Thank you. Let us know how it goes.
I think Bret was referring to the people involved, not the company. There is nothing strange about creating a new company specifically to address a marketing agreement or service contract.
Good point Emerald. IVD Tech may have been formed specifically to support the agreement with Nanologix. During my years working in the Middle East and Far East, I observed this often, especially for marketing or support contracts. They were almost always set up by experienced individuals from other businesses.
That said, it would be nice to know more about the company or its principals. If anyone does discover additional info, please let the board know.
Has anybody found out anything about IVD Tech? I can't find a thing.
Don't tease. Tell us, we're desperate for news.
This update is also in the Wall Street Journal and Business Wire this morning.

This is a subject that has been discussed in the past, though, as far as I can remember, it was oriented to the food production side of the business rather than retail. The potential at the production end seems huge since our technology could allow testing of a product before it leaves the plant, which would greatly reduce the expenses associated with a recall. The problem, I suspect, is getting USDA approval for a new testing process.
The article regarding the grocery chain said we signed an "agreement" to monitor food quality. It would be nice to know if that means we are testing an idea, or providing a service.
Thanks for refreshing a senior memory. Here's hoping.
Leroy, what is the significance of March 24th? Thanks.

Another update on General Aviation in China:

DARPA FAST VTOL CONTRACT AWARDS
Does anyone know if we still have a dog in this hunt, perhaps as a subcontractor?

Michelle's comment about company growth is encouraging.
"NanoLogix has made huge strides in the past two years and the growth over the past few months has been remarkable."
Another pertinent article. Regardless of what else is going on in China, the future seems to be looking up for general aviation.

Does anyone know if we're going to have a presence at the "China International General Aviation Convention (CIGAC)" this week?
Could you elaborate on your insight, please?
Rather than competitive, I thought they would be complementary since Theranos deals with the chemistry of the blood, while Nanologix deals with pathogens in the blood or other fluids.
This is an interesting article about a start-up medical testing company. Could a fast and cost effective laboratory of the future be built around Theranos and Nanologix technologies?

Because . . . ?
Pardon my in-artful wording if it appeared I was criticizing your opinion on legal matters. I was only referring to the value a potential buyer might place on the company. Company assets (and obligations) combined with anticipated income are generally used by a buyer to develop a purchase price. Past revenue is only useful to the extent that it implies future income. A company whose income is expected to grow will sell for more than one whose income is expected to remain the same.
My opinion only.
I agree with your and machiavelli10's posts, though you left out one vital word. It's the one that keeps us interested and excited about this company's technology: ". . . a company's future revenue stream determines its sale value. . ."
Thanks.
No, what did you find?
You are right---I stand corrected. Thank you.
Seems odd that it's not on the web site.
Does anyone know why our latest press release has not been widely distributed, or posted on the web site? I only found it on the Heraldonline.com.
Thanks.
Where are you guys finding the information regarding company activity? Help
Petro, that last paragraph is particularly intriguing.
In late 2012 and early 2013 Nanologix was approached separately by two multibillion dollar corporations regarding business association, development and product usage. NanoLogix has signed Mutual Confidentiality Agreements with both corporations.
Parents, is this the activity that made you predict $2+ by year end?
That certainly answers the question about John Tracy still working.
You may be right, but I would be happy with any news of actual progress.
It was my understanding that the school, etc. would be built at the site of the existing Wuhai airport, so we already have a runway.

What runway? Where?
What word? What Street? I've not found anything in the last few months. It would at least be nice to know what progress has been made in the establishment of the new company and its contract to develop the Wuhai Aviation Industrial Park.
I don't think there will be any change in the share price before there is news regarding the formal establishment of the new company in China and its short and long term plans. I'm still in wait and see mode.
Don't we already own part of the new company? Regarding that, it isn't clear that all the paperwork related to setting up the new company and/or its contracts is complete. I don't think Chinese bureaucracy is any faster than ours.
That would be real nice.
Beats me. You'd think they'd have all those agreements finished by now.
AT LAST!!!
This looks good. It also refers to more subsidiaries and/or Joint Ventures, and the fact that the one mentioned will not receive access to any "military" technology leaves me thinking that there will be a later announcement addressing that area.
