Much has been written over the past 40-50 years about enhancing profits and improving on-time delivery thru waste reduction efforts. EP is light years ahead in that arena.

Kaizen is Japanese for "change for the better" or "improvement"; the English translation is "continuous improvement" or "continual improvement" and involves the relentless pursuit of removing all forms of waste.

It's clear that from Jasper's perspective, ElectriPlast will provide huge growth potential for their company. With labor costs typically accounting for 1/3 - 1/2 of the final product's price, any reduction can have a magnified impact to the bottom line. Another advantage EP has over "common conductors" and the machining proccesses involved is that it can be molded, which produces less waste.

Mr. Mathias, and Jasper Rubber in particular, are an ISO Certified Supplier. As such, he sees many potential advantages to his partnering with Integral as their exclusive World-wide supplier of ElectriPlast.

He also knows that 'Reduced Labor Costs + Reduced Waste = Greater Profits'.

What's not to like about that?
