About the same price structuring for me.. I really thought we would have had 3 bumps before '.40', snooze ya lose.
I did some DD going through webs in Poland/archived, and found a interesting article and interview with some 'color' on the Olimax company. Turns out they do get paid to raise Hemp... not a lot but in their pricing structure the equivalent of 150$ American per Hectare likely covers a significant amount of Energy(gas), fertilizer expenses. Those Stil guys huh! Paid to raise Hemp, and next year a corporate tax rate of only 9% on net nets to 24? 25? million. lol!
I also found the process the ladies of Olimax were using was Co2 for sure, and were outsourcing the proverbial pressing and were claiming lowest price even then.. before the 'Inhouse' setup Stil installed.
Just to say, answers a bit about 'lowest cost' statements.
In that article also,(the article was from 2017)
"Zofia Vahlberg and Krystyna Bojek joined the management board of Hemptex, which will build a modern industrial hemp processing plant in Poland. It is to start in the second half of this year. The cost of the investment is PLN 50 million, up to 200 people will find employment there."
I haven't had a chance to investigate if done or anything, 12.8 mill U.S. is a big number, might explain where all the cultivation stalks get off the 1500 Hectares to.
Noticed several Stil people went to the June EIHA Hemp conference in Colone Germany which has every aspect of Hemp covered,, Fwiw.
CEO seems to believe so too..

Over regulated, overtaxed, over priced... and while many will say, 'Quality!', No Mold!', 'No bugs!'...
essentially it is about a pail of water, a seed and some ground with some sun.
Simply making the legal product as high priced as Blackmarket doesn't make a legal market item good commerce. Jmho.
Old saying in the markets, people sell for all kinds of reasons(realizing gains or losses), but buy for only one reason.
Look to what the CEO thinks of Stillcanna..(C:STIL*CA)

California bill'AB228" is again active and off 'suspense' status.(food additive concerns). Once again the Bill that the Assembly and Senate passed and sent to the California Governor will be presented written differently as the >< Jan. 7th, 2020 session gets started.
The McConnel request to the FDA Sept 17 2019 is a clock ticking also....
McConnell’s draft proposal, shared by the Hemp Roundtable, would require the FDA to:
•Within 90 days, issue a report to Congress explaining its approach to developing regulations around CBD that meets “the definition of hemp” (less than 0.3% THC),(December 2019?) and
•Within 120 days(January 2020?), issue a formal policy on “enforcement discretion,” which would remain in place until the agency adopts formal regulations.
'Perfect storm' approaching for U.S. consumers!
"A rant",
Starting to look like the 'Pot Stock' people have realized that almost every 'Pot Stock' company is losing money even after years of operations. That or a Institutional buyer has awoken to CBD as the 'next big thing' in Stil..
Looking at the net losses for 'Pot Companies' as to cents per share losses, I'm sooooo reminded of the Chinese Stock craze in 2006-2007, where eventually almost all Chinese companies were found to be lying about earnings.... stealthy misleading the markets as to earnings. God forbid the remembrance of the 'IT' craze of late 90s and 2000.
Say what you want about this CBD company, but the sector hasn't a proven failure rate of almost 99% in showing YOU CANNOT start a company off at high pricing yet show negative earning for years on end!
I would rather invest in a company with only a few million in sales, yet have a net net earnings per share positive, not negative.
Sure, a first mover is speculative... but I remember Coca Cola in the 1950's as does the CEO of this company. As I actually did in the mid 60's.
Will Stil perform to a level of positive net we don't know yet.. but 'Pot Stocks' have proved they are all just about a 'day trade' at this point. Which 'pot stock' will be the next Coca Cola I don't know, what we do know is 99% of them are just a 'Chinese pipe dream'.
'indicated 44 kilos per month' meant to say (-'With a field-tested, 7% CBD hemp strain, the monthly CBD output is estimated at 2,520kg per month.) then 'indicated 44 kilos per day' in full operations.
That 20 ml in the beaker is shown being filled from what must be at least a 500 ml beaker on the company website... from a 5 day process in the news releases via CEO twitter that was involving final tweaking of personnel hired less than a month ago, and verifying step by step production. To say, 'ongoing might be around one days production- '500 Ml' or larger I'm sure as the company has indicated 44 kilos per month before "pelletizer' installation at Nexus.
It isn't easy to confirm weight to Ml due to density and mass/molar using the water conversion of one gram to one ml the '500+ ml beaker' then is 500 grams+, 90%+ pure.(>< 1/2 kilo)
At the 90% pure level into 98%+ purity(Isolate) level, full retail pricing current is about 50$ per gram... 'over the counter' to say.
So... '50$' times 500(+) is 25,000$ retail.. individual 'bottling' for end customer...
The marketing has a number of variations.. even to re-diluting with Terpenes, so the 'Honey Oil' is one step for a multiple application possibility of bottling.
Potentially 25,000$ retail.. not a bad place to be where Dragonfly is awaiting millions worth of delivery.
Every input helps and I-Hubbers have a chance at grabbing a few for long term... put them away and forget them for a year.
I'm pretty sure the Stil team is looking towards Institutional as the end game... When production becomes 'mass production and % profits are realized for ongoing.. I-Hub will just be another set of customers riding the train... to say, not driving the train.
As strange as it may seem to some, the Endocannabinoid system will be at least measured as important as like Vitamins- deficiencies occur. I think that one day it will be admitted to that the Endocannabinoid system will is tied to T-Cell generation.
Ask 100 people and I'll give 10 to one odds no one even is aware when Endocannabinoid systems started in living creatures or what the first known creature developed 'Endo', or likely reason, as known today. I've gotten into discussion with Doctors and nurses and those odds still don't change much but they all admit they are or will be studying up more about it.
We are at the cusp of where humanity was like when understanding Scurvy solutions Vitamin C, or Vitamin D, or K.
Which is why I'm hoping Stil goes the extra step past CBD Isolate in 2021. A Pharmaceutical plant for Cannabission-B may be a dream at this point, but Institutional buyers can make that happen... not so much I-Hubbers.
I gave Investor Relations, the Founder and the CEO heads up about I-hub sometime back, including the Scnnf Board page address...:)
Thanks Golden, as the CEO describes, 'Honey oil' is fundamentally the last step before Isolate, Isolate being the goal of the company and the most refined product of CBDs at this date. To review, the Company derived this 'Honey' at the Nexus plant- current capacity 1320 kilos Isolate per month, should double with a Pelletizing system being installed shorty(by end of year). Cost quoted current, ><780$ per kilo, Spot pricing averaged 4500$ per kilo on annum basis 2018.
Origin plant in Romania has almost a like capacity and is awaiting final government licensing, is complete with manpower selected and standing by.
Horizon Plant is planned construction starting spring 2020 and online right after next years harvest where company proposes almost tripling land under cultivation.
All told, Stillcanna plans and has started the process towards 100,000 plus Kilos per annum quoted through 2020.
I expect that Isolate Pricing will drop somewhat, Stillcanna expects to reduce 'cost per kilo' for their enterprise to roughly be half of '780$'. The Spot price drop can only drop to match Profitability just as in any commodity, no one makes products for a loss... to say.. spot prices will eliminate small enterprise and many midrange ISOLATE producers... giving large scale producers the bulk of markets, large scale producers will set prices,
Stillcanna will be one of the worlds largest.
Next years 100,000+ kilos projection times ><4500$ per, cost dropping from 780$ per.
There are multiple levels of Stock pricing involved with JVs, employees as in every Equity financed startup... this is very advantageous for day traders, also for longer term holders(through out next year and more info in the spring next year as to 2021... 'Isolate being the goal of the company and the most refined product of CBDs at this date'- Isolation of individual components of 'CBDs', CBDA and Cannabissin-B are pipelined to being considered as possible developments for 2021.
(will require more infrastructure)
In closing, we are at a point where imo, every one should be picking up a few shares for long term holding, setting aside for X-mas next year;)
I thought you were talking about Dr. Brian Martin. I was thinking Varga was in Poland currently, 'Tom’s hands-on knowledge has been of great value in the practical design work of StillCanna’s extraction facility.'
Good find, finding Varga working in Canada for expansion of product placement!!!
Welcome onboard the Stillcanna Train jonny, get your ticket before it leaves the Station.
There are a number of, what can be called 'wellness centers' in Canada and I've had the impression that this Doctor would like nothing less than be center to a distribution chain... a good thing for sure for any person being a major distribution potential. The whole 'pot thing' has somewhat slowed the CBD thing as to regulation in Canada as the CEO has mentioned, where Canadian authorities have a interest in seeing the dollar investments into the MJ industry/pot get some returns under their belt and iron out Regulations(and taxations)then headwinds against CBDs will drastically reduce.
Sort of the same thing happening in the USA and E.U...
While there are 'workarounds' like Online sales for example, I see intrastate shipping to be what might be called a chokepoint. Be it in the Four parts of Canada or the 50 States of the U.S. or E.U. States.
McConnell in the U.S. Senate has given the American FDA till EOY to respond on CBD further than ever before.. which should include a National model of allowance for intrastate shipping and some more definition on Banking as to Hemp.
The E.U.(Commission) is getting hammered by organizations for EOY responses also. Canada will soon follow E.U. and U.S... England/Dragonfly already has outlets, Biosciences Inc/California should take some orders for California distribution.
All of which makes the Stil situation right at the tip of the spear.. as markets open wider Stils production can accommodate from day one.
(Timing coincidental as to 'pellet mill installation'? where doubling+ CBD concentrations will happen. I've no idea the size of the 'mill' Stil wants to install, maybe just enough mill for Nexus, perhaps for Horizon also... could be for Origin also in some manner... which might mean another building needs constructed I would think especially if a part of it needs a specialized 'Hammer'. All good things as Mill manufactures uniformly provide installation help and training. It will be interesting to see the type of Mill, perhaps Low Temp, perhaps even Nitrogen cooled, even it is a bit of a pain for that.. Nexus has a liquid Nitrogen tanking infrastructure in place and there are big advantages to 'pelletizing a lot at one time and storing in a cool nitrogen atmosphere)
On another note I see Poland has a program for farmers to raise Hemp(or lease out to hemp production) and be subsidized.. I believe the acreage allotted to that is over 100,000 Ha for 2020.. around the country and as much as 200$U.S. per HA is possible with Hemp and good practices(Environmental) which is significant considering the low profit potential associated with agriculture per dollar invested generally... heck, in America mass corn production is about that profit potential... sort of makes the Polish Hemp situation like the American Farm Bill subsidization model... land owners can get paid for Hemp farming.
More reasons Stil centered in on Poland!
One other item in my original DDing, was extrapolation on production capability, where stated amounts of CBDs possible and the extended contracts(SEVERAL YEARS) on per dollar basis of agreements along side general values of the commodities to be made... is that there may well be as much as a 50% overage capacity.
While I'm not aware of exact contract stipulations in the Dragon Fly or Biosciences Inc agreements(proprietary info) as to prices for products possibly discounted for consideration of exclusivity or volumes- which affects all the numbers, even extrapolating a 50% reduction to 'mark to market' on spot pricing seems to leave the 2020 volumes production capacity only 50% consumed.
I may have plugged in the numbers wrong, but if right, Stillcanna has perhaps only 50% of 2020 production capacity used up.
Obviously one development can only follow another development so we will see by next year.
So perhaps, since you have some experience in this area on technical side of equipment potentials anyway, when you find the time this might be a area of study we could compare.... 'they have contracts to sell everything they produce for quite a while'... I'm not so sure of '... contracts to sell everything they produce..'.
Oh yeah! I think you are talking about the Doctor that has a ongoing administering of items including CBDs... I forgot about him, his clinic.
I think in B.C. you will only find two remaining people, book keeper and Secretary... to my knowledge everyone else is relocated to Poland.
Yeah the numbers will grow, first Nexus, then finally Origin( scheduled so far to 4th quarter this year- awaiting final government licensing(Its a 'Tip" country... they get to you when they wish), Horizon perhaps double the output of Nexus and Origin combined... fall next year completion schedule as I understand...… bringing 100,000 kilos +, per annum. The good thing is the setup on costs for production.... ongoing should be profitsable with just one plant running... can't beat that.
Heck, Charlottes web I believe only had 15 million net net 2018 and about same common share count with much more authorized but never activated.
'Active float" is probably determined by the October 2018 filing by the company, total shares and future 'Floating shares' are in the releases of the company as to everyone from 'Seed money" to employees, to owners to JV partner for Origin Project(Romania)and then reserve shares.
'Float' will expand, what it is now is likely determined by shares distributed to "Seed Money" from 2018 and news and 'finders fees' and certain allowed allotments as time moves on.
Please feel free to make any counts from your perspective and post them here for discussion, DD away please!
'In Europe...' entails a few other facts.. Still can ship most anywhere on the planet. 'In Europe...' prides lower production costs... than say... America, specifically the State of Colorado where the only real competition will come from by way of mass production for Isolate in the 100,000 Kilo+ range. That Company is building up on debt financing, over 100 million presently. Stillcanna is projecting, when at 100,000+ Kilo capacity, to be as low as 380$ production cost per kilo. The Colorado company, due to certain costs before actual production will be tethered to about 180$ per kilo.
Meaning Stillcanna, by financing differently, shares, is going to be very competitive to the Colorado company/largest facility in the world which will list on a high exchange and open way up in price and cannot be profitable for two years(Debt laden).
I've finished an examination of Isolate pricing for the last year(leading up to July this year) and find Isolate pricing runs in a cyclical manner, at Hemp harvest time prices drop, they rise as supply runs out.
Prices ranged 3500$U.S. to 5500$U.S. . Most notable is the case for Spot pricing and Bulk Pricing... they were almost exactly equal. This, as in any commodity, means supply meets demand.
One Kilo or a hundred Kilos... price ranges met.
The math is easy from this point.
The projection does depend on Horizon being built and a 2020 Hemp harvesting(same for the Colorado company):)
Personally, I'm in for what might happen, after Horizon, and Isolating individual CBD molecules for Pharmaceutical companies and buyouts.. but that is just me.
Looking forward to the Videos including CBD concentration and down though to Isolation!!

Senator McConnell’s Demands From The FDA
Specifically, McConnell’s language will require the FDA to provide guidance on how, and whether, it will enforce rules regarding the sale of food, cosmetics, and dietary supplements containing hemp-derived CBD, as well as:
•Require the FDA, within 90 days, provide a report regarding the Agency’s progress toward obtaining and analyzing data to help determine a policy of enforcement discretion, and the process in which CBD meeting the definition of hemp will be evaluated for use in products.
•Within 120 days, issue a formal enforcement discretion policy on hemp-derived CBD.
•Preserve the enforcement discretion policy until the agency has adopted final rules on CBD.
FDA’s Current Position on Hemp-Derived CBD Products & Possible Next Steps
The FDA’s current position, while it weighs how to ultimately regulate CBD products, is that “under current law” it is illegal to “sell a food or dietary supplement with CBD in interstate commerce.” Presumably, if the amended report passes, the FDA could take the position that it will not take enforcement action against intrastate sales of CBD products.
"intrastate sales of CBD products."
bill sponsor Assembly member Cecilia Aguiar-Curry’s statement, in response to the Senate Appropriations Committee’s action to hold AB 228 on Suspense, also expressed confidence in having a bill ready for Governor Newsom to sign come January:
“Regardless of the action in Senate Appropriations today, I am confident that we will have a bill ready for the Governor to sign at the beginning of next year, so that our California hemp farmers and producers of hemp-CBD can take advantage of this new multi-billion dollar opportunity.”

Looks like bio-science-enterprises.net (One Agreement partner to Stillcanna) got their website pages coming on line.... FINALLY. They had an Agreement with another company Crop, jmho Crop might not be able to deliver, serious problems with their fields this year, weeds, antelope and some hail storm problems.
Bad news for Crop....
Still was hiring recently Technicians to help in production... forgive me for format, cannot seem to get PDF to work.

I seem to always get 'timed out' but for those curious enough, there is a E.U. website, European Industrial Hemp Association, eiha.org/suppliers/ where can be found the Stil agreement holder, Dragonfly Biosciences,is registered. Not encompassing everybody involved with the sub-sector there are ><71 Orgs registered,
(very slow server).
Jmho, but the term 'shaken loose' where production could start any day is the biggest threat.
Might be pointless, but till a person actually deals with the process, they cannot know just how uncomfortable the process can be. I've had Customs roll their eyes, enforcement put their hands on their pistols and claim they 'I can unload your entire container and leave it on the ground!!' I mean seriously the first time is very intimidating.
The biggest drawback/threat is the product gets hung up, requiring a second shipment for on time satisfaction of the customer, in this case another, say week of production for a hundred kilos, making a delivery a two week process instead of one week process at the factory. Doubling costs.
Don't be too rough.. on I-hubbers, the mass is all about a day trade. Heck, general markets are about 90 days holding on average.
I think 'P+D' is a term slightly over used, very open to interpretation but usually used for Toxic Diluters. As far as I'm concerned Apple 'pumps', Goldman Sachs 'Pumps, the Federal Reserve 'pumps. We are about at the price point where no sets of stock assignments are now 'in the money' profitable much from previous capital formation I think. Which affects the other part of 'P+D... the so called dump, or expanding share counts in active float.
I got my GTC in:)
Yes, it might also include a condition where Stillcanna is now "Registered' with the export systems of the E.U., as then you know the forms required that and for Carriers and end buyers/delivery points to even Tax Id numbers.
I am curious in that the statement qualified "isolate, distillate and hemp biomass" and there has to be product Identification numbers assigned. This may be a point you could be interested in, where your area of interest of 'Tintures'(broad descriptor) and whether Still is indicating there is a product identification now recognized for that 'Tintures'... I do know that Product Id description is necessary, that in some product classifications it is generalized.... take lumber for building for example it isn't required to define Oak, from Pine.
Might be getting into the weeds a little much but perhaps you might check that out, how much definition is required between different forms of CBDs?
Regardless of Still, your company does need to "register" or use another companies Registration.
So this does not mean "Preclear" customs, I suppose there maybe certain exceptions but to my knowledge every shipment/shipper into America has to go through Customs for approval/clearance. Which involves(for me anyway and some 15 years ago) about 8 pages of documents, 4 copies of one specifically where one stays in Customs control, one is returned to the Shipper, one retained by the carrier.. and I forget the forth.. anyway all 4 have bar code labels the same that come from the shipper, in this case I think Stil is setting up as the said shipper- they have to keep 'origination' paperwork.
And never ever ever talk back to customs agent or the attending border enforcement official- DHS or Border patrol... they are so edgy!
Essentially 'preapproval' in this case refers to getting a approval specific- Isolate(packaging ect ect ect and paper work) while making the goods manufacturer recognized and 'trained' to ship properly.
This will overlap to others, Stil specifically, can 'train' buyers in the E.U./Poland/CBDs Isolate to take possession in Poland, then follow the 'procedure'.
Like a Shipper(manufacturer) in Canada processes paper work for goods to export to say, America, provides those Documents and shipping ready products,,,, the Company that handles the transport has to add their own particular info for forms, has to have their own qualifying licensing insurance ect and all export forms have to have a destination, receiving name and associated info.
While 'anyone can do it', I've always found the export/import officials come to understand what the 'load' is, the shipper is, the carriers are, so to help expedite.
Fwiw, entering America is probably not much different from Canada than the E.U.(for goods) but Ports of Entry people really really hate documentation not in order... heck even not standing in line properly is looked down on!
I don't think those companies have or will manufacture Isolate, Stillcanna's strong suit. Call those companies CEO's and see if they want an 'exclusive' for a defined area of CBD Isolate, becoming a reseller of kilos or use there of with not having to build up 25+ million worth of primarily Isolate equipped factory floor.
Stil's low Mfgr price for Isolate makes it sensable .
If it was me, and it isn't, lol, I would have made a test shipment... say one kllo so to get all packaging, containers, labeling, documents all set for a large shipment, appearing the same except essentially larger containers/palletized? I've heard of horror stories where the DEA seized a shipment as the product looks a lot like that stuff from Columbia... and getting the product back from government agencies is like pulling teeth once the CBD is impounded. 6 months on occasion.
One more example of the company eliminating possible bumps in the road and staying on schedule.
Then the fact the price moves up also, proves it is your opinion.
Give it a rest cartman. Are you a Broker Dealer? Stil has spent ><15 million so far, from Cannacord, that doesn't invest in crap.
Your opinion is your opinion, welcome to it.
Yep, this has signs of a Stock that had previous incarnation shares, which isn't the same thing as a P+D. Additionally the company hasn't 'pumped to other than the people that have registered to their site... existing stock holders for over a month now. Which actually had a positive effect. That doesn't prevent any jack of all trades from putting out a advertisement, e-mail blast or YouTube.
Which actually had a negative effect.
A more public set of mews advances will probably hit when significant advances are made like the new factories are producing, the % on CBDs ect ect..
You, might call that P+D.
Again, thanks for your opinion.
In a previous post I mentioned Rotovapes, as seen in the videos there is other equipment(we can discuss those also if you wish).
Are you aware of the cost, time to Mfger delivery, values after being used even once even after passing water through them? Are you aware of the land costs when leasing, the avenues to getting land in Poland or Romania for that matter, just how important PAYING for land access is, in dealing with Collectives, or what inevitably happens when land owners are not paid in the Collectives?
There aren't all that many "Collectives" in Poland, for example, and anyone that doesn't pay up in land lease... well, word gets around 'the campfire' quickly... such hasn't happened yet.
TO say millions have been spent on equipment, and land, and building, reputations hang in the balance in the countries mentioned and very heavily in the locales in the countries.
I would recommend anyone that has questions about, only, 'bunch of paper to dump to retail' contact the CSE, or American 'Stock watch', or German authorities(markets), certainly Cannacord millionaire investors would like to hear comments as would Stillcanna employees and the Olimax prior owners, now employees of Stil certainly they also need hear your opinions, they've got an entire generation's reputation to be concerned about.
Of course it may just be your opinion is simply a short sighted one and that is okay, I welcome your opinion.
