Is a Custodianship and reinstatement connected? Does one imply the other failed? Does a Custodianship after a reinstatement imply a failure of original company's intent? Etc.

For example, SNDZ was reinstated last December. Now filed for Custodianship. Was it the original company that applied for reinstatement or was it someone who intended to take over?
