dbowren. Looks like our intitial estimates were lower than we both thought! LOL
This is very interesting and powerful information.
Good job! We can tell you enjoy it.
I'm going to join you in urging those who haven't stated their number of shares to do so.
How many more responses do you need? 50? 100?
dbowren, I hold 2.8M. I've been adding at least 100k each day this past week or so. I was a shadow away from being back to green today. Looking forward to what awaits us around the corner.
LOL... well if you're the King I'm at least a Duke.
dbowren. lol you caught me. I meant 400 million shares+ not 40 million. My $1.98 bet would be pretty safe if I really meant 40 million.
Phil, I see. Perhaps it could be worded like this.
Do you have more the 250k to 500K shares yes--- no---
Do you have between 500k and 1M shares yes ---- no---
Do you have between 1M and 1.5M shares yes ---- no---
and so forth, Perhaps up to 5million shares or so. Of course the number wouldn't be exact but you'd have an idea of where we're at.
Just a humble suggestion.
Thanks
GLTA
Phil, it seems to me conducting a survey to find out how many shares are held by this boards members was discussed a week or so ago.
Is that in the works?
From what I read here I'd bet this boards members hold 40+ million shares. In fact, i'd be willing to wager $1.98 we hold more than 40 million. lol.
I know your a busy guy, but if a survey is not in the works is it possible for you to put one together?
thanks
GLTA
Phil, Congrats! Do you know the Buy/Sells for today?
Yes, Croce, I did catch that! And did you notice this?
On the 23rd, the Semi Famous Italian/French Biotech Mime Artist, Luigi Michaud, will be presenting.
If you read more closely their are many other noteables presenting.
Jocelyn Webster, the co-author of the the current South African dictionary of Biotech Terminology is also presenting.
Sorry, I'm on anti-biotechs and cold meds.....
Clairmontasap, I see today is the first day you posted to this Board. Welcome! Why haven't you posted 'til now. Or, what prompted you to begin posting today?
Thanks
LOL,,, yeah this is like the Bill Clinton thing..
Remember - "It depends on what the definition of "Is" is.. Acutally, based on the question and how it was asked his answer was a really smart and correct! But a lousy example for our youth.. ANyway
Will they discuss how to develope an Industrial Biotech Co. using IBC as a model. Or, how to develope an Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Or,....................................Will TRuei show up? Last I heard he lives in CHina so maybe he could be considered "Domestic".
Claimontasap.. Yes, but in the time slot 11:30 - 12:00 they specifically say "industrial Biotechnology corporation" not "industrial biotech company".
Interesting.. I read much of the program.
2 things I noticed.
1) There were many mentions of Industrial Biotech "Company" But only one mention of Industria Biotechnology "Corporation".
2) May 18th 11:30-12:00 Keynote Four: Domestic Indutrial Leader.
I assume the term "Domestic" means a Chinese speaker as the conference is in China.
Chinese to English translations are often way off and sometimes really funny. In this case it listed Specifically "Industrial Biotechnology Corporation". And again, that was the only mention of that exact term.
It just occured to me that this Progam Schedule was very well written in English! I doubt it was a typo. IMHO
Time will tell.. I have a feeling IBC is working on something and is going to be really really tight lipped until the time is right. IMO
That's why it's often a good idea to open close to a successful competitor.
Centuars...Gotta be an MM thing. who would be stupid enough to sell such a small amount of shares. Yesterday I thought perhaps someone made a mistake with 0s. but two days in a row - something else is going on.
How did the camel toe thing go/
Yes, happy thanks giving to you all and your families! We'll have more to be thankful for before long!
I had two orders at the ask of .0022 filled at .0021.
Cyclone, I see. That's what I thought.
Thanks and GL
I'm curious. In regards to the Sec. filing Krebsy providing the link for, why does it show the 4925 Greenville address when that address was closed down over a year ago? Is it because that address is the original address of record?
My pleasure!
Phil. Like you, the men in scripture you just sited had one big thing in common, Faith! Keep it up and thanks.
GL to us all.
Section K isle 9
I've Added an additional 1.4M the last 2 days.
The last 100k @ 3 minutes before close today which bought us back to .0022.
GL all!!
Bless you Father for the work you do!!
12/24/07 @ 11:55 AM.
Driven. In regards to the palcement of new stores.
Granted, in some cases having no competition is a good thing. However, I was surprised that he sounded pretty definate about not opening up a store where competition existed. Or rather, only opening stores where no competition exists.
A rule of thumb in retail is to open a store right close by a thriving competitor. All the biggies (walmart, mcdonalds, burger king, KFC, etc) have proven that time and again.
Perhaps, as they mature they will be more apt to oepn stores in direct competition with others.
It would be nice if share holders were told about such things! Perhaps someone could contact the PR person at Designated Marketing. I think his name is John or Joe Tully, something like that. He may not be able to tell us specifically about IBTY but he should be able to tell us about what generally happens in situations like this.
I'd be happy to call but my days lately leave no time for extra things.
So, thank you ahead of time to who ever can find a few moments to contact them and ask.
Perhaps one of you has a broker he can answer this question for us. Perhaps a broker would even try to call IBTY and pose that question to them.
My feeling is if money received from selling shares in a company is used to start up another company the original shares sold to support the original company need to be compensated. Everything I have read so far about the new company would lead me to believe this is the case.

Check out their stock chart history. NYSE "NDN"
In 2003 they expanded into Texas (Coincidence) and bought Albertsons Houston distrution center for millions.
In order for Market 99 to survive and make good profits they will need to buy product in huge quantities. I wonder where they will get the funds to the enormous inventory and how they plan on warehousing and distributing it.
Thanks D-Block
Does anyone have an idea as to when the conference call passwords will be distributed? Has anyone received theirs yet?
He's in L.A. looking to merge with the Colonel so they can launch eCarfriedChicken
Sure, if you insist.
The post was in response to D-Blocks post #12854, that's why. Does that answer your question, do you understand, is that clear? Or, should I try smaller words? LOL this is the best laugh I've had all day.
Can't you people read and/or remember their own posts, their own words, their own questions?
Funny, You Chastise people for not showing research than Chastise them for showing research. Laughable. Absolutey Laughable.
There's alot of truth to the saying "you can't reason with a crazy person."
You'll be happy to know I won't bother trying anymore.
bye bye
No, it was simply an answer to your #12854. I mean what I say and I don't write in riddles. The fish you see is the fish you get (your riddle not mine).
Bud105/D-Block
Bud105: Post #12906 spells out specifically the research I did to answer your post #12831.
D-Block: I don't see how post #12906 has anything to do with .024/.008 = a 3xs gain. Sorry if #12906 wasn't clear enough.
Bud105, D-Block was correct. My post in response to your #12831 should have shown the research sites found in #12906. I hope it is helpful.
Goodbye and Good luck
D-Block,post #s 12856 and 12854
Below, please find the reference sites used to answer the question asked in post # 12831.
The first site below answers questions about Mr Milligans Business ventures last year:

These sites(a,b,c) are in regards to ecarflys registration with MN Secretary of State (SOS). Just follow the path a,b,c.

It's interesting to note that eCarfly is inactive (see a.)
Also very interesting is the fact that eCarfly changed its name to Complete Auto Inc. on 4/17/06 PRIOR to Avalon 5/06 and Ergonomics 7/06.
I didn't make this stuff up, nor did I use someone elses research.
This took less than 10 minutes to research. All public records.
I assumed you long time share holders knew all this information prior to buying your positions.
I found this info the day after I asked this board for recommendations as to entry point.
My interpretation of the information is either poor management or a scheme.
So, I decided not to get involved. I am not telling anyone what to do, only expression why I didn't get involved.
You are right though, I should have posted these links for the person who posted #12831.
I hope this is helpful. Good luck to all.
12 hours earlier it was posted on RB that the merger was broken. You gave the impression well before and after the fact that you knew exactly what was going to happen.
As far as Willy, from what I have read, I would take his advice in regards to ECFl. He seems to have done homework and he explains himself. He gives reasons. And, from what I can see he predictions have been on target.
Yes, I know you say you are an engineer. Unless you own your own firm I can't see how you find the time to post as much as you do! I don't understand why someone would pay you $200 a week to pay to pay you to post here and else where (unless you are not very good at what you do and don't get paid well).
Please tell me if you design for a specific airlines so I will make sure not to fly on their planes.
Oh, and by the way. Grow up.
OK, now I can be accused of bashing, You. Have a good life and good luck.
Phil, the Bible also says
"You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself" Matthew 22:39
And, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" Mark 16:15
Phil, I read here somewhere someone thought perhaps you and alwaysright are one and the same. Although I understand their reasons for feeling that way I don't think it's true(imo). Here's why.
Inspite of the fact that Alwaysright wrote his last ECFl post at RB 11/27/2006 and your first post at iHub ECFL was 11/29/2006 and, even though you are both prolific writers, your styles are very different. I have enjoyed reading your post.
I wish you the best and great success.
I don't invest in this stock. So, I will not post here any longer unless I am compelled. I've other fish to fry but I'll keep an curious eye on your group.
Again, all the best.
Flatsfox, all the best as well.
The difference between .007 and .0055 is roughly 28.5%. If 28.5% = $3000, how much would that additional $3000 x 20% x 20 years worth?
When I invest I don't accept loss figuring I will make it up on another play. You never make it up.
And I don't accept just any gain. I have my goals, as do you.
I'd rather make 10% on 5 plays each month than wait a month or two for ?% from a company with a poor track record. Actually my plan is not unlike yours. I plan for 10%/month = 120%/year.
If I played 5 companies with this track record each month, well the odds are just terrible for any kind of consistent success, any. In the long run I would likely lose because even if i were in the black, I would be far less in the black than I would otherwise.
I consider myself an agressive investor, but not wreckless.
Don't take this as a knock. I am merely expressing myself, not defending myself or knocking you.
Have a good day and good success. I hope for your sakes this play pans out as you hope and plan.
Mr Muddy.... you miss my point. Perhaps I wasn't clear, I did not buy. I did not jump off the bridge. I asked a simple question of the group. I recieved two forms of adivse. I thanked one and admonished the other. I did current DD and made up my own mind.
This type of play is fine for you and others, but not for me. I do not knock you for your decision. I ask you though to atleast consider other opinions.
If, in any stock, you had an option to buy at a higher or lower price, you would select the lower price I am sure. If I advised you to buy at a price that I was reasonably sure would be lower in a couple of days because of a 2nd broken merger you would be very unhappy with me. BUY BUY BUY, bad news 2 days off, pps may crash. Not very logical.
Pinkland, I understand pinkland. As a rule I stay away. But once in a while I will look at opportunities that fit my style.
It seems and appears that many people on here take any thing at all critical of anything or anybody as a bash. People need 2 sides 'ying and yang'. Without 2 sides one cannot make good decisions. I have viewed many forums. In most, intelligent differences of opinions are welcome. Isn't the purpose of a group to help and support all?
People in a leadership position, whether real or percieved, have responsibility to those they lead.
I wish you well and success.
Oh, by the way, you missed one option, MS.
Phil... Thanks for your input. I have enjoyed reading your posts!
Phil, were would you (or anyone for that matter)rather buy: at .008, .007, .006, .0055, or even lower (at least a 32% spread)? Which would you prefer? The differences can make a big difference in $. You said you anticipated buying additional shares for even less than .0055.
Rather than NOW NOW NOW .. I could have been PMd to wait a couple of days, "IFFO" = Flatsfox Opinion, if he didn't want the general board to know (something else I cannot fathom).
thanks Phil, I am sure Flatsfox appreciates your friendship. I consider everyone a friend until they give me a reason to feel otherwise.
Misterbet and Momentum, I misspoke. Misterbet, it was you who gave me the kind advice. Thank you for it! I said a couple of times it was Momentum who sent me the 2nd PM. Momemtum, I'm sorry I misspoke in regards to you.
