Yep, this has signs of a Stock that had previous incarnation shares, which isn't the same thing as a P+D. Additionally the company hasn't 'pumped to other than the people that have registered to their site... existing stock holders for over a month now. Which actually had a positive effect. That doesn't prevent any jack of all trades from putting out a advertisement, e-mail blast or YouTube.
Which actually had a negative effect.
A more public set of mews advances will probably hit when significant advances are made like the new factories are producing, the % on CBDs ect ect..
You, might call that P+D.
