maybe, what do you, or anyone else, think of this?

that could be true, its the nature of the market for sure for certain stocks and sectors.
I happen to think it could have turned out better with just JCI, they are a public company and pursue ethical behavior in all its business units. Commons stand a better chance with JCI than with Wanxiang IMO. I happen to think A123 management is looking to the east for a better package for them and market for its assets IMO.
after an insider sold all his shares with no explaination then chap 11 filing soon after, things seemed to make more sense but not dollars for commons. If shareholders had a say, it would be to push management towards JCI IMO.
which will affect the market more, Apple or Amazon, one up one down?
unions, for the most part, have outgrown its original goal by about 30 years. the days of old when they protected innocent became a blanket of protection for the not so innocent.
they have their place, good and bad.
Ford did well today, looks like they have EU issues under control or at least the market thinks so.
indy, I sure believe in intrinsic value, in a company and in other investors. thats why I dont short, I believe its unethical and provides no value to the market or its investors.
how is that possible when its either flat line or down for years, or you have shorted it. that would explain alot about your posts.
nice open, up over 2.5%
well, comparing the negative comments and connotation vs positive I read here and on their website, I am here watching and waiting. could be opp of a lifetime, could be nothing more than what happened before minus SEC violations. but your entitled to your opion and any info is more than I had before. but what you state says to me there more going on than we know, good or bad.
I dont know if what you say is true, but from what I know about business, its much better to have a place where face to face conversations occur and ideas or actions can happen (live action as the turtle man says). virtual offices only work when the field operations are dynamic or work sites are constantly moving around. otherwise its only good for expense saving. if what you say is true, then they may be wasting money or they may be getting bigger as we speak. you cant bring clients to mickyDs to hash out a deal. What I am saying is it may be a sign of things to come.
FSLR has looked good for a while, just a question of time when it will break out of the 20 to mid 20s. But I think there may be some downside for a while, at least once the days get longer, just using it as a reference to a 2013 spring run I can see happening.
looks like the next focus in UAV is Africa. Didnt I read somewhere here that there may be talks with an African country about BIB or Argus. whats the chance WSGI shoots straight into a growing market, what U think?

I also thank you for unbias info, seems like its not popular to like this company on this board. you become a target when you do. TIA
interesting stuff, I also remember that SEC change in 08.
sounds like he is not only accusing them, he says the SEC has current open issues with them. I cannot find any evidence of this, or any wrong doing with current management. is CT making this up, and why? it sounds like there is a grudge here, and it goes way back.
that means a couple things, they have lost at least $7m dollars cause I dont think they bought below 1. actually this is good for shareholders since they may form an equity committee to get involved with the process of asset allocation. They dont have the same interest as Johnson cause they have not done anything before or after. GE also has a finance group, does anyone know if there was any conversation with them.
there is no doubt opportunity in every problem or disaster, and AONE is no different.
pardon my ignorance, I did not know there were so many versions of the word gaming. Its a poor choice in my mind since I dont consider anything to do with war as gaming. guess I dont follow it close enough other than the understanding that the best offense is a defense and thats why I am interested in world surveillance.
maybe he bought in the dollars and look at the price now, thats not a game for some. sour, dont know about that, I think there is a bounce here for sure but I also think it could drop before you finish your game in an instant. As I stated before, the chinese company wanted the assets and could care less about the commons, I dont think Johnson cares either, thats why they pounced just after announcement. it will be worthless, and how many it takes down we will never know cause you wont hear them tooting horns at that point.
I think most people feel, even the ones who do it, that "gaming" and "common sense" to be an oxymoron. as would saying the current management is same as old management. I see logic and hope in many posts, when I read words against the company its in reference to the past management and their actions which I believe are all gone.
like someone just said, there are things going on here, but what it will do to share price is far from known.
sp, even though its down today, I am very curious about not just this company and its results, but what it would do to the economy if it were let out of conservatorship. I think it would be like a downhill snowball effect on the economy and money flow. I dont think anyone in washington wants to touch it just before elections, it would have been a haymaker from Obama to Romney, but I dont think he gets it.
Ohman, where art thou, it dont look so promising here. seems like occasional fluf PRs here. I would like to know other options for myself, seen any good ones I can look at? TIA
Ohman, what one do you like? and what is a major reason over liberty.
defaulting on the loan means they are up to something. BK now rather than later is better than giving tech to china, but would be bad for shareholders now or later
they sure didnt do shareholders any favors today. didnt expect it to drop that much, in one day no less. but then again I expected some dillution if anything not what I am hearing.
I think Gold will hit 5k in the next few years, I cant see how it wont. either way, inflation or not, its way behind current intrinsic value and the rest of the world is hording it.
I also think any company producing or handling it, will do well.
about time tarrifs were for real, I mean in a way to protect US jobs. and it does good for FSLR IMO.

better than msnbc, they are so bias I cant even watch it anymore, bunch or babeling idiots that throw tantrums I notice too often. IMO msnbc hires black racists to stir up the public into watching them while attempting to mind control the weak and console racical behavior. if al sharpton is there, I dont want to be, he makes decent blacks, who think like me and care about injustice and not the color of skin, look bad.
I think Fox is fair, although sometimes bias also, they all are. I dont follow them all the time but I feel they have peoples best interest in mind, all of them, I really do.
If fox has something to say about a company I look at, Im all ears but not always all in, get it. I take info and try and figure out what is right and makes sense.
the were cranking today, down a little of AH but its an ending that says all is well for tomorrow.
this is newer news, not sure if it moved PPS today or not.

you may be right.
these guys never came back like I thought they would, I imagine its time. I was looking at this one for dividends a while back, do you think they will raise them again considering they exed them in april? I think it would help the share price.
indeed it is. solid performance.
I thought these guys were the pros, selling to GM and all. looks like they have problems, not to mention no followers.
any comments?

cudos to FSLR, one of the few green today.
something went wrong over there. They are considered a competitor, and its not looking good for LG.

something went wrong over there, at a competitors plant.

It would be a big shot in the arm for the market overall, with a weak quarter upon us and election time, it makes sense to unleash them now.
I think the current official decision on Huawei will be tomorrow. Its a national security thing but it may impact other US companies and markets involved with Chinese companies.

JJ babes, I agree. there is a leg up going on here. nor sure if its a C wave or not but I think so.
