I'd be happy to call but my days lately leave no time for extra things.
So, thank you ahead of time to who ever can find a few moments to contact them and ask.
Perhaps one of you has a broker he can answer this question for us. Perhaps a broker would even try to call IBTY and pose that question to them.
My feeling is if money received from selling shares in a company is used to start up another company the original shares sold to support the original company need to be compensated. Everything I have read so far about the new company would lead me to believe this is the case.
