After 3/31/07 we should start seeing increasing revenue which they will probably pr as Example: 500% increase in revenue from same period last year. They have some small contracts other than this one today and many more irons in the fire in China. IMO we should start moving up from here I have a good feeling about it.
Great news today, finally the turning point a real 100 million dollar contract, surely all artists will and museums will use it next IMO is Chinese Government agencies using it for document authentification. We also need to get some contracts in the United States.
I forgot when the tpdi dividend shares become unrestricted? I don't have access to my dd from this computer

Jan 30, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Asia Telecom Ltd. (Other OTC: ATLJ.PK) is proud to announce an update on one of its many ongoing projects in Azerbaijan.
The Internet service provider (ISP) division of Asia Telecom Ltd. commenced operations in June 2005. It is a provider of dial-up and ADSL services in the territory of Azerbaijan. This division today manages at least 18% of the dial-up market in Azerbaijan and recently began providing ADSL (Broadband) services in Q4 of 2006.
In Q4 2006, the ISP division began the construction of its own data transmission network and placement of DSLAM equipment for the assignment ADSL (Broadband) services in Baku city, Azerbaijan. As of the end of Q4 - 2006, the company has laid a significant portion of the planned 200 km of fiber-optical cable. The completion of this project is scheduled for the end of February 2007.
CEO Ayaz Karimov stated: "This initiative in Azerbaijan, and others like it, will serve to solidify our position as a significant player in the Central Asian market for dial-up, ADSL and related services."
More news today? That would make my day. Maybe fiber optic completion news or approval to sell voip in Moscow.
Interesting. Just the present value of the fiber optic cable would make this a .13 stock, with acutal 2006 revenues and the companys estimated revenue of 42MM for 2007, this is going to fly. I noticed we have moved up on the most read list for ihub, a very good indicator of potential investors.
Liable, with this type of volume, we will see soon that Eddie and Wayne the PINK SHEET CROOKS, have taken this to like 5 billion and they will do this for another 6 or 9 months. Trust me I have seen this before.
I've seen this many times before, however with the volume and the track record of this crook, I would not get anybody's hopes up. IMO this will stay on .001 to .002 maybe some .002 to .004 but will eventually settle at .0001 and that is when old Eddie boy will do his trick again with a reverse split. I am still looking for some other investors who have lost as much as I have almost 15k to get together and sue these guys. I would like to do more but I am not that type of person.
What a joke, why would a buyer buy a restaurant that is closed down, with no customers and too much competition down the street. The key words are they expect the previously announced sale to go through. IMO it's already a dead deal. I wonder what their next new business will be, maybe making license plates. LOL
His m.o. is to use these pink sheet companies as a money printing press, so at .0001 my guess is he will dilute billions and billions more, he does not care about shareholders or shareprice.
Looks like everyone vacated the building, last one out turn out the lights. LOL
Maybe they will pull another Urban move and issue 800 billion shares, they will need to just to pay court costs. LOL
Well they finally did it our buddys Eddie boy and Wayne the wacker have finally brought this down to the basement. Glad I got out at .0011 unfortunately that was 95% less than what I paid for it. Lost over 14k on this pos. I just like to check in once in a while to see if and when these guys get thrown in jail or suspended or someone wacks them for ripping people off. Let me know if there is any class action lawsuit against them, I would contribute money to that cause!
I can't believe people are pumping this pos. The writing is on the wall, any bounce will be a dead cat bounce and then .0001.
As soon as Eddie boy goes to jail, I will celebrate by sending him some flowers, he can give them to his B.Buddy Bubba. LOL
You mean this Jaffrey st in Brooklyn? Right off the shore? Hmmm
http://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&channel=s&a...
Of course it is that is if you are looking for a tax loss. LOL
I wouldn't buy this today if it were .000000000001
Way to go crooked Eddie. He will take this down to .0001 soon then do another reverse split. Glad I sold last week at .0011, still almost a 14k loss on a 15k investment. This guy ought to be jailed. and assets sold and distributed to all shareholders that lost money from his lies.
No trades is trading suspended?
Azerbaijan to become 1st country in S Caucasus with digital TV on – Communications Minister
Azerbaijan will become the first country in the South Caucasus and the second in CIS following Russia, where a digital television will be put on air
At present the search of new western companies which could carry out the project is underway, Ali Abbasov, the Minister for Communications and Information Technologies, told journalists.
The sphere of communications of some CIS countries, including Azerbaijan and Russia are in progress. However, a special state program is needed for comprehensive development of this sphere, Abbasov urged.
Thanks to a new program it will be possible to decrease export and import duties for goods and equipment of this category to the country. “The sphere of information technologies comes as second after the oil and gas sector where the investments will be put. All depends on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is charge of resolving a status of special economic zones,” the minister underlined.
Abbasov also noted that new economic zones must be so large that to cover the markets of the entire region.

End
I don't think it would be hard to find at least 200 investors who have lost tons of money as a result of Ed and Wayne's lies. We could put up a small amount of money each and retain an attorney and go after these crooks.
With todays pr, the previous pr's and all the lies that Ed used in these pr's to sell stock, here is what I see happening next.
SEC ORDERS A SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN THE STOCK OF IBAC CORPORATION.

Did Ed really spend $600k on the hotel, back in early November they touted that they were renovating and making inroads to increase the income, what happened to that? They probably knew it was a looser from the beginning and just pumped it to sell stock.
This guy is a crook and we need to sue him to get some our invested dollars back.

The Moscow trial is one of the steps in Golden Telecom's strategy aimed at satisfying the growing demand from private and corporate customers in Russia for anywhere, anytime Internet access and fast mobile communications services such as VoIP, email and multimedia applications.
"Mobile WiMAX is at the forefront of next-generation mobility," said Sorin Lupu, president Eastern Europe, Nortel. "Advanced OFDM-MIMO will be the foundation for all future wireless technologies and - in a short number of years - I'm sure we'll find that all computers, PDAs and other mobile consumer devices will be wireless-enabled. In the short term, Golden Telecom's mobile WiMAX trial is a significant step towards providing Moscow's citizens with 'always on' communications available when and where they want them, through whatever device. And, in the longer term the experience from the Moscow trial and implementation can be used to speed delivery of mobile WiMAX into other cities where Golden Telecom has a presence."
Mobile WiMAX is an efficient solution for metropolitan areas such as Moscow where the population density of more than 9,000 per square kilometer makes it cost-efficient to install WiMAX base stations and equipment where each base station can potentially handle hundreds, even thousands of users.
Mobile WiMAX based on 802.16-2005 standard is currently defined by WiMAX Forum in the 1.5, 2.3, 2.5, and 3.5GHz frequency band profiles with more expected to come, and can deliver speeds of 1-10 mbps and higher. The Nortel Golden Telecom trial will provide a connection speed range of between 1 Mbps and 25 Mbps for each user which means extremely fast, in seconds rather than minutes, content downloads. Golden Telecom decided to trial the Nortel solution because of Nortel's advanced MIMO antenna technology which is capable of making the most efficient use of available spectrum, boosting throughput, significantly reducing operating costs and enabling a better user experience.
Nortel is one of the industry leaders in 4G Mobile Broadband based on its development of OFDM and MIMO. Nortel has been instrumental in driving standards in IEEE, WiMAX Forum, 3GPP and 3GPP2 with major contributions. Nortel developed OFDM-MIMO expertise over the past eight years and holds key patents in the technology. Nortel is a member of the WiMAX Forum, an industry-led organization that promotes interoperability and certification of wireless products for delivery of faster, more affordable data, voice and video services to business and consumers.

Golden Telecom Signs $275 Million Syndicated Loan Facility to Continue Its Broadband Rollout and Regional Expansion and Finance Acquisitions of Corbina and Fortland
MOSCOW -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 26, 2007 -- Golden Telecom, Inc. ("Golden Telecom" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GLDN), a leading facilities-based provider of integrated telecommunications and Internet services in major population centers throughout Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States ("CIS"), today announces that it has signed a $275 million five year syndicated loan facility with a consortium of international lenders.
Fifteen banks and financial institutions will participate in the syndication with Citibank N.A., London Branch and ING Bank N.V. acting as mandated lead arrangers. The issue was heavily oversubscribed, allowing the Company to increase the loan facility to $275 million from $200 million, as initially anticipated. The loan provides for an eighteen month commitment for utilization with quarterly repayments beginning twenty-four months after signing. The loan carriers interest at the London Inter-Bank Offered Rate ("LIBOR") plus 1.5% per annum for the first twenty-four months and LIBOR plus 2% per annum thereafter.
The proceeds will be used, primarily, to finance the following projects:
- Acquisition and further development of Corbina Telecom
During 2005 and 2006, Corbina Telecom constructed the largest metropolitan Fiber-To-The-Building ("FTTB") network in the world which covers 2.4 million apartments. Golden Telecom will use a portion of the funds to complete the acquisition of 51% of Corbina Telecom and to finance FTTB development in Moscow and other cities where construction has begun. The Company expects that within the next two to three years approximately 4 to 5 million households in Russia will be within the coverage area of the FTTB networks.
- Acquisition of Fortland and investment in digital TV broadcasting
In December 2006, the Company announced that it signed an agreement to acquire 65% of Fortland which holds licenses and frequencies for digital TV broadcasting using the Terrestrial Digital Video Broadcasting ("DVB-T") technology in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Company expects to roll out such services in 22 other major cities in Russia with a combined population of approximately 35 million people. Golden Telecom will use the funds to deploy transmitters and launch services offering 80 to 120 television channels broadcasting both free and premium content.
- Continuous regional expansion and consolidation of alternative operators
Since September 2005, Golden Telecom has been acquiring, on average, one operator per month, which is in line with the Company's strategy of continuous regional expansion. Part of the proceeds will be used for investment in existing operations to facilitate the Company's organic growth in the major Russian and CIS cities.
Commenting on the transaction, Boris Svetlichny, Golden Telecom's Chief Financial Officer, noted, "Apart from financing the Company growth, this facility will improve our capital structure, effectively lowering cost of capital and increasing future returns on equity. Successful entry into the credit market will tighten the Company's links with the investment community enabling quicker and cheaper capital market transactions in the future."
Commenting on this transaction, Jean-Pierre Vandromme, Golden Telecom's Chief Executive Officer, noted, "In a fast growing market, as we currently see in Russia, it is vitally important to have the flexibility and financial resources to react quickly when market opportunities present themselves so as to invest timely in projects with sustainable growth. This loan, combined with the Company's strong operational cash flows, will enable Golden Telecom to gain market share and strengthen its position as the leading alternative operator in Russia and the CIS."

Golden Telecom to Transfer Internet to Wi-Fi
Golden Telecom (GT) announced yesterday its arrival at the market of wideband access in Russia. In January, the company launches the Wi-Fi service in the downtown Moscow and nearby districts.
By late October, Golden Telecom will install 6,000 hot spots for Wi-Fi and cover Moscow within its Third Transport Ring, GT CEO Jean-Pierre Vandromme announced yesterday. The project budget has reached $10 million already.
The network testing is slated to begin November 15, so that Wi-Fi could be put into commercial operation January 15, 2007. With this service, Golden Telecom hopes to win 15 percent to 20 percent of the wideband market in Moscow in the following two years.
The capacity will enable GT to connect 300,000 to 400,000 subscribers by 2010 to 2011, Vanromme said, specifying they will be rendering services at the speed of 2 Mb/sec for the same money as Stream does. ARPU is estimated to reach $50.
The analysts are rather skeptical when evaluating this undertaking of Golden Telecom. Very soon, the market of wideband access will see competition tougher than the cellular operators have now. In this environment, Golden Telecom will hardly conquer a great share on the market, the analysts forecast.

Golden Telecom announced yesterday that they plan commercial operations of their Wi-Fi network in Moscow on February 1st.
Their network covers 800,000 households in Moscow and the company says they’re the “the largest Wi-Fi network in Europe and the second largest in the world.”
Golden Telecom entered the final phase of their Wi-Fi network testing at the end of last year, and since then, a whopping 50,000 users have registered.
“By 2010, we expect to achieve a significant consumer market share, with approximately 300,000-400,000 subscribers,” Golden Telecom’s CEO Jean-Pierre Vandromme.
