Over regulated, overtaxed, over priced... and while many will say, 'Quality!', No Mold!', 'No bugs!'...
essentially it is about a pail of water, a seed and some ground with some sun.
Simply making the legal product as high priced as Blackmarket doesn't make a legal market item good commerce. Jmho.
