wild world of microcaps. And we're swinging for tape-measure home runs, not bunt singles.
And the volatility can often be our best friend.
Take our wild ride in NeoMedia, for example. A lot of our subscribers really cleaned up when they bought the stock around 6 cents and then took a chunk of their profits when it soared to 70 cents.
Yeah, the stock tanked after that. But I know subscribers with new homes... new boats... early retirements, because of that stock. That's the power of microcap investing. When a stock runs up like that, you take some money off the table. So you bank BIG GAINS and play with house money the rest of the way.
SWEET!
Now I'm going to fill you in on 5 of the microcaps we're most excited about right now.
If any of what you read intrigues you, I've got a very compelling deal on MicroCap Investor today. Anytime you're ready to pull the trigger, just click on one of these links.
The engineer's "Holy Grail"
For decades, engineers and designers have been searching for just the right formula to make a plastic...
...which combines plastic's very best qualities, lightweight and moldable, with the best qualities of metal -- strength and the ability to conduct electricity.
If you had such a product, design engineers could:
* Reduce the weight of a jet airplane or bus or truck or automobile 10% or more - cutting costs and improving gas mileage.
* Create a cell phone case that doubled as an antenna - increasing range and quality of wireless phone calls 20%-40%.
* Substitute plastic for silicon in the making of semiconductors, RFID chips and diodes.
* And substitute plastic for metal in about 100 other applications as well.
This truly is the engineer's "Holy Grail." And this little company owns the patents and manufacturing process that's going to make them, and us, rich.
Imagine if you had gotten in on the ground floor with the company that owned the license to Teflon. Or bought Qualcomm before anyone had ever heard of its CDMA technology.
That's how big - or bigger - this technology can be. So how close are we to making money?
Well, we're up over 100% at MicroCap Investor already - so our one-year profits are nothing to sneeze at.
But - and for you this is critically important - we've just reached the point where this rocket is launch-pad ready and about to go stratospheric.
You see, some investors have been waiting for years for this company's technology to translate into real products - and real profits. And that time is coming very, very soon.
They've got a manufacturer on board. Dozens of companies are already testing the product, which just garnered a key industry award.
In other words, things are getting very, very REAL. Once this really hits the news - and the Discovery Channel just did in-depth interviews with the lab scientists - it's going to blast skyward.
How much can we make?
Frankly, I have no idea how high it can eventually go. But I'm looking to sell half when we hit a 10-bagger. The rest? I might just let it keep growing forever.
Click here for my special deal on MicroCap Investor.

As I stated at the outset, he could have changed his position on Integral, but that appears highly unlikely to this investor.
